This comment is written for and on behalf of our family of three adults in Britain (UK). We became interested in the subject of the biological effects of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) when our lives changed in an instant after a base station (cell tower) was 'upgraded' in January 2019.
We are commenting as this is the first invitation to bring our collective experiences to a government department that is prepared to listen to first-hand accounts of the real cost to people who are injured by over-exposure to wireless technology, then ignored and ridiculed. There is also a huge environmental cost from the damage caused to the natural world from rising EMR emissions which is also being ignored. This is why we are grateful and thankful for the opportunity to raise these issues with the HHS.
Since the early hours of 17 January 2019, we quickly discovered that we were all suffering from severe 'Havana Syndrome' effects such as head-bursting tinnitus, nosebleeds, numbed limbs, brain fog, inability to speak fluently, copper taste in the mouth, heart palpitations and insomnia. Our lives are wrecked after years of trial and error in coping and managing an invisible invasion which fluctuates at any moment, whilst being effectively silenced by every government agency and department. We were on our own and that's when we researched the subject, which is ongoing. Due to EMR Syndrome (the recent renaming of the condition), employment, socialising and use of any public facility is almost impossible. We all have microwave hearing, which is 24/7and everywhere we have visited (even in the middle of woodland). Our relatives, friends and neighbours think we have lost our minds. The relentless wireless bombardment has taken its toll mentally, as we have had to deal with extreme life-changing events which mean we have a home that is essentially unliveable in, even though a lot of money has been spent on shielding/mitigation through the advice of a building biologist. Through the years of research, we have discovered a systematic approach of denial from those bodies who do know about the biological effects of all living things from EMR, but hold onto the outdated regulations and limits to enable a world of 'wireless connectivity'; long-planned. The International Commission on the Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Fields (ICBE-EMF) summarises the situation from the perspective of the FCC and ICNIRP. From observations and experiences online communicating with many other similar sufferers and interested parties, we hope that the HHS will take advice from research free from industry influence to bring about meaningful and sustainable levels of EMR/EMF compatible with all life on Earth. Organisations such as the WHO, the UN, the ITU and the IEEE must be made to comply, as the obsession with total wireless connectivity of everything (including humans) has to end and not be allowed to be resurrected, ever.
In conclusion, our family has suffered in an electromagnetic prison which is impossible to escape from; we see the environmental destruction from these unnatural frequencies escalating, along with ill-health and injury in populations, as 'wireless connectivity' is encouraged and pursued by governments. Decades of research is available and needs to be front and centre in decision-making, along with the more recent emergence of 'gold-standard science' which will help to close the gaps in knowledge. This is a worldwide problem which needs to be reversed to end the pollution and suffering.

I know she was watching as she always does through her peep hole. I wondered how it was known I sat up and was hit again,knocking me down again for another 15 minutes. I then gained consciousness and crawled to my door. No one saw me through the window as I crawled. Later I checked timelines and Angela and Don who had stood outside her cars open doors immedietly left and both went home as I shut my door. How did Angela and Don know I had entered my apt? When to precisely leave.? The next morning Caroline and Angela had a 15 minute conversation out front crossed the street had another conversation Angela went home Caroline to laundry. The above incident in the hall has left me with accelerated cataracts and a hole through my left retina.My 2 docs refuses to state what I told them. I asked for copies from both only received one.Im sure my esophagus is deformed, as well as my stomach. Constant pulses in the morning is a common ailment of female targets causing urinary tract infections to impose meds on targets.I was told by medical urinary tract infections now are diagnosed as mentally unstable thought processes.

Personal Experience and Reported Physical Effects
I am submitting this as an individual describing my personal experiences spanning more than four decades.
I report that recurring experiences I associate with RF/EMF-related targeting became noticeable around 2013 in a milder form. I experienced what I personally characterize as a Havana Syndrome event in 2017, additional episodes in 2021 and 2022, and from 2022 onward I report that these experiences became a daily occurrence.
I have struggled with leaving my home since December 1, 2009. Since December 17, 2024, when I left for emergency dental treatment, I have not left my home again.
The physical effects I report include:
• Vestibular problems affecting balance and equilibrium.
• Multi-tone tinnitus resembling twanging rubber bands, with multiple tones and changing volume levels.
• Progressive hearing loss.
• Frequent headaches.
• Brain fog that comes and goes.
• Spotty memory.
• Difficulty sleeping.
• Nausea.
• Episodes of blurred vision that later correct themselves.
• Episodes where my heart feels noticeably weaker and then stronger.
• Sensations throughout my body that I describe as cavitation.
• Episodes of extreme internal heat followed by cooling, and episodes of feeling unusually cold that are difficult to warm up from.
• Two separate episodes involving an intense, high-pitched vibration accompanied by searing heat and pain, followed by teeth shattering apart with significant force—one in 2019 and another in 2024.
• An incident involving a forceful impact to the back of my head, after which I spit blood.
• Unusual skin injuries that I photographed, including injuries on my nose, behind my right ear, and on the top of my foot, where I observed scabbing that appeared to follow the tendon area.
I am submitting these as my firsthand account of the physical effects I experienced and as documentation of injuries I photographed over time.

Since covid 19 my family especially me has had so many issues from emfs and the towers that have gone up since never had any problems prior at first I fell in my house in the hallway and once in the shower my whole family had havanna syndrone and I feel like we are owed a big lump some since we lived behind a radio tower that they strapped 5g too.. this became a weapon my head would feel huge my house would also be attacked with massive spirtual warefaee on top of it ....... I have dealt with this for 3 years now since whistleblowing on a corrupt Philadelphia police officer, and a local police officer from newtown township, Pa. I have documented sim swapping from 3 separate providers. And have experienced anomalous health incidents most recently being a perforated ear drum from no head trauma. • Comment: My comments represent an individual who is affected by EMF/RD Exposure as a family member. This individual, male, over 65 year of age, is currently afflicted with AHI since November 2025. A common symptom of people suffering from AHI (Anomalous Health Incidents) is targeted to receive audio modulated radio frequency or microwave energy is directed at the skull, heating cranial tissues microscopically to create thermoelastic pressure waves that the cochlea or brain perceives as sound. This individual believes that there is constant monitoring of his memories, which is being controlled via remote electronic means. The auditory sounds that this individual can hear are based on past memories that was not shared for a long time, posts in social media, the address book or apps in the phone or websites this individual normally access for information and these information are harvested in order to create a protocol of escalation in order to harass and harm this individual. Adverse health effects to its exposure are:
a. Burn marks on the neck and chest area
b. Exposed dentin- Yellow/brown stains on teeth.
c. Loss of weight
d. Short term and long term memory loss, confusion on past events, difficulty in identifying proper nouns/pronouns or word selection to articulate trail of though
e. Confusion
f. Nausea and headaches
g. Balance issues
h. Loss of sleep- causing lower immune resistance
i. The triggering of higher body temperature causing fevers
j. Muscle loss- significant weight loss
k. Involuntary muscle response in chess, legs, stomach and groin area
When the adverse health effects appeared related to the exposure, we resorted to getting a preliminary RF and Non-Linear Junction Detection Scan Report. While preliminary, it allowed us to gather results to exposure, which indicated the following:

In addition: using the NLDJ Scan, findings proved positive for presence of semiconductors.
During the exposure period, we received feedback that by using Zeolite will flush our presence of silicone semiconductors, aluminum, or microplastics in the body that exacerbate the effects of RF/EMF exposure. After aggressive doses for 3 weeks the auditory sounds have decreased by 60% of the volume. Supplements are another step taken to strengthen the immune system, Vitamin K, switching to a higher protein diet to build up muscle.
In my humble opinion, the gaps I see are:
• the lack of medical experts to holistically diagnose and provide guidance to reduce and eliminate AHIs is lacking. One doctor may diagnose muscle loss or fever, but does not have the tools to explain higher levels of metal, RF exposure, the involuntary muscle responses as part of the effects suffered by this individual. These EMF/RF exposures should leave technical signatures. The lack of a process to identify, apprehend and prevent this expose is sorely lacking.
• In evaluating such cases, medical facilities should have proper equipment and training to scan the body for metals, is it can react more negatively to RF/EMF exposure, identify frequencies and technical signatures, and safe scanning equipment without harming the individual which is already exposed to all kinds of negative effects.
• Lastly, AHI needs to be acknowledged that US civilians are afflicted by this, and not just exclusive to the military. No treatment can be offered with the acknowledgement of what is truly happening.

In 2001 United States Congressman Dennis Kucinich attempted to give the American people equal protection of the law but was blocked four times from passing the H.R 2977 Space preservation act. Now why would you deny a congressman four times to pass a crime bill when a crime bill generates income for the judicial process? Please review the complainant complaint and allow due process.
