I am a targeted individual since 2000. I have been constantly attacked with havana like syndrom and v2k horassment and torture which has affected my mental and pysical health. I have also reported this to intelegence agencies, law inforcement, press,military, members of congress and a few pressidents etc. Only to be mostly ignored, blocked or sugested i can talk to medical athoritys. This the voice trans missions have used sleep depravation torture to where i coulden function at times and has got me hurt at work to where i had to go to the emergencie room.
