My name is Jeffery Graham. Ive been a victim of havanna like syndrome for 7 years. Ive also been a victim of nanotech expirimentation in combination with havanna syndrome. I have all the names of the perpatrators that are using a private organization that is backed by criminals. The people using this nanotech are civillian style terrorist who use exotic weapons and mind control. This must be addressed and stopped at once. S.O.S.

EMF electromagnetic fields at different powers, affect living cells, tissues and organs positively and negatively depending on most importantly frequency, followed by anatomy, physiology, waveform, intensity, power, environment, immune system, pathogenic bacteria and viruses, pollutants like Pesticides, or other variables. Many scientists have shown correlations between EMFs and diseases and living near or below a high frequency tower adversely affects all life forms. My personal experience of electromagnetic frequencies disrupting body function and quality of life was more noticeable from 2016 in London. There is more than enough science publications such as those at www.es-uk.info as references and proportionally many more cases in cities compared to villages with lower EMF levels across the spectrum. I, my family, and many others have been adversely affected by non-ionizing radiation for years. I ask for you to address and completely review any health effects connected to the medical body area network and more broadly all EM radiation produced by government infrastructure, government contractors, and anything tangentially connected to nanotechnology. I myself have experienced debilitating symptoms for years that increase in severity in proximity to certain frequencies. Please consider reducing frequency bands related after findings and opportunities for public exposure.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a US citizen and concerned member of the public. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals, families, health care providers, researchers and scientists with an opportunity to be finally be heard on this critical public health issue.

I respectfully submit this comment as an individual member of the public and as someone who believes I have personally experienced adverse effects associated with modern wireless and digital technologies. I ask HHS to carefully investigate such experiences through independent, transparent scientific research, while considering possible effects on human health, children, animals, and the environment. I also request that future policies consider affected individuals and possible support, monitoring, and protection mechanisms where credible evidence identifies risks. My strange health issues started in 2012 when I got my first smart phone. I started experiencing heart issues, extreme fatigue, and positional headaches. I was also worse off in certain places than others. I found being outdoors in rural areas gave me some relief. I was experiencing episodes of pvc’s and tachycardia. My headaches were determined by what physical position I was in. Just the act of bending my head a little forward or down a ways would bring relief. Sometimes instant relief. If I stood back up, the headache came on again. My fatigue began to manifest in having to lie down, no matter where I was at. Driving anywhere became a challenge and being in the car seemed to bring my symptoms on more. In my research I came across the negative effects of EMF’s on certain people and I began to see the correlation between my EMF exposure and my symptoms. Fast forward to 2026: I live rural, have ethernet in my home, and a landline phone. I do have a cell phone but I use it sparingly and keep it as far away from me as possible and keep it on airplane mode most of the time. I no longer have positional headaches. My fatigue is much better along with my heart issues. I now drive an older car and turn off all the Bluetooth capabilities and I am able to make small trips around town. I am one of the fortunate ones who is able to live in a home where I can control my exposure. However, I worry about the impact on children. In 1989 a lab in San Marcos California was testing cell phones to make sure that they follow the FCC guidelines. They used a mannequin called Sam and they would use the maximum amount of EMF radiation that can come off a phone and measure how much was heating his brain and whether it was safe or not. The problem was they used this mannequin which was based on being 6 foot two man and weighing 220 pounds. This head was bigger than the heads of 95% of all cell phone users. So, if you’re a woman, teenager, or small child this test would exceed your limits. Children’s bodies contain a lot more water than adults and their heads absorb up to two times more radiation from the same exposure compared to what most adults get- not to mention a child’s bone marrow absorbs up to 10 times more. Knowing this, what does the future look like for the millions of children who are exposed to this every day all day without a break. We don’t know the physical, emotional, and mental outcomes that this will have on their futures. I truly believe we need to have some guidelines and restrictions of wi fi use in our schools. Please take all this into consideration. Thank you

I am an individual, born and living in The Netherlands. I am affected in every part of my life, for over 10 years now. I face increasing digital discrimination and exemption. At the moment I can not work, can not study, social interacting is getting more difficult without a mobile phone. My children can not live with me (not my choice) and live with their dad, I takes the time of a full time job to rebalance myself. I live secluded from society, in the middle of a busy place....no one really seems to care. No doctor wants to or can help. Although this has all been so so difficult and hard: I am very grateful for being EHS-wired. In an unspoiled natural environment the symphony and poetry of life is singing and dancing in and through me. The down side is that in an electromagnetic polluted environment It is like being in a blender.... I hope with my whole heart EHS will be recognized soon, so all sensitive animals, trees, plants, insects and humans can be restored in the delicate balance of our planets eco-system. Memory removal block replacement Physical movement block ( shoulder wrist hands fingers tingling whole body whole legs extreme paralysis touching heat or stomach areas high fever sound cognition block ) They block music cognition block + block my physical movements while my music performance time so this could be worse than Nazis. So this is like random human experiments without any of consent.
