Where to start? I've been bombarded with all types and frequencies of EMF. I identify at least 3 types for 12 years. EMF, Microvibration & Macrovibration. I've all the while tried to develop countermeasures, without any real success. I've won many times, but eventually, they always get by them. In fact, after many years of avoiding purchasing lead, I broke down and bought 5/16' lead plating sufficient to cover my bed at night, since that's when they attack for the obvious reason that people are sleep and immobile. Microvibration is the system they use to basically invade the human body, and really, they can do a lot of things with it. It's been involved with creating cancer in my body. I was hit with a massive, massive does of EMF on Nov 7th or 8th of 2017. I describe the pain level I felt on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest. The pain was higher than a 9. Fortunately, the pain last less than 3 minutes, about 95%. Thank goodness. The surprising thing was and the reason I was sure it was EMF from a celltower is because the EMF left absolutely no evidence at all. My skin looked absolutely normal, so it wasn't a bullet, arrow or anything like a conventional weapon. Since then I've experienced EMF, Microvibration and Macrovibration almost every day since 2016 at least. I've been shot in the top of my head with EMF/Microvibration down to about 2 inches. I have 3 celltowers within 5 miles of my home. My working hypothesis is 4G 3-panel beaming forming arrays and 5G arrays can kill anybody! So, we're all sitting around waiting for the celltowers to go mainstream. Why do I think that? Because, had they shot me on Nov 7 or 8 in the head or heart, I would be dead today. YOU CAN COUNT ON IT! Richard Lighthouse holds an MS in Mech Engineering from Stanford has said the Threat Fusion Center on N Shepherd in Houston has a celltower that can kill anybody from 100 miles away. Two mornings ago I was sleeping in my new truck in Porter, TX waiting to sign checks for my bookkeeper. About 5 am I awoke with massive EMF to my chest and immediately recognized they had given me an arrythmia, a very serious one. I began to pray aggressively. Within about 30 minutes the arrythmia had largely abated and I lived. This was the 3rd time they'd hit me with what it takes to cause an arrythmia. I had no symptoms other than a heartbeat that was clearly out of rythm to a massive degree. EMF. From 2018 to 2021 in July, I had a herd of 121 axis deer. During that time I only had 1 baby axis, which is impossible since axis does can have 3 babies in 2 years. The 1 baby lived and I sold it within 4 days for $500. Then in July, 2021 the Huntsville Exotic Auction called me, a woman I knew, and offered me $800 each for ever axis deer I owned. The Freeze of February, 2021 in Texas killed a lot of native and non-native deer. I should have owned more than 400 head of axis by then, and I didn't have any to sell, costing me well more than $320,000 (I've attached some photos) One attached photo show my #1 axis buck and 3 does I found one morning all dead together where I was able to touch all 4 from the same spot. We moved the axis buck out to take a few photos. He was originally in the middle of the 3 does. I took him very reluctantly to the Large Animal Clinic at Texas A&M University for a necropsy. I was very reluctant because of the trip and $400 for the necropsy. I asked them to spare no expense. 10 days later I got the necropsy back and it showed that they could not tell how the buck died, which is what I predicted and expected, so why take it? Believe it or not, I attributed the breaking of my reluctance to Jesus Christ. In one of those very few times things like that can be attributed to him. I felt he wanted me to do it. In 10 days I went again to College Station and asked to meet with the 3 tops veterinarians. We discussed the necropsy & their findings. I pulled out my photos & showed them the 3 other dead does. I showed them 3 dead deer I found one evening. I didn't have my camera, so I decided to come back the next day & document the scene. Two does heads almost touching, and a buck about 2' away. The following morning I found 5 dead deer, and 1 of the new ones was laid over the body of the buck that died the day before. People did that. In both cases, 1 buck and 3 does, and then 1 buck and 4 does, well, DEER DONOT DIE THAT WAY. There's many other examples just like them, but I have 527 letters left. So I'll say, I haven't even started on the teleportion, cloaking suit, clacking gun and a myriad of other events I've experienced in the last 12 years. I will say one last thing. After 18 months I've concluded there's is at least a partial hologram over the entire night sky, and drones and manmade UFOs are occupying the places many stars should occupy, like the Big Dig, which is 304 Light Years away or 611 Trillion miles. I sleep under an emf canopy due to a cell tower a quarter of a mile away. I do not have wifi in my home and keep my cell phone on airplane mode or off 90% of the time. Unless using for specific reasons. It is NOT a phobia and that has been well documented. It is a physiological and neurological reaction. I get stomach aches and feel anxious near EMF's. They have affected my mood and my behavioral like a puppet on a string. Reproducible without me knowing. Every time! I have suffered relocation of a home due to high tension power lines a quarter mile away. It affected my sinuses with pain and pressure, with increased headaches, earache, and insomnia. Not to mention the mix of anxiety and sadness. EMF'S seem to affect the nervous and digestive system as I regularly get nauseous or have vertigo around cell towers or high tension power lines. I have chronic inflammation and it gets worse after certain EMF exposures. When I type on my cell phone my fingers have felt intense pain and then numbness as I type words. It's a chronic issue that increases the more I use my phone. It's not psychological because I'm not a person of fear or someone who is afraid of EMF'S. They affect me so I have to limit. With limit and protection comes a great reduction in neurological, gastrointestinal amd psychological symptoms. EMF'S have made me unable to function at 100% and I can not work. I do NOT get disability and live with my fiancé who is financially well off. I have had my environmental illness with MCS and EMF Hypersensitivity documented by health professionals. I am on medication to help with symptoms and to function as a mother, finace' and as normal of a life as possible. I take Gabapentin, Seroquel, and Propanolol. I have it documented that my heart rate/pulse are in fact affected by electricity, such as sitting next to an electrical outlet or electric device. Rapid heart rate around wifi, cell phones and electrical wiring, smart meters too. They all impact me. I can not go to public spaces without sitting closest to the outside, never in the center, surrounded by all the individual's cell phones. I sit on top row on the far corners at my daughter's sporting events or at church. I was unable to attend any of the above for three years due to SEVERE MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity) AND EMF Hypersensitivity. On medication, sleeping under a canopy that shields, and limiting wifi, cell phones and electrical devices has been the only treatment or prevention that works to minimize the negative consequences of EMF exposure, and how it affects my overall health amd physical abilities. Yes it has caused me to have frequent headaches when I've never had them in my life. To the point of pulsating migraines. I can feel when I'm being heated up with a DEW and it destroying my organs such as my heart. I'm only 23 and suffer abnormal incontinence from this. I'm aware it's related because my ex husband confessed yet could not be held criminally responsible because it's unheard of and violence is not something americans tend to control. This tech is being used on millions of women covertly in domestic violence. Then, when they seek help... Their symptoms are dismissed as mental health issues but the evidence is usually silenced or gaslighted. I think it's the cause for the significant rise in cancer. We need to know what these criminals are doing to our body and get us the help we need to heal and safe guard from future events.

Thank you for finally addressing this critical and profoundly underacknowledged topic. In the modern world, we are routinely exposed to levels of EMFs that are many orders of magnitude higher than the environment in which we evolved (I don't have the numbers before me – if HHS doesn't have these numbers, I strongly encourage you to establish them) – I believe the comparison I've seen was some ridiculous discrepancy on the order of trillions if not higher. That alone is cause for suspicion. Electromagnetism is one of the fundamental forces of known reality; it is inconceivable that we would ratchet up the levels of electromagnetic fields and not cause profound, complex changes to our biosphere and our human bodies. Yet our society's understanding of this topic has remained infuriatingly ignorant, relative to what is known scientifically on the topic (what is not known scientifically, and thus is in urgent need of more study, is also relevant). There has been a willful ignorance, a tendency to shun discussions of this topic as 'tin foil hat conspiracy' stuff. I believe this has been encouraged if not outright orchestrated by the communications and technology industries; EMF and related emissions/pollution are a core externality of their business model (this need not necessarily be so; there are ways to change/harmonize/reduce the EM that comes from technology – this should be pursued and studied and implemented with vigor). Regulation has long been myopically focused on thermal effects from EMF, which do not manifest until intensely high doses; thus, relatively low dose (though still very very high doses) EM emissions have been dismissed, if they do not cause thermal impacts. The scientific literature on this point is robust, and clear: the game is all about the non-thermal effects. Non-thermal effects from EMF/RF/wireless non-ionizing radiation, documented in scientific literature, are diverse, and concerning; they include a far broader array of impacts than I'll be able to recite here. Cancer, yes, but also irritability, anxiety, alterations to cellular calcium channels, depression, sleeplessness. I mention these because I strongly suspect that the sky-high levels of EMF-type emissions we bathe in daily are causal to some degree in the disturbed mental health and general sense of dis-ease in our modern world. People widely report being depressed, being anxious, and we see the impacts in our fractured social ties, polarized social discourse, disintegrating families and communities. The physical health harms of EMFs are highly important, and deserve your priority attention; and so, too, the mental health harms. Thank you for addressing this topic. I am submitting these comments in response to HHS's Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMF's), Radiofrequency (RF), and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding for myself, my father, older sister and my son. Myself: I was sickened by the Electrical (ComEd) Smart Meter in March 2018, caused Heart Palpitations (AFIB), Sleep issues, Agitation, Anxiety like feelings, I connected the dots due to a notice being placed on my front door from the electrical company stating they had just installed the new Smart Meter. I called ComEd and a gentleman in a Hazmat suit uninstalled the meter with in 5 days (for a fee $75 and I pay $22 a month to have it manually read), they have shared after putting back the old Analog Meter, that the Smart Meters are no longer Mandatory in Illinois. Once the the Smart Meter was removed all my symptoms went away. I also uninstalled the Village Smart Water Meter having same issue. I was diagnosed EHS (Electro hypersensitive) in 2019 by my Holistic Doctor, he shared that he has had (15) patients with the same experience once the Smart Meter was placed on their home. I also struggle severely with the newer Apple 4G/5G Cell Phones (10 - 17), within seconds of holding my phone I get agitation in my hands, anxiety feeling that lead to heart palpitations so strong. I now feel secondhand cell phones, can not go into large gatherings, Church auditorium, Theaters, Music venues, Airplanes, Airports, etc. And yes, the Apple safety guidance buried in the phone is true, use Hands Free & Speaker. I am now being challenged with our Community getting blanketed with 5G Antennas, placing them 10' feet from an apartment building on the west side with the safety sign being place on the top of the pole stating this antenna may exceed the FCC Safety Guidance and little stickers stating you need to be 10' away to be safe. Does it exceed, no one knows locally. I know it does because I feel the cell towers and small cell antennas, unfortunately I have a light pole on my property 30' from my bedroom window and our Village President shared the FCC can put up to (2) antennas per light pole. I will be forced to move at that point because I can not be in my home safely, outside in my gardens or safely walk around my neighborhood. This is a very concerning matter to be forced to leave your home after living there 40 years. And, where do I go to be safe?? That is unfortunately the reality, where do you go with having EHS to be free from all the wireless Radiation?? My Father's story: He was sickened for (2) years starting in 2016, having Heart Palpitations (AFIB), Gut issues, Dizzy episodes, Sleeping issues from Smart Meter installed on his bedroom wall, WiFi Router under his desk, WiFi Boosters installed where he sat in his kitchen dining table and family room chair. After my story, I was able to see why he was having all these mysterious symptoms, he was never getting a break from wireless radiation. He would go to rest in his bedroom after being dizzy at his dining table (WiFi Booster) to be hit again with the Smart Meter on his bedroom wall. Once all the wireless radiation items were removed his symptoms all went away but he had some continued energy issues and gut issues remain (Autoimmune disease). My Older Sister's Story: She was sickened in 2015 having mysterious symptoms for (3) years, Muscle ache, Extreme Anxiety, Gut issues, Energy issues from (4) ComEd Smart Meters outside her bedroom window living in a Condo, along with (57) WiFi from densely populated area. Once my story hit, I was able to see her issue. Once the Smart Meters were covered with Safety Guards her symptoms improved but she ended up moving to a more rural area, is doing better but still dealing with low energy and gut issues (Autoimmune Disease). My Son's Story: He was attending College at Northern Illinois University living in an Apartment building, University Plaza on campus, started having headaches after (3) months of living there, getting more severe. He mentioned to me one night on a phone call that they where installing more bars on the roof/Elevator Shaft. I asked him to immediately send me a photo, to find out they where installing Cell Tower Units, 60' feet from my son's bedroom window (Verizon & AT&T). I removed my son from that apartment building that evening and his headaches went away. I wrote a letter to the building management begging them to protect the students and remove the cell towers off the roof. Ballroom Dance Friend Story: My dance friend came up to me 2023 and shared she now understands why I sit in the back of the Ballroom away from other folks cell phones. She was diagnosed with stage (4) cancer tumor right under her Bra strap, carried her cell phone there frequently. Her doctor said she is seeing tumors at the bra strap and also at the waist line of workout pants where unfortunately woman are choosing to carry their cell phones. My friend passed away.

I'm responding from the perspective of a concerned citizen who has experienced firsthand the effects of cell tower radiation. In 2015 I worked for 6 weeks in a building with a cell tower on the back. I had worked there previously, and noticed nothing for the first 4 weeks. But then I began to notice strange things. My feet would tingle as soon as I entered the building. I experienced extreme muscle weakness in my eyes, and would have to close my eyes despite not actually being sleepy. On several such occasions I felt electric shocks pass through me (dirty electricity from the equipment?). On one occasion I had the bizarre sensation that my chair dropped away from under me, then came back up and slammed me in the butt! I developed a hand tremor I'd never had before. For several months afterward I'd get sudden tremors racking my body, out of nowhere. I had frequent dizzy spells, felt weak and was afraid to drive long trips for fear of blacking out in my car. My swallowing reflex was slow on one side and I was afraid of choking. I developed weakness in my hip muscles and lower back (worst when the barometric pressure was low), and would feel like I was going to collapse. I also developed restless leg syndrome which has not completely gone away. This was a day job and just for 6 weeks. What happens to people who live near a cell tower 24/7? (Truly horrific things from what I've read -- one woman suffered 51 strokes, and for others it's a-fib, heart palpitations, chest tightness or outright heart attacks, not to mention headaches, dizziness, nausea, sleep disturbance, nosebleeds, and cancer.) Smart meter radiation (same type of radiation) has been shown to rip and slash the red blood cells of anyone standing near one for just 2 minutes, whether the person felt anything (e.g. tingling) or not. I've opted out of a smart meter, but have had bad experiences in homes with smart meters -- violently increased heart rate, or sudden exhaustion and hunger ("hangry" doesn't begin to describe it). This radiation is a serious threat to the health of all of us, and must be addressed. The experiences of all who have been affected need to be considered alongside the scientific evidence. HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure is important. I am responding as a parent, neighbor, and college professor. Wireless devices affect human health, and we must understand how. Wireless radiation has been associated with health problems, including cancer. HHS is responsible for protecting the health of every American and therefore must provide the resources needed for EMF, RF, and WRE research on their short- and long-term health impacts. Thank you.

Dear Secretary Kennedy, I have been a targeted individual for at least 18 years. During that time I have almost nightly been exposed to microwave energy attacks to my body: ears, brain, eyes, heart, teeth, breasts, arms (there are burn scars on both forearms), genitals, kidneys, microwave rape (and physical rape), and lately the perps (FBI? Space Force? CIA?) seem hell bent on destroying some bones in my R foot and my L shin. Did you know that energy weapons can melt bones? and burn skin? and cause cancer? In addition they occasionally startle me with Voice to Skull - that is the use of energy weapons to attack my skull and cause me to hear startling loud sounds, or to make it sound like someone is moving about in my home. This is torture by U S Government agencies. It also causes sleep deprivation. All this violates the Geneva convention. Last week, as part of a Targeted Justice event I spent 3 hours standing on the sidewalk in front of the employee entrance of the FBI headquarters in DC holding a banner I created peacefully protesting the placement of children and grandmothers onto the Terrorist Screening Data Base (now called the Terrorist Threat Center). These directed energy attacks only happen after a person is placed on this FBI watchlist. I would be extremely grateful if you would look into this. I am a 74 year old grandmother and have never been a terrorist. Thank you for your time.
