I was first attacked by RF while at an event at Ramtha's School of Enlightenment around 2013. I wrote to Senator McCain about it, he replied and thanked me. Unfortunately, he passed away. I moved back to Canada (BC) asxa result of the ongoing attacks. While milder, they continue to this day. I now think they are DEWs and "discombobulator" type of equipment. I've equated the attacks to Havana Syndrome.

Hello, On June 22, 2025 I chose to get sober. I had made other decisions to give up idols in Texas, but I was trying to pursue God and live a righteous life. I co-founded a company where the original founder offered me 25% ($2.5/$10M at the time, supposed to sell to Cisco for $300-400M once grown) if I would enter a "lifetime partnership" with him which he explained was one part girlfriend & one part business partner. I declined. I shouldn't have to sleep with somebody especially not my boss to get the equity any other male cofounder would have gotten. From there, my boss paid off people in AA to stalk and harass me including Tommy Vanderbeek who bragged to Alden DeLamar who came and told me that Tommy had shown me on his phone, laughed, and said "haha her boss if paying me to stalk her". From there I continued to be harassed and stalked. My mother needed help so she told me to go with her to Duke ER. I was lied to and told to sign commitment paperwork because they said that's the only way I could stay in hospital (Which was a lie I went back and asked and you can stay in ER for 2 weeks or go upstairs to Williams Ward) they took me to Duke Regional where I was drugged for 2.5 days so I couldn't ask to leave. Eventually, I was not being treated for a physical medical issue multiple times and I called the patient advocate and my paperwork magically showed up and I was discharged. Since then I have experienced tinnitus (ears ringing), exterior gynelogical pain, brain pain on sides of head, fatigue, brain fog, etc. I have a safe haven and then eventually these problems happen. My sister Allison Nicole Jetton worked for DHS and took .08% equity ($80k) to ghost me for a restraining order trial as my boss was also cyberstalking me on my gmail and facebook. She used that as a down payment for a house. She also supposedly worked for CIA and used DHS as a cover. My uncles Thomas Starnes and Daniel "Dan" Starnes have been orchestrating this program. My grandfather Joseph Daniel Starnes worked for the FBI and I believe started experimenting with "direct energy weapons" (DEWs) on citizens. He was a sociopath and pedophile of several children. I also believe my father Roger Aaron Jetton Junior is involved. I am reasonably smart but I am not trained in this area. I earned a 3.4 GPA at UVA and graduated with a double major in psychology (A in Abnormal Psych which studies personality disorders including sociopathy) & sociology. Wrote a thesis using Quantitative Survey of 420+ people and SPSS (statistical program), Qualitative Study of 9 persons and won the 2011 Award for Best Distinguished Majors Sociology Thesis. Then many things happened. My sister wanted me to "get a good government job" but I was in tech and loved start-ups and the private sector. I think some bad things happened to me sure through my own doings but some through the direction of my Paternal and Maternal Family's direction. I believe I have anomalous health incidents and havana syndrome because I wouldn't sleep with my boss and then needed to get discredited by being committed to a psych ward in 2017-2018. In 2019, I went to NC State MBA program and graduated with a 3.9/4.0 GPA. Unfortunately, I was hit on by 3 men during Covid and during when my ex's family was making fun of me and it didn't go as well as I wanted but I did graduate with a 3.9/4.0 GPA. I made straight A's my senior year and planned a wedding. My ex Jeff Iannicelli is a narcissist, had emotional affair with his personal trainer at the gym (who was known to do this with married men, and is a porn addict). I wonder if his family was involved as well. I really don't know. It's hard to know if a mean person was targeting me because I wouldn't sleep with my boss or if I had just been so bruised and bleeding that I got fooled when somebody treated me with kindness only to trap me in a marriage. I also fell for a romance scam and crypto scam that I believe was targeting. I wasted 30-37 year old with my ex and now am single and won't have kids, but I'm committed to being single for as long as God would like for me to be including for life. It is generally through not nice men that attack me. :-( I just wish I wasn't tortured in my apartment and car or where ever I go by direct energy weapons. I'm already discredited in multiple ways so I don't understand why they are still torturing me with direct energy weapons except they are all narcs and sociopaths and are punitive (punish me extremely) etc. Sorry this is all over the place. My church also was paid off $60k to play videos that were spliced by overarching head preacher James MacDonald (gambling addict preacher and abusive to congregation) to be submissive. Well they told me to read my Bible "like a good Christian" and I read of Daniel and the Lion's Den who said "No to stop praying" to Dictator and Esther who spoke up for her people so I know I am supposed to follow laws but follow God and laws inspired by Judeo-Christian principals.

I am writing as a resident of Piscataway, New Jersey and one of a growing number of American citizens who report experiencing effects consistent with directed energy weapons (DEWs) and unauthorized neurological surveillance technology. This experience is often described within the “Targeted Individual” (TI) community, and I am asking that it be taken seriously and referred for investigation. What I and others report experiencing includes: 1. Microwave Auditory Effect / V2K: The perception of voices or sounds without an external source, a phenomenon first documented by Dr. Allan Frey in 1962 and studied since in various military and research contexts. 2. Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM): A reported sense of thoughts, reactions, or private information being anticipated or known by others without any means of them having learned it conventionally. 3. Physical effects consistent with directed energy exposure: Pain, burning sensations, nerve-related symptoms, and cardiac irregularities reported without clear medical cause 4. Severe psychological distress: Panic, despair, and other extreme states reported by many in this community as arising suddenly and without a clear personal trigger. I want to be direct about the state of the evidence: these reports are not, at this point, independently verified in the way a courtroom or scientific body would require. What they are is a consistent, cross-referenced pattern reported by a large and growing number of unconnected individuals, warranting investigation rather than dismissal. The U.S. government’s own acknowledgment of “Havana Syndrome” among diplomatic and intelligence personnel confirms that this class of technology exists and can produce serious, disabling effects. That acknowledgment is not proof that the same technology is being used domestically against civilians — but it is a legitimate basis for asking whether it might be, and for taking that question seriously rather than dismissing it out of hand. This may implicate existing law, including: 1. 18 U.S.C. § 2261A (interstate stalking) 2. 18 U.S.C. §§ 241–242 (conspiracy against rights; deprivation of rights under color of law) 3. The Fourth Amendment, to the extent any of this involves unauthorized search or interception 4. Relevant state-level stalking, harassment, and electronic surveillance statutes I am not asking anyone to presume guilt or prosecute on the basis of this letter alone. I am asking that this be referred to whichever office is positioned to look into it — whether that’s a congressional caseworker, an Inspector General’s office, the FCC (for unauthorized transmissions), or the DOJ Civil Rights Division — and that it be treated as a genuine constituent concern rather than dismissed without review. The use of EMF and RF devices is growing exponentially. These devices transmit wirelessly using Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) and Radio Frequencies (RF). The report lists numerous health effects caused by radiofrequency (RF) radiation and includes references to more than 2,300 published research papers on the biological responses to radiofrequency and microwave radiation. This tells you there were already more than 2,300 published research papers on this topic prior to 1971. Thousands of additional papers have been published over the past five decades. Barrier Trower, a retired British Secret Service Microwave Weapons specialist, summed it up, saying "By 1971, we knew everything that needed to be known." Another expert in this field, Jerry Flynn, is a retired Canadian Armed Forces captain with specialized training and 22 years of experience in Electronic Warfare and Signals Intelligence. Flynn has worked with U.S. and NATO armies in this specialized capacity. He said: “The U.S. military has known for decades that the RF/microwave frequencies most harmful to man are those within the band 900 MHz to 5 GHz. This is precisely why these frequencies are used in microwave weapons of war.” Dr. Devra Davis states in her book "Disconnect: The Truth About Cell Phone Radiation, What the Industry Is Doing to Hide It, "there is a growing body of evidence surrounding alarming new scientific understandings of cell phones, other commonly used microwave radiating devices, and the new 5G network currently being built-out nationwide. We don't want to believe our new toys to which we are so attached--and which bring in enormous profits--could also cause our demise or that of our children. But science is not about belief. Governments' responsibility to their citizens should not be either." In relation to the harm being done by these devices, it is important to mention Havana Syndrome. As you know, a phenomenon called "Havana Syndrome" has affected many CIA agents, Embassy workers and American citizens. It is believed to be caused by microwave radiation attacks, most likely using cell phones or cell towers which can be used to target high levels of microwave radiation -- aimed at individual people or individual locations. It is believed that government officials were targeting opponents of the smart grid and 5G network with significant increases of microwave radiation.
