Dear Mr Kennedy: I wanted to inform you of what I have been through as a targeted individual and EMFand Direct energy weapons I have been fighting this battle hard since 2009. I've been subjected to constant harassment with EMFs and direct energy weapons. What I have found is vehicles now have these weapons in their headlights I have found weapons in light bulbs and I have been hit with industrial weapons by Raytheon. I have lost my teeth and I am only here because of the mercy of God. If I did not have God in my life I would not have survived but they have put me through. These weapons are everywhere and it has been Non-Stop with these Intruders following me everywhere hitting me with direct energy weapons. It is God's mercy that I am still here and I thank him for his protection. The hardest part is they have made me homeless even though I have three degrees I am blacklisted to work. I found a laser that went into the headlight and was stolen from me however when I ran the number on the laser that was omitting radiation from the headlights it showed me where my vehicle was parked. These weapons are very sophisticated they still have them in my vehicle I can track it anywhere from 199 to thousands of ufs. I pray that you take the initiative to stop these people because not all are like me protected and they have been suffering crying out for help and no one listens.
