My name is Britton Brainard from San Diego, CA. I am a victim of EMF and Havana syndrome. It all started when I moved to San Diego 15 years ago . I am tortured daily and am a follower of Targeted Justice so I know how they do it. I am hoping someone will do something about this. Please let me know of any further information you might have. I have daily headaches and ear pain from high frequency noise. Or EMF. I am seen at the VA San Diego. My doctor is aware of my symptoms. They are documented but the VA hasn’t recognized this yet so they can’t officially call it Havana Syndrome.

It's been two years since I was "hit" with directed energy weapons...I thought I was having a stroke and went to the emergency Dept. having that proves that it happened. Since then, I've been tortured everyday and every night...along with my dog! My memory has been severely impacted, my motivation and joy for life has been stolen, I've lost my business and will include pictures of some of the severe burns sustained. This is the illegal targeting program, where an anonymous person gave my name to the FBI whereupon I was placed on the "Non-Investigative" Terrorist List! I have sent FOIA getting the usual reply "we cannot confirm nor deny." They could just deny it if it weren't true and the term "Non-Investigative" is a misnomer - why would they not investigate a suspected terrorist? The FBI doesn't want to know, the medical establishment won't diagnose Havana Syndrome and gaslighting is the order of the day. Not to mention, the gangstalking idiocy. All of this for NO crime, NO due process and the three-letter agencies get government funding to slow-kill us. To date there's an estimate of over 400,000 US civilians who are too afraid to make it public as the torture gets worse as it is right now as I'm typing this! HOW can this be legal in the United States of America? Congress knows about it but most are paid off and it's not in their interests to help us. More and more people are being impacted and IT'S BEYOND TIME THAT THIS WAS MADE PUBLIC. The DOW has admitted it exists and have named it DEBE (Directed Energy Bio Effects) and are compensating government and other officials - this PROVES that Havana Syndrome is real. There's a lawsuit from Targeted Justice in the works demanding the CDC provide medical professionals with the diagnostic criteria to help civilians - so far, they've asked for more time - how surprising! This is against our civil and human rights and will go down as the most egregious crime in the history of humanity! I have about 30 pages of burn pictures which I cannot seem to upload but may be used as evidence if required.
Our nation is currently plagued with the abuse of EMF to the point that thousands are now complaining about Anomalous Health Incidents (AHI's). Some, like myself are even being diagnosed with Havana Syndrome due to criminal activity/ misuse of surveillance technologies, human testing without informed consent, and other abuse/misuse of wireless tech, electrical, EMF and otherwise. I have been part of the community of individuals affected by Havana Syndrome and similar for almost a decade now. Legislation such as the Patriot Act (section 702) and the Cures act may have opened up back doors to the misuse of EMF technologies to include excessive surveillance to the extent of causing sickness and human testing that has not been approved by the individuals. To make matters worse, neither federal or state level law enforcement will investigate any claims of such abuse in many cases. Medical establishments are not prepared to assist us. Those of us affected by such, especially civilians, need assistance with stopping these torturous acts and gaining the medical and law based attention we deserve. The MK Ultra hearings are beginning to touch of how wireless technology is being used to control the mind. Covid and the allegations against Fauci/ gain of function labs is one example of how the misuse of technology has caused thousands to suffer. The abuse of EMF and other Havana Syndrome/ AHI causing technologies is another. We must find a way to help the people of this great nation from the terrible suffering that is being caused by neurological wireless technologies/ EMF.
