I was inducted into the targeted individual program when I moved to Red Bluff, CA in 2015. From then onward, drones and helicopters followed me constantly, and there were instances of obviously staged street theater, where strangers would "randomly" harass me, then never be seen again. And from 2023 onward, Direct Energy Weapons (DEWs) have been used to induce extreme insomnia, far beyond any sleep troubles or disruptions I had ever suffered prior, and I've been subject to noise campaigns from "neighbors" who always move into the same building shortly after I do, and are always moved into the apartment directly upstairs from my own, on the next floor up. Because this happens everywhere I move, social workers, therapists and police are able to dismiss my claim of being targeted as the unserious ramblings of a delusional, paranoid individual or habitual liar (exactly as planned). But I believe these neighbors function as a second layer of deception, an alternate cover-up story for the use of Direct Energy Weapons to prevent me from sleeping at night. Here's how the double-bluff works: Everyone around me is made to believe that the disturbance isn't real and I'm simply insane or a liar; meanwhile, I'm supposed to believe that these assailing neighbors are the root cause of the disruptions (as opposed to the DEWs). I've discovered evidence that Red Bluff may altogether be a "Potemkin Village" of sorts, a covert hub for criminal activity of a particularly heinous character. There is a widespread and long-standing allegation that the city is a hotbed for the trafficking of minors; this was acknowledged in 1987 by the Los Angeles Times, which described the town as "a modern-day Sodom and Gomorrah." Further, the book "The New Satanists" by nonfiction writer Linda Osborne Blood (published 1994) shed light on the 1989 case of Cynthia Angell, a Red Bluff attorney who was kidnapped and threatened by a Satanist hit-squad when she began investigating Michael Aquino, a now-deceased military officer and founder of the Satanist "Temple of Set," after Red Bluff children identified him as their rapist (one of many such allegations toward Aquino around the country). Meanwhile, it was alleged by Ted Gunderson, a now-deceased senior special agent of the FBI, that historic "Chinese" tunnels in downtown Red Bluff are being used for child trafficking. I believe the same cabal is involved in targeting me with DEWs - among the other methods of systematic torment - with the aim to isolate, demoralize and destabilize me to the point of committing suicide. My support system is being gradually picked off one by one. The cabal is destroying every defense or protection I have - slowly, systematically and covertly - all the while ramping up the intensity of these attacks. They probably intend to kill me soon. Almost every night, I'm prevented from sleeping more than two or three hours at night, and not at all during the day. As a result, I've been uncontrollably throwing up a bitter-tasting, foamy substance, my body is soaking itself profusely in wave after wave of sweat that smells like sour milk, my eyelids and irises are pure red, and there are red blotches all over my face. If a 34 year old (born 1992) in Red Bluff dies on or after the date I'm sending this (10/12/2026), I was killed in retaliation.
