I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. My input is as a very concerned member of the public. I have had the habit of carrying my cell phone in my back pocket for years. My home is bathed in wifi radiation; sources include a router, cell phones, microwave, LED lights, Smart appliances, cell towers (5G and 6G?). As I have researched this topic, I was led to buy an RF meter to simply see if the warnings were real or not. I think it measures uw/m2. What I found was disturbing. My microwave was reading at hundreds of times the lmits that Europe on average have established, even while standing two rooms away! My router was reading several thousands higher, although it dropped substantially 20-30' away. The most concerning thing is that I believe the FCC has done NOTHING to study the RF effects beyond the actual physical heating effect to tissue. I am deeply concerned about this and ask the FCC to immediately limit our exposure to these radio frequencies. I will add that I am concerned about prostate test results we are monitoring for elevated indications of a problem (cancer?). We have not been sleeping well, suffer headaches (including migraines), muscle weakness and other issues. There is no indication that these are caused by RF exposure. Why? There are no apparent legitimate studies of this possible link in our country. Please take a primary role to investigate this potential hazard on behalf of your fellow citizens. Make us healthy again! America's average longevity should be the longest in the world given our technical expertise, yes? Public Comment to the Federal Communications Commission - I am Kim Konte, founder of Non-Toxic Neighborhoods, a national nonprofit working to protect children from environmental harm where they live, learn, and play. Children are not little adults. Their nervous systems are developing, and they face years of exposure to wireless technology: 4G and 5G networks in their communities, devices in their hands, and Wi‑Fi routers mounted overhead in many classrooms. The country is already planning for 6G, while the FCC continues to rely on radiofrequency exposure limits adopted in 1996. The International Agency for Research on Cancer classifies radiofrequency electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic to humans. That classification does not prove that classroom Wi‑Fi causes cancer. It does mean the FCC should take unanswered questions seriously, reduce unnecessary exposure to children, and require independent research focused on their health. Children’s clinicians and independent scientists must have a meaningful voice in setting safety policy. An experimental study reported impaired insulin secretion and increased oxidative stress in the pancreatic cells of rats exposed to Wi‑Fi frequency radiation. It does not establish that Wi‑Fi causes type 2 diabetes in children. It raises a question the FCC should investigate: could long-term exposure affect children’s metabolic health? At a 2019 Senate hearing, Senator Richard Blumenthal asked wireless industry representatives to identify independent research on the biological effects of 5G. They said they were unaware of such studies. He concluded: “We’re kind of flying blind here, as far as health and safety is concerned.” The National Toxicology Program’s 2018 animal studies found “some evidence” of cancer in male rats exposed to 2G and 3G cell-phone signals. Those studies did not test 5G or the combination of wireless exposures children experience today. A federal appeals court later found that the FCC had failed to adequately explain its decision to retain its exposure limits, including its response to evidence about children and long-term exposure. The FCC must answer the court, require independent research focused on children, and stop treating wireless access as the only way to connect a classroom. Schools should use hardwired internet as the default and limit wireless exposure wherever practical. Children’s health must come before the next wireless rollout.

I've been a targeted victimn in Marion County FL on record since 2024 when Rick Scott referred my case for investigations, that I've been doing myself with research etc. I am currently working with Lou Biandi and Mayor Ben Marciano whom all are aware of The Intra American Commision Petition for reform filed for investigations into the weaponization of biological neurological psychology lawfare and warfare and Do know who's responsible.in fact a digital diary has been kept within the FBI since 2023 each time I learned or went through violent hate crimes against my life from CB informants working under the CCops program and/or Infragaurd. I've reported to The Cheif of Police Lou Biandi exactly the details of why Marion County Sheriff's Office and its Affiliates have been illegally detaining me in this torture program since February of 2022. I have a disability,4 Specialist I am to see 2 Permanent Disfigurations and 2 abnormal growths on my skull with all the necessary medical and legal documents to support my case. I was also given cancer and my DNA is now genetically altered as well as the Neurological damage, Heart(algorithmic issues) Dermatology and Internal medicine referrals. My medical debt to date is $220,000 for a person with very minimal medical history as a normal healthy business owner prior to these offenses to my life. The Intra American Commision requested all medical bills and all Petition and evidence will go to The Governor DeSantis for review. I am still currently a Targeted Individual in this program. I am responding from the perspective of a patient's wife. My husband who has led a healthy lifestyle - not overweight, no smoking or drinking, dances twice a week, very active, got a malignant tumor at the top of his stomach about to enter the esophagus, so he just had his stomach removed, the protocol for this cancer. Why we suspect EMF...A year ago in July we had the wifi increased in our backhouse where my husband offices. He went to the doctor in August for his regular check up. All was well. THEN, 6 months later he has a tumor! A friend has a device that measures EMF and in front of his computer it registered off the charts. We moved some items to a more distant outlet and unplugged his computer and the device measured much lower. We cannot fathom another cause for this "out of the blue" tumor. He has now lost 20 pounds and can only eat small meals throughout the day. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I purchased my first cell phone in 2004 -- a little Motorola flip phone. Not realizing its dangers, I kept it in my left-hand pants pocket. I learned quickly enough, as a small cluster of tumors appeared on my left thigh where my pocket was. I've not carried a cell phone on my person since, keeping it in my computer bag instead, and keeping it either off or on airplane mode when I'm carrying the bag. I replaced the flip phone with a smart phone that allows me to talk hands-free. At home and at work, when it's fully enabled, I leave my phone on a desk or shelf across the room from me unless I'm actually using it, in which case I have the speaker enabled. I never put it up to my ear. After developing headaches from having it on in the car, I consistently turned it completely off while driving, and continue to do so. Three of those tumors remain to this day as scar tissue on my left thigh.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding as a parent, individual consumer, and concerned resident of the North Houston, Texas, area. I do not have one specific diagnosed health event to report. My concern is the rapidly increasing, involuntary, and continuous nature of RF/EMF exposure in our communities—and the possibility of negative health effects developing over years of cumulative exposure. Our area has recently experienced the installation of thousands of new utility poles, along with additional cell extenders, small-cell equipment, and towers. Families are being surrounded by wireless infrastructure without meaningful notice, informed consent, health monitoring, or practical ways to avoid or reduce their exposure. I am especially troubled that cell towers have been placed at local fire stations. Firefighters already face significant occupational exposures from smoke, combustion byproducts, contaminated protective equipment, diesel exhaust, disrupted sleep, and chronic stress. They should not be subjected to another continuous environmental exposure where they work, eat, sleep, and recover. However, my concern is not limited to towers at fire stations. I want the cell towers, cell extenders, and small-cell equipment throughout our North Houston communities removed—not simply relocated from fire stations to another neighborhood. Moving this infrastructure closer to another family, school, childcare facility, workplace, or public space does not resolve the underlying concern. Reliable communication service is important, but I do not want perfect wireless coverage when it may come at the expense of our health. Faster speeds and uninterrupted connectivity should not automatically take priority over the well-being of children, families, first responders, and communities. Children are of particular concern because they are exposed from very young ages and may experience this exposure throughout their lives. Wireless signals now come from many sources simultaneously, including towers, small cells, Wi-Fi routers, phones, tablets, wearable devices, smart meters, appliances, vehicles, schools, and neighboring homes. Our bodies and nervous systems are given little meaningful break from this constant background exposure. I urge HHS to investigate potential negative health effects associated with long-term and cumulative RF/EMF exposure, including possible effects on sleep, neurological and autonomic nervous-system function, cognition, behavior, headaches, reproductive health, immune function, development, and cancer risk. The absence of an immediate or easily identifiable symptom should not be treated as proof that continuous lifetime exposure is harmless. Research and safety evaluations must reflect real-world conditions—not one device or frequency tested in isolation. Studies should examine continuous lifetime exposure, simultaneous exposure from multiple sources, pulsed and modulated signals, potential non-thermal biological effects, exposure during pregnancy and childhood, occupational exposure among firefighters, antenna density, and cumulative neighborhood exposure. This research should be conducted by independent experts in medicine, neurology, biology, epidemiology, pediatrics, reproductive health, occupational health, and public health, with strong safeguards against industry conflicts of interest. I am asking federal, state, and local authorities to stop further expansion of wireless towers and small-cell infrastructure in our communities and establish a process for removing the equipment already installed. Communities deserve clear disclosure, exposure measurements, meaningful authority over infrastructure placement, and access to safer wired alternatives. Technology should serve people without requiring constant and unavoidable exposure. We should not have to choose between participating in modern society and protecting our families’ health. Please place long-term human health ahead of convenience and ever-increasing wireless coverage.

I am a medical doctor, mother, and health advocate, who has studied the mal-effects of the EMR, especially related to children, for more than 16 years. Initially, my concern was regarding cellphones and laptops. In researching worldwide studies and incidences, wherever I pictured a student placing a cellphone or laptop, the rates of dysfunction of the tissue and cancer were elevated. There has been an egregious lack of oversight since the inception of this technology. In the last ten years, my concern includes children, families, and citizens with mal-effects from the cell towers present over schools, work and homes, as well as the "smart" meters. I began Louisiana for Safe Technology. org. to educate and record their stories. For example, one school presently with a tower near the early childhood center, playing field, and gym have extremely elevated readings. In the third grade, last year after being in the class nearest the tower, two children with acoustic tumors and another one with hearing loss, epilepsy, and headaches occurred. One girl in the class died of brain cancer. Cancer caused death in two teachers whose classes were in this area. Cancer occurred in two students who played hours on the field. These are a few of the health issues in a previously healthy group before the tower instillation. Another school had a tower on top of the music room. Two 7 yo girls had neurologic issues, one of whom can no longer be in the city because of her body's reaction. The teacher they had died of cancer, as well as the subsequent one. I have reports of children with gastrointestinal, neurological and behavioral problems in the classrooms with the wireless laptops, routers, and white boards. The children are nauseous and cannot hold it together psychologically until the end of the school day. Now, my concerns have expanded to AI data centers running ahead at warp speed, again with no studies and no transparencies. // The amount of suffering because of this unseen, but ubiquitously present, toxin is tremendous. Please, examine with transparency the thousands of studies and case histories as to the harms not only to humans but to animals and to the soil microbiome. Allow a health, uncensored debate on EMR, then set appropriate guidelines.

There have been many studies done on the harmful effects to the health of all organic life from 5G radiation and EMFs. Almost everyone i know complains of symptoms from this. Headaches, Sleep Disturbances, Agitation. Many people have devices in their homes to measure the output of wifi and it goes way beyond any healthy range. And that is why millions if not billions of people buy devices and technology to counteract this harm. Even having protection, no one can escape the harm all of the time, especially now that most homes have smart meters on top of everything else. Look at the data. Organic life thieves in nature and pulls and exhausts while being wrapped in these toxic frequencies. We all should care about the world we live in and all life upon it. Children in schools should be getting cancer at the rates they are now. Some schools have removed the cell towers for this reason. Please protect our right to good health!

The mounting evidence on nnEMF on human health, especially our children is irrefutable. Brain tumors, I now have one, Autism, Thyroid and Endocrine disorders, Cancers at a much younger age. The data is exponential on a tangent with the rise of cell towers and antennas everywhere. Lambda waves strengthen the energy, Human safety ignored. The evidence is extensive. You must create safe spaces for children to thrive as human beings not as techno creations. We can communicate safely on light. We can use wired technology as well. Stop the madness. Educate the public on the dangers. There is still time. I have too many files ro upload. The data is there. Just look at the absense of nature in areas where nnEMF is strong. No birds, bees, ducks, etc. Every living creature is being affected. Please help.

I became electrohypersensitif in 2020. I was living in Brussels in Belgium and working as an actor. I had to fled away from my city, my job, my friends, my family. I was living for more then 1 year in a camping car in the forest. My symptoms were so strong that it was hard for me to even go to the shop. Headaches, sleeping problems, neurological problems, heart problems, tinitus, articulation problems.... I could buy a house in a quiet good area finally, but since 5g was implemented, I'm again less good. I'm trying to find a solution with the help of my laywer and major. We try to find solutions on local, national and international level. We are in contact with people all over the world who all have the same problem with this environnemental pollution. It's bad for humans, animals, plants. It's a huge bussiness that doesn't take care of all these harmfull effects on life. It is urgent to do something. Our life, our fundamental rignts, nothing is respected. So many people who are also affected and who are not making the link between their health problems and wireless technologie. Cancers, neurodegenratif diseases, immunity problems etc. we want the whole world to become healthy again. Thanks for your initiatif! We are to many to suffer everyday of our life, we would like to be able to live normally again... More then 50 international appeals from medical and scientific specialists to alarm around the harmfull effects of wireless technologie and nothing happens. It becomes worse every year. Actually, there are no places anymore where we can really live without artificial emf's. My body is in tension every single day of my life because of the artificial emf's.
