I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. Wireless radiation has affected me as undiagnosed civilian of Havana syndrome. Duration of the exposure includes 5 or more consecutive years of health effects experienced, beginning in 2020. Reducing exposure made no difference because of the nature of what I believe to be AI based technology streamed through the hardware level of cell towers. These experiences have affected daily life because weaponized pulsed rf is a serious advanced persistent threat. As an rf engineer it is my belief the HHS should address this issue because the protocols are based on a global trust system leaving the towers open to SS7 hacking and security vulnerabilities leaving bad actors access. The towers need to be converted to a zero trust based system and the power levels and frequency waveforms need to be monitored for civilian safety. AI can easily use the hardware or ORAN stack right now as pulsed microwave imaging weapons along with neural decoding and neuroweapon misuse as it stands. The "Device" brought forth as the cause of havana syndrome is a false flag and the cell towers are the actual culprit. It is my belief that human experimentation of an unknown actor is using the ORAN stack layer in combination with cloud services streaming AI deep learning hybrid neural nets or a neuroweapon platform to do weapons testing on the public. The system from my observation injects a clocking signal into the victims environment and measure dielectric shifts of the brain and uses neural decoded feedback to read and decode the victims brain. The neural decoded feedback is also used to torture the victim. The cloud based architecture allows the bad actor to access any cell tower globally and continue the threat. It is my observation that the servers of this neuroweapon platform have a .999999 uptime, or in other words it does not cease to operate. There have been several whistleblowers including Dr. Robert Duncan former DARPA contractor trying to educate the public of this ongoing threat. Dr. John Hall is also an expert on the subject that experienced this technology first hand. Along with Dr. Len Ber who advocates for civilians experiencing this technology currently. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the use of ORAN stack hardware and auditing cell towers and their vulnerabilities to bad actors. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I am a 72 year old woman in excellent health. I eat well, exercise and get plenty of sleep, usually 8-9 hours per night. I typically get up to use the bathroom once per night. There was a time when my sleep was interrupted. I had trouble falling asleep, staying asleep and getting enough sleep. Since I had changed nothing in my routine, I looked deeper. I discovered that without informing, let alone consulting with me, a smart meter was installed about 20 feet from my head where I sleep. Even though I never authorized this installation, I had to get a doctor's note that I'm EMF sensitive to have it removed. I can't believe it's legal to come onto my property and install any device without authorization, but the power company was unyielding on a human level, which is just wrong. When they came out, they only brought another smart meter. Good thing I was at home. I made it very clear that they were to reinstall the analog version, and the tech had to call around to locate one. I'm in a rural area and many landowners have the analog version and even call in their meter readings, so it's not that the analog meters are in short supply. Since that time, my sleep returned to the original quality and quantity. It seems to me that this falls into informed consent territory. People have the right to choose that which affects their health and safety. I should have been consulted.

I’ve been receiving AI voices with attacks everyday. Hospitalized 3 times due to this matter and 3 other physical matters. Mainly torturing regarding physical assaults ( memory removal block replacement etc they demand to not to be able to play the piano and force to block my whole hands from my shoulder. They make fingers paralyzed. While submitting this they’ve erased one of my memory where I used to live. They say about piano stuff for whatever assault and for that they block your sleep or make you to get injured. ) I started receiving telepathy systems in 2005 once my father died. They sometimes use telepathy even now as well. They generally manipulate people and physical body. I think some actual people are managing the system to assault and some people know they’re assaulting. I hope this makes sense. They’ve broken my hair dryers piano rice cooker headphones. The AI say words as command to destroy items or people to assault. They access nerves without consent for manipulation as well. I’m diagnosed autoimmune and I have muscle atrophy issues from what they’re doing ( paralysis assault by attacking motor neuron and the systems ) as my physical therapist has mentioned. I’ve experience of coma as well but they demand to have physical disability and delusion disorder which is a hate crime and not really fair.

When I was 55 years old, my then boyfriend had a home with a smart meter thermostat that was not in the bedroom but in the hall about 30 feet from where we slept. I would wake up multiple times a night with horrific hot flashes right before the air conditioning system would kick on. I am convinced my extreme discomfort had something to do with the electronic device. When we broke up and I started staying in my apartment which had much older technology, the hot flashes suddenly stopped.

House smart meters are bringing wireless radiation into our homes through the electricity. I’m currently having to replace an electric reclining couch with a manual couch because of emf radiation affecting our health. We time off our router at night as well because that was a blocker to sleeping and healing. You can feel the difference in a home when you block these waves. I care for my 92 year old mother who was diagnosed either Alzheimer’s. There is a big difference in her behavior after placing a usb blocker in the outlet closest to where the smart meter is on our home and turning off the electricity to the couch she sits in often. There’s no doubt that the big poles everywhere are emitting radiation that interfere with healthy human function. It definitely needs to be tested.

No one,whether government agents,or private corporations has a right to force cell phone towers,stingrays,smart meters,spy cameras/microphones,etc. on the rest of us. But they have done it,and continue to do it,because they,the criminals,can get away with it. Government agents and private corporations get away with these crimes,and many other crimes,because a different group of armed government agents,who enjoy qualified immunity,protect them. An example of this truth was when Bill Gates was "asked" to appear before the House Oversight Committee,to speak with them,regarding his dealings with Jeffrey Epstein. After he was done,he got to just walk out of the building,and continue assaulting the rest of us,who have no protection,from devils such as this.Arrest Bill Gates,for Crimes Against Humanity.Arrest all the psychopaths who view God's earth/creation,as their own little private project. Everything that the evil PayPal Mafia has put in the skies,on the land,and wherever else,needs to be audited,and the findings need to be made public asap.

I no longer have a life anymore because I can't go out where there are cell towers and activity with enhaced 4G/5G frequencies. I have to wear EMF blocking clothing and shungite just to go into town for normal things like going to the store, and even then I can only be around that amount of EMFs for a few hours. If I'm in it too long I start to have nosebleeds and I also feel a flu-like sickness that goes away after a day from staying out of heavy cell tower areas. Everything I have found online with my symptoms points to microwave sickness, the exact same type that people who say they are hypersensitive to EMFs suffer from. I no longer can work a normal job. My health has been and still is negatively affected by this. The more they add to the cell towers around me, the worse it gets. I have lost friends and everyone thinks I'm crazy because I have been very out spoken about this. 6G is coming soon which means even more EMFs will be added on top of what I'm already suffering from. I have no real future and if I can't secure a reliable source of income I'm looking at being homeless sometime in the future.

My husband has been carrying his iPhone in his pocket daily ever since they were on the market. He now has a 4 cm tumor in his bladder that is highly likely to be cancerous.

My daughter gets a headache when she goes to the class that has the 5G tower above the classroom Monday through Friday. It will get less when she leaves the school. It makes it hard to concentrate in that classroom.

I am electrohypersensitive since I had an accident at the dentist with "Paraformaldehyde" in 2008. I swallowed it and got it in the bone. My health got worse and worse over the years. At first, I got red when i was sitting in front of the PC. Didn´t know that it was electrohypersensitivity, because I had never heard about that illness. In 2017 when it was the worst, I couldn´t go to work for years and couldn´t enter my flat anymore. I was disabeld and had to live in the car in the winter although I have a good salary. I felt every smartphone and couldn´t no longer be in the wireless lan. I felt it burn on my skin and got problems with the heart when I came in the near of a wlan router, I had bad headache, insomnia and cognitive problems with foming a sentence. Couldn´t find the words easily. Finally, I became aware that it has something to do with toxins, that had damaged my cell and nerve system. I found a rare doctor who had experience with that and started to get rid of toxines and heavy metals in my body. I have had almost 100 infusions with Dimercaptopropanesulfonic acid (DMPS) up to now. My body couldn´t get rid of these toxines without that DMPS. Then, it got slowly better. After two years I could got to work again. I had to spend lots of my money for the treatment. I live in a house now, but in a flat, I would not be able to live, because of the neighbours wlan. In the case of having an accident and go to hospital, I am not sure if I will survive it. I hope, I can help you with my experience. There are more people in Germany who suffer from EHS but our government constantly ignores us people. We have any Civil Rights. Thanks very much for your intitiative. This is great of you, but the government must consider that few people can relate between the exposure of emf and their suffering. (Aggressive Intoxications like mine are seldom.) The new generations of smartphones, for example the i-pone has radiation, even if you switch it off. Because we have radiation from everywhere at any time, it is nearly impossible to find out that it is radiation, that damages your health. Most people think that the symptoms they have, for example insomia which is widespread in Germany, result from other things. They have no idea that i might be the wlan.
