To whom it may concern, I am what is commonly referred to or self described as a "Targeted Individual," or "T.I." for short. Over the past two years of my life, I have been subject to directed energy weapons attacks, voice to skull telepathy, and tethered to a U.S. military / DIA / DoD USAP involving the cloning and tethering of human minds. As outlandish and absurd as this may sound to your office, I can assure you that I am of perfectly sound mind, and have no intentions of harming myself or others. I am not a violent person, nor intend on harming anyone. I have no connections to terrorist networks, and I do not consider myself a political extremist. I consider myself a victim of an intentional, multi-layered, massive government coverup regarding the extent of the 5G band wireless technology, of which to my knowledge many frequencies remain available and unlicensed on the band. As such, anyone with the tools and technological know how can operate equipment on parts of the 5G band, and use it to "target" or harass via RF/EMF/ELF waves individuals that they don't like. Additionally, the FCC's ruling that mere possession of a signal jamming device is a felony makes it impossible for law abiding citizens to protect themselves from technology far more advanced than they themselves realize. The FCC ruling that owning or possession and use of a signal jammer should be a felony is absurd. It should be eliminated. There is so much to my personal story, and admittedly, I am not writing this at my best. I did however, want to submit a public comment because I believe this cover-up and the people in military intelligence and other facets of the intelligence, police, and corporate entities involved in this TR&D campaign need to be arrested and face prison time for crimes against humanity. Arguably, what they have done to me and others constitutes treason. They should be held criminally liable. In my personal experience of having utilized 5G wireless technology (for the better part of one year), I suffered extreme bouts of mental fatigue, brain fog, and an inability to think or problem solve. The pain and sickness became so excruciating in August, that I had to manually go into my cellular devices settings and disable 5G functionality. Oddly enough, the moment I disabled the 5G antenna inside of my cellular device, the front and side parts of my brain felt like they had been released from a vice grip. Many former and current intelligence sector whistleblowers have made monumental efforts to come forward and expose the extent to which the DIA, the CIA, the DoD, NSA and top U.S. military intelligence offices and squadrons have actively covered up and even killed the non-consensual test subjects in these weapons programs. For example, Barry Trower, a former MI6 radio frequency weapons expert has been trying to get the U.K. governments high courts to hear his personal testimonies concerning these technologies. Dr. Katherine Horton, a molecular biologist who has been rigorously dedicated to the cause of exposing the extent of this intentional genocide and TR&D scheme talks about 5G in this video from 2016: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rnf5vTNJuyA). Karen Stewart, another former NSA analyst, alleges in this video that the DHS / FBI fusion centers are where the majority of the physical surveillance tactics are coordinated between military and police agencies: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFXswDgspwk) Ms. Stewart mentions "directed energy weapons" around the 10:00 mark. 5G is not to be underestimated in this mass control grid. Here is another whistleblower, a man by the name of Bryan Kofron, who alleged back in 2014 that the USFG, specifically the military and the intelligence services already had access to mind control weapons technology, and were using a combination of satellites, cellular tower arrays, and lesser known means of accessing the human mind such as EEG heterodyning to surveil and monitor American citizens. Kofron initially used an alias, "Justin Carter." I take no pleasure in reaching out this way, but if they're going to kill me (and eventually they will), then at the very least, I need to get the word out so that others may live and fight to stop it. I voted for this presidential administration reluctantly, but in the hopes that President Trump would follow through on his populist agenda and "drain the swamp." The rapid installation of 5G cellular towers and lack of public input leads me to believe this is a corporate / state cover-up. Please investigate. Thanks.
