A cell tower appeared on an adjacent unoccupied property about 500yds from my house and 400yds from my neighbor just N of me in Jackson County, OK. Neither of us were notified or asked if it would be ok.The property owner is paid for it to be on his land. He has a big house somewhere else. I expressed my concerns to him face to face and he told me he didnt care because he was not affected. My husband now has cancer and our elderly neighbors suffer from multiple health issues known to be related to EMF. Because it is on private land we have little recourse. We cannot even find out who actually owns this tower. We are being harmed against our will.

I am clearly impacted by common household electronics, experiencing brain fog, irritability,and headache onsets after more than 75 minutes in front of a computer, even using shielding devices. We have done our best to have a "dumb" house---no smart appliances, Alexa-type devices, E-readers, Bluetooth speakers, etc., and have our WIFI on a timer to be off all night. I notice a buzzing/edgy/unpleasant energy when walking near electrical towers, so avoid them whenever possible. We are deeply concerned that EMF ratings of cell phones and other common devices are highly inaccurate, clearly meant to disguise real outputs, and that the U.S. government has so completely "accommodated" profiting industries, without appropriate scientific studies and consumer protections. A reversal of such policies cannot come soon enough. Thank you for your interest, and may corrective action be forthcoming.

In areas where analog meters are no longer available, utilities should consider technologies that minimize emissions and avoid generating "dirty electricity," which refers to high-frequency voltage transients that some experts and consumers believe may affect sensitive individuals. Several utilities in California and other jurisdictions have implemented opt-out programs that allow customers to choose non-wireless meter options. These programs demonstrate that consumer choice can coexist with modern utility operations. Providing alternatives offers a practical and respectful solution for residents who have health concerns while preserving access to utility services. I respectfully urge policymakers and utility regulators to: Review and strengthen EMF safety standards as scientific research evolves. Recognize the concerns of individuals in all areas who report electromagnetic sensitivity. Require utilities to offer reasonable alternatives, including analog meters where feasible. Encourage the use of metering technologies that do not rely on continuous wireless transmissions. Evaluate and address concerns regarding dirty electricity generated by certain electronic meters and grid technologies. Promote transparency by providing clear information about meter emissions and available customer options. Regarding my own situation, turning off wifi at night and mitigating the effects of the smart meter enhanced the quality of life while enjoying a better sleep. There are certain underlying health conditions like autoimmune diseases and cancer, where having less oxidative stress at night helps the body to heal more efficiently. Although citizens who have environmental sensitivities may benefit the most from higher safeguards everyone especially seniors and babies would also benefit making a healthier America. Public policy should balance technological advancement with consumer choice, health concerns, and individual rights. Allowing residents to select lower-emission metering alternatives is a reasonable accommodation that can improve public confidence and help protect vulnerable populations. Eight years ago i was a healthy & active 72 y/o male, with a condition called MCS,(multipal chemical sensetivity). we had moved to a country town to avoid chemical exposure, & lived happily & healthy for the next 14 y/s.The town where we lived had little to no mobile phone reception, so the good old telcoes put up a tower on a hill at the end of town, bang, great reception..BUT, i began to suffer with cronic exhaustion, i soon was unable to do anything physical or mental.my exhaustion stole my entire life. BUT, an amazing thing happened that helped me to understand what was happening to me. i went camping in the bush, far away from the effects of RF, & immediatly i began to feel better, & wondered why, On returning home i emmediatly began to become exhausted again & stayed that way, untill i went camping again. the penny droped, the only thing that had changed was a tower was installed in town So i enquired weather this could be affecting me, & through an expert in this feild i was assured it could affect me.I contacted a GP practicing in this field, & it was confermed , i had become a sufferer of RF.WE had to sell up & move to where i could live. i now have to fully dress in RF protection whenever i leave home.I socialise very little because being RF dressed can be very uncomfortable at times. I am now 81 & suffer terribly with my nerves, they are badly damaged by RF. I have reserched this stuff for years, reading books, & have learned that RF effects animals & plants also. At the same time as i became affected i noticed that my vegitable garden was doing unusual things to, plants just stoped growing & would not bear fruit....I was told to shield tham with bird wire & they would grow. They were right, anything not shielded just didnt grow. I have a video of this. Next i noticed 5 different birds hopping around on one leg, strang, i had lived here for16 yrs & never seen anything like this before. Since the UK roll out of smart meters my life has been reduced to trying to survive. Torturous symptoms have stopped me from living a normal life. The effact is equivalent to Assault Ocassioning Actual Bodily Harm (A charge which merits a maximum of 5 years imprisonment in tthe UK) My worst symptoms are:- Painful tinnitus, Breathlessness even at rest Heart Arrhythmia Tremor Headaches Nausea & sickness Dizziness Deprivation of Restorative Sleep Premature Frailty and more ICNIRP have set 'safety' levels which harm human health. Media gagging and censoring on the subject has enabled thousands of murders to go unchecked. This is a weaponised microwave radiation attack purely and simply to reduce the population. In other words, it iis Democide. The instigators of this cull should be shot immediately.

We moved to a farm under a low mountain tower in 2021. I started to immediately get profuse bloody noses, which I had never had. The high pitch sound was getting bad. I had some kind of spacial disorientation and definitely kept stumbling left as the left side of my head, including my life long deaf ear started getting intense pain. That summer they flipped on the 5g overhead and I became bedridden and a sick stomach was normal. I have eaten healthy for over 3 years, but, had to explore many natural supplements that would help. I thought it was the people who got inoculated during cv-19 at first, because I got sick around people every time so it was easier not to socialize with the volunteers as it was a Church run welfare farm and volunteers were many. Like some others, I couldn’t attend Church as that tower and boosters and all those cell phones were too close. My family has since then moved after spending 5,000 dollars on clothing, shielding tent supplies and grounding mats. Those supplements started helping so I could get out of bed and get my balance back. Some dizzy spells got severe for a time until I started detoxing enough. I lived an isolated life and my husband has now been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. We chose a safer place to move to and I used the internet sparingly now. I actually don’t have internet, just device wifi. I used to be hardwired and that was great, but, I was so saturated, my body would still get ill from the rf from my ipad itself despite the ethernet cable. I couldn’t get too close to my tv despite it being hardwired. Every house should have a hardwired option without the expense of having to pay for it ourselves. I am doing much better since moving and when under that tower, before understanding why I was getting sick, I hiked the under the tower mountain trail twice and both times got sick and weak with one fall from losing balance. I made it to my car and never went back. That is when I knew for sure it was the tower. Please do something! I beg of you! I have family members and friends who lived states away and even some near me who experienced similar symptoms, but, nobody believes our government would allow such atrocities so, they keep going to doctors, spending money and dr’s can’t figure out what is going on.

Yes, I have headaches, tensions, I feel it like a tension waves. In my phone Samsung I have turned usage of 4D, but my new Wi-fi has only 5D unfortunatelly. They stopped to produce 4D. So I turn off the wi-fi and internet in my mobile phone ever I dont need them and when I go to sleep. If they remain switched on -I am up at 3 am and can't sleep more. Also if I am in a car/bus and somebody near me has a call -I geel the negative enrgy and soon starts headache, tension. It is said, when you move -the signal os 28x stronger to provide a stable conection. I feel differently from the moment they put a special big Antenna 500 m from my house. Then few months later I started to feel dizzy and not well in my body. I saw few days later -there are on the same building next 3 antennas... crazy.. and my next experiance is the knowladge and I saw there is a graphen in my blod. Small parts that react with 5D. My friend has naturopatic consulting and does research of blod drop. She told me once there were a couple and he had graphen and she didn't. So she asked them where they liveand they jave answered, that he is in the town, buying products from big supermarkets , till she is living +20km from the main town and they geow vegetables by themselves. Thats all.

De plus, les épandages massifs (chemtrails) amplifient leur effets. Je me sens impuissante face à ce problème encore inconnu de beaucoup de gens dont mes propres voisins qui ne font pas le rapprochement entre leur soucis de santé et la 5G... Le pire c'est que les autorités développement et protègent leur installations. C'est un drame humanitaire! Cela doit cesser maintenant, car demain c'est tard! I am a private US citizen with havana syndrome. I am hit with ultrasound, infrasound and emf as high as 1500. I have reported my symptoms to the dept of state and FBI. I would report to my dr but there is no diagnostic criteria provided as yet for them to validate the condition. I am a senior citizen woman and the attacks are 24 hours a day. A naturopath wrote I had havana syndrome symptoms but can not fill out disability forms for it. I can not work a normal job because of the attacks. The government needs to provide financial assistance to all victims not just government employees and do something to develop protection from attacks. Instead we are ignored and often discredited. It is a disgrace and a gross injustice.

I came down with what is now called EMRS (Electromagnetic Radiation Syndrome, previously called EMS/ Electromagnetic Sensitivity) in 2012. I had a range of symptoms most of which I never had had before, including heart palpitations, chronic fatigue (constantly tired), nerve damage to my hands including loss of grip strength, brain fog and leaky gut. My tongue and throat sometimes felt swollen and prickly. My scalp and body often felt prickly. I felt restless, sleepless, and anxious. I sought medical help to no avail, whether allopathic or alternative practitioners. Finally, two friends said it sounded like I was electrosensitive. I started reading and studying, learning about the issues related to dirty electricity and RF radiation. What I learned led me to understand that the solar system I had installed in 2010 was partially responsible for my condition as were the cordless phones I was using. I got rid of the cordless phones and went to a land line. I installed a whole house electrical filter on my electric panel as well as some individual dirty electricity filters inside the house to clean the dirty electricity. I installed Ethernet throughout my house to avoid Wi-Fi. I started feeling better but since I lived in Los Angeles, there were cell towers and neighbors Wi-Fi so I ended up creating a Faraday cage around my whole house. My health improved immensely, though it was difficult to go anywhere since the levels of RF radiation almost everywhere are too high for sensitive individuals, and unhealthy for all since the FCC limits are outdated and unsafe. Ongoing, my health has continued to be somewhat problematic including developing thyroid problems which I also attribute to EMF. I continue to have pain in my hands and occasionally other symptoms such as difficulty sleeping. It got too difficult for me in LA. I sold my home in LA and bought a home in the rural mountains, in an area that is currently safe, with no cell towers in my vicinity. My greatest fear is that this safety could easily be threatened by the telecom industry putting a cell tower or small cell up near my home. With the present laws giving too much power to the telecom industry, I would have little or no recourse to do anything about it with the current FCC rules. I would like to see regulations changed so that cell towers would be banned from proximity to schools as well as from residential areas. There are plenty of international independent studies that prove that RF exposure is dangerous (https://www.americansforresponsibletech.org/scientific-studies) but again nothing has changed. There should be more education about the truth of the danger, including to the medical professions. The telecom industry should be publicly required to admit the danger of cell phone, Wi-Fi and other wireless technology. Additionally, children need to be protected with regulations if necessary.
