The public record
This independent RF Safe reading room contains 1,269 official public comment records from supplied Regulations.gov exports for HHS-OASH-2026-0397. Each thread is a separate submission. We do not add replies, member accounts or invented view counts. Counts describe this archive, not the current live docket total or a representative poll.
Original bodies and official attachment links are preserved. Contact-profile columns are not imported. Personal details already in a public comment body remain part of that original text.
Where the categories come from
We matched 1,235 AI reviews by official ID and source text. 34 records await a matching review. The shared source is RF Safe’s public category catalog.
Review source hashes must be current; text must match after whitespace and entity normalization; topic evidence must appear in the original body. Categories identify subjects discussed, not verified diagnoses or established causation. Counts overlap across boards. Titles use a shortened matched AI summary, or the beginning of the original text when no matching review is available.
Attachment contents are excluded from reviews. Their official links remain available.
Daily uploads and category updates
Daily slices and periodic full exports both merge by official ID. Missing rows never delete earlier comments. Explicit withdrawal or restriction fields suppress public text on the next publish.
When online sync is selected during publishing, the importer attempts to refresh categories. If the source is unavailable, matching saved reviews remain available. Changed bodies invalidate old reviews. Sync runs during publishing, not on reader visits or a background schedule.
Combined category feed · Each thread also provides classification.json.

Fast, accessible reading
Topic boards show complete original comments and automatically load more as you scroll. Turn off Continuous scrolling to use page links or the Load more button. Static HTML remains readable with JavaScript disabled.
Search runs in your browser and downloads its text index only when used. No analytics, external fonts or third-party scripts run on public pages. Public pages require no database or PHP execution.
