Our story: smart meters were being deployed in my residential area. Option given for installation and acceptance on a notification flyer. 1. Date of Installation 2. If resident refuses they will be held accountable for reading their own meters monthly, providing their data to Pud AND will be charged $15 or $25 for submitting their requested information in one format vs another. Must be done monthly. So for us I must be home ( im not only spend 6mos there) each moth. Service wil be cut off if information/payment not received. 2. The utility company is using us as an unpaid employee and dictating the days of the month I must be home to participate in their new Smart Meter policy. Reasons I do not want A threatened by requiring my time and Pay $'s to provide requested data B. Additional EMF into home/access to other device data .... Bluetooth C this is yet another example of technology/EMF coming to our homes without our agreement and No benefits yet we are paying for it. The impact is more financial in this example yet is a clear display how a residence is given a choice "to comply" orelse! Same approach with the larger devices, cameras, cell towers, satellite, now Data Centers. My gosh, even out electric toothbrush has EMF remittance. The cell phones just upped the wall plug in unit to 20 Watts, up from 5. Who is adding up all these EMF fields in a home to know if safe and then do the same outdoors. Its the total compared to what each human is able to "respond" to levels remain unknown

5G antennas and towers are extremely harmful to humans. They disrupt our sleep, cause brain fog, cause body twitching, ear ringing and tinnitus among many other unknown ailments. They also kill trees, plants and grass. They DO NOT improve mobile or WiFi service, they are a military surveillance tool and need to be outlawed immediately.

Electromagnetic Radiation is continuing to increase with devices and 5G on Street Lights, Phone Towers, 5G Masts, Traffic Control Phased Arrays, Facial recognition Towers on Main Roads and in Supermarkets. We must now start to eliminate these Health Hazards. Myself, my Husband and 8 Neighbours were made ill by a Telensa Street Light Base Station, to switch the Street Lights on and off. Parish Council and County Council gave us the run around and eventually when I threatened the Lighting Department that I would hold the Individuals personally responsible if My Husband's Cancer came back they moved it half a mile away. Unfortunately it is still in our village and there is another one close to the school. Many of the Phased Array devices and Electromagnetic Radiation Patents class them as Biological Weapons and yet we are still subjected to them whenever we go to Town. I live in the UK and the situation here is just as bad as in the USA. The National Health Service has to pick up the bill for all the Heart Attacks, Strokes and Cancers these Devices cause.

40 years of the same playlist on AM radio, three counties apart, 10mhz apart. 1240 and 1250 AM. Father and two eldest children from visually impairing ocular albinism. That of myself and my youngest daughter is less pronounced. "RAGG MOPP" heavy periods, also strangely watery. Lifelong IUDs I my mother and myself. Suspicious behavior from locals, lifelong. "Masonic" and black sheep relatives (nephews, grandkids) of local court politicians being only relationships that "present" themselves. Repeated phrases spread across friends and romances, not necessarily being from the media. Puerto Rican mother, given to olfactory and taste "hallucinations." Presented behavior that indicated she believed I was responsible for chiding her when she was in another part of the house. 2nd husband also became delusional and enraged. Left with daughter for Florida. Same symptoms presented after I went to Florida in 2018. Phone hacking occurrences. Hallucinatory symptoms openly manifested in 2021. Young daughter claimed to be drawing with "guided assistance." Mother grabs my daughter's crotch in Wendy's drive thru, as though instructed. Mom passes months later in nursing home. Ex gets EPO and custody over a "timesharing" issue, as put to me by Judge Nora Shepherd. I measure in the SLF range on the oscilloscope.

PS. I just wanted to say that a hacker changed the spelling of "TAKING" to "TAKJNG" in the first sentence of my comment. There seems to be nothing I can do - no help from the NZ Government - to get rid of these hackers who have controlled and censored my mobile phones and computers with a political motive 24/7 fot years now. I have been aware of them doing this since 2009 when I was still living in Australia. Also, with regard to the EMFs - the problem is that when you are using an electronic device such as phone, tablet or computer, most people are not aware of any pain or discomfort during the time they are using the devices - unless for a long time - when the damage to your brain - your memory - is happening. It is only afterwards that I notice the memory damage, which is getting gradually worse over time. This is why phone, tablet and computer manufacturers have been able to get away with causing harmful radiation to people from these devices for so long - plus the corruption of politicians by large corporations. The FCC RF safety guidelines should be updated to protect the public's health and safety as well as prevent the real potential for privacy infringement and sabotage of our nation's electricity and communications' grid. The current safety guidelines are based on inappropriate (thermal) data prior to 1996, before the explosion of wireless technology. It is unfathomable to me that our government has let slide these inaccurate/outdated guidelines from 1996, including the edict that communities could not use environmental or health harm to fight placement in our neighborhods. To me this is proof that the telecommunications industry knew back then of the harm this technology could cause. This law has been used to ignore information of harm, forcing neighborhoods to accept anytime/anywhere placement of increasingly powerful/harmful cell towers. We were promised wired fiber optic and, instead, were baited & then switched to wireless. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health and environmental impact should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate (non-industry, independent) expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I am the founder of the Florida Coalition for Safe Technology and also the founder of Fermenting Fairy. I have been a healer in the health and wellness field for 30 years. The non native frequencies that come from wireless infrastructure is the most pervasive health issue we have today. The problem is that it is invisible and people don't understand how it affects them. I spent the last 2 years fighting the industry of Telecom with my grass roots group. We need safer policy when it comes to these towers. Florida has very strict policy that is PRO TELECOM and does not support the health and privacy of the citizens of Florida. Why are towers allowed to be placed in our front yard, in the ROW? Why are they allowed in school parking lots, daycares, churches? They should be only allowed in industrial areas AWAY from people. But really what is the point of them anyway? It is just another tracking tool.
