Dear HHS/ Robert F Kennedy, I have been a victim of Government Weaponization and a Targeted Individual since 2018. I have been hit with Acoustic Weapons in Des Moines IA when I lived at Gateway Lofts. I was Also Hit with a DEW/ Havana Syndrome while I lived at Gateway Lofts and Also Knocked Unconscious with DEWS while I was at an outdoor seating bar in Denver CO. I have been hit with DEWS in the State of IL and my Dog was hit while driving down the interstate outside of Springfield IL. I have been Electrically Shocked by Electricity from Tri Met Train Station in Portland OR. I have been attacked by a Tractor Beam while driving down the interstate out side of Yuma AZ. I have CONSTANTLY suffered damaging health side effects from Rogue Radio Frequencies which not only track Me but TRAFFIC ME from state to state. Side Effects have ranged from passing out, immediate confusion, instant headache pain, Blurry Eye Sight, Extreme Fear, Watching my Pet dog run around in circles from extreme agitation, extreme anxiety in both Myself and My Dog. Health issues with my Pet, odd Sores. Odd tumor like growths. I have Scars on my body neck back of head from laser burns. I habe Suffered Horrible.Microwave Energy Burns to my face, my neck, my hands, my feet especially were badly burned in New Mexico and in Portland OR just in the last 3 years. I have been attacked in at least 11 States. I have suffered being kidnapped 5 times and Robbed more times than I can count. This is due to criminals being able to find Me no matter where I am chased off to. I know that these nasty terroristic events have come from RF coming from Multitudes of Sources. I was Placed on a Terror Watch List by a jealous Neighbor - who did not like my Political Registered Status as a Conservative Independent or as a Liberal Independent. I believe I am a victim of Domestic Terrorism by the Far Left. I believe I am a Victim of Terrorism It is my sincere Hope for all American Citizens not to have their Smart Phone Shock them as Mine did. I have eye damage decreased Vision. I have been through 50 Smart Phones .I had Some that LITERALLY MELTED when I plugged them into charge. I am comcerned Americans will be Stalked and Harrassed using RF ROGUE Frequencies the way I have. This has caused me to make the MOST Unusual and Bizarre Actions in my personal Life. It has RUINED my perfect criminal history that I had prior to being a Targeted Individual. I have Millions in Losses. My Family has had to save Me DOZENS of times- with them being put through complete MISERY wondering why I was making such insane decisions. This Technology nearly drove Me off of two CLIFFS - It has resulted in Countless Physical Assaults against Me in which I was Dismissed as having Mental Illness which was NOT the case prior to getting Targeted. I desperately Urge that You may be able to Find what Frequencies are being used against all Targeted Individuals because it will save Millions more Americans from having to deal with BAD Technology.
