Ever since i was a teenager I was receiving these sharp painful "zaps" to primarily my L side chest (w/ heart palpatation) This led to a chronic painful condition. This was never diagnosed-wasn't until Havana Syndrome and discussions on DEW's -Direct Energy Weapons. This is now over 40 years of thise painful condition. I have written many politition and the Havana Syndrom taskforce. Also have many books on the Havana Synd. Targeted Ind- ividual program. It's still not officially "Diagnosed" When I saw the White House BioEthics committee in 2011 & 12 Civilians complaining about the same symptoms as I Had. (Even after seeing the White House videos on Bioethics of Civilians admitted going thru the same symptoms as the u.s. diplomats with Havana Syndrome. ( Those videos were made a few years before Havana Symptoms in Havana Cuba even happened-those people were calling themselves Targeted Individuals, people who believe they were/are being experimented on with new techno;ogy (very much like MK-Ultra had before) to Now brain chip technology.Before it was on the news I have written a few times the OHRP-office of Human Reseach Protection. wanting to talk about those electric "zaps" tinnitis (ringing in ears). I have prayed hoped that this-and to help us victims of elecromagnetic radiations/shielding copper mesh, tin foil etc. hopeful for a cure. President Clinton apologized for this intentional radiation in 1995 (even children-oatmeal radiation) In me for 40 yrs is a subcutaneous (just under skin) foreign feeling numbness (painful) blocks emotional feeling, with broken capilaries on the outide half circle of it. Much like the Cuban diplomats, this AHI (Havana Syndromr) technology whether strips their emotional sense of self and depletes yr motivation because a subcutaneous electric biosensor (?) seems to block the normal emotions used or daily motivation- These identical concerns were also voiced in the White House 2011 &12 BioEthics. I went to a Havana Syndrome Rally in Portland, Oregon and all the follow up News reports-I'm glad to finally have answers and also the Patents to the technology. Thank you for looking into Wireless Radiation and the dangers of experimentation on the Brain and Body. I know I had no Idea of what caused any of this, I went to pain specialists in Salem. I never heard of Dew's. I finaly, after 4 visits was told I was part of a Federal program, so they couldn't do anything (and another said the same 5 months later.-couldn't do much it was a federal program ) This was after 30 years that the Havana Syndrome rally, books on experimented "target- ed Individuals (patents to technology) All I know is I was never asked, or informed, I know I never want to be part of any research project, or a "scape-goat' for emerging technologies or nano technology. Again, no Brain mapping, mind reading, I don't want anyone-anyone to use anything OR make copies of anything mine to use now or in the future, no companies, governments, or militaries- I certainly do not want anypart of me or copies of me to be a slave to any one or any ones technology. I don't want remote monitoring, Brain or nervous system manipulation of any kind- that definitely includes A.I-no artificial inteligence to be used on or in me or copies of me. (Im sorry to even have to write all this- but knowing from what I go through and our governments history of experimentation-Oatmeal radiation MK- Ultra etc. I feel I have to be direct and so NO in every way).
