Dear Mr. Kennedy, Dear United States Department of Health, My name is Katja Roeske, born on 16.04.1970, in Mannheim, Germany. I live in Germany and in France. I have been a victim of Havana Syndrome since 2016. The so-called Havana Syndrome is generated by mobile technology (3G,4G,5G,6G) which is used as a weapon against the civilian population worldwide. Mobile radio transmission masts worldwide are used to send different frequencies in different intensities directly to people and their bodies. I speak here from my personal experience. My body works like a kind of antenna and receiver for the radiation sent, similar to a mobile phone. A two-way communication is established between a human body and a third person or an artificial intelligence. This is possible with the help of nanotechnology. My brain and my whole body have been hacked with this technology, against my will and without my consent! I am bombarded 24/7 with electromagnetic radiation and suffer the most extreme torture and incredible torments. My youngest son and my mother and many loved ones around me were tortured to death using this technology. Most of the patents for these Directed Energy Weapons are U.S. Patents. Technology to read and manipulate the human brain and mind and the human central nervous system (for example Voice-to-Skull-Technology). I ask you to inform the world public about the existence of directed energy weapons and the abuse of mobile technology as a weapon against people.
