Dear Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr, Firstly, thank you for your genuine concern for public health and safety in relation to electromagnetic radiation (EMR) caused by Cellular Towers, Smart Meters and any other public WIFI devices outside the public possession or control (hotels, venues, shopping centers, etc..); and for your authenticity as politician doing an outstanding public service for the American people and by extension set a fine model for the world in public health and safety. Secondly, we are so glad you are the person who is taking charge and leading this on public health issue caused by EMR. Thirdly, we live in Australia, and our house is approximately 200-300meters direct in line with two 5G Cell Towers from two different telecommunication providers. Every day, my wife and I suffer from the impact of headaches, brain fog, sleep disorder, difficulty speech (me), and more from the effects caused by EMR from these cell towers. I can easily feel and detect when EMF/R wireless radiation is active in my surroundings, because it immediate gives me headache, brain fog, and affects my speech. When I move away the above symptoms go away. Fourthly, the incorruptible true source of the safe EMR level is published in the SBM-2015. This is factual about the Maximum allowable for human health, unlike the other corrupt international standards created to benefited only commercial industries to push back – who used the same tactical playbook as the cigarette companies decades earlier. Firth, during the 2024/25 Trump Rallies (47 Presidential Election), I watched almost every day because I like President Donald J Trump and you and all the other Republic speakers. The Trump Administration is the most respectful to the only true ALMIGHTY GOD YAHWEH – the Alpha and the Omega. Create more WIFI Free Suburbs for EMR suffers such as Green Bank, West Virginia, located inside the National Radio Quiet Zone Utilities and Telecommunication The Utilities and Telecommunication companies are engaging in very blazen conduct, by installing Smart Meters and Cellular Mobile Towers, in homes and close proximity (< 1 km) to residential homes, respectively. "The limits that we have now are 25 years old are not protective of human health". Thus, they applied to the old analog mobile relay station back in the early 90's. Where, the analog mobile relay stations were installed several kilometers away from residential homes (suburban areas). Western Governments have passed laws which approved the utility companies to have free range to install cell towers and smart meters into residential homes, without given residents a choice. Our freedom to make choices in regards to our health and wellbeing have been taken away from us. This sort of blazen conduct is what we would expect in developing and totalitarian countries, and not in a free world like the US and Austrlia. I am submitting these comments in response to HHS's Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMF's), Radiofrequency (RF), and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding for myself, my father, older sister and my son. Myself: I was sickened by the Electrical (ComEd) Smart Meter in March 2018, caused Heart Palpitations (AFIB), Sleep issues, Agitation, Anxiety like feelings, I connected the dots due to a notice being placed on my front door from the electrical company stating they had just installed the new Smart Meter. I called ComEd and a gentleman in a Hazmat suit uninstalled the meter with in 5 days (for a fee $75 and I pay $22 a month to have it manually read), they have shared after putting back the old Analog Meter, that the Smart Meters are no longer Mandatory in Illinois. Once the the Smart Meter was removed all my symptoms went away. I also uninstalled the Village Smart Water Meter having same issue. I was diagnosed EHS (Electro hypersensitive) in 2019 by my Holistic Doctor, he shared that he has had (15) patients with the same experience once the Smart Meter was placed on their home. I also struggle severely with the newer Apple 4G/5G Cell Phones (10 - 17), within seconds of holding my phone I get agitation in my hands, anxiety feeling that lead to heart palpitations so strong. I now feel secondhand cell phones, can not go into large gatherings, Church auditorium, Theaters, Music venues, Airplanes, Airports, etc. And yes, the Apple safety guidance buried in the phone is true, use Hands Free & Speaker. I am now being challenged with our Community getting blanketed with 5G Antennas, placing them 10' feet from an apartment building on the west side with the safety sign being place on the top of the pole stating this antenna may exceed the FCC Safety Guidance and little stickers stating you need to be 10' away to be safe. Does it exceed, no one knows locally. I know it does because I feel the cell towers and small cell antennas, unfortunately I have a light pole on my property 30' from my bedroom window and our Village President shared the FCC can put up to (2) antennas per light pole. I will be forced to move at that point because I can not be in my home safely, outside in my gardens or safely walk around my neighborhood. This is a very concerning matter to be forced to leave your home after living there 40 years. And, where do I go to be safe?? That is unfortunately the reality, where do you go with having EHS to be free from all the wireless Radiation?? My Father's story: He was sickened for (2) years starting in 2016, having Heart Palpitations (AFIB), Gut issues, Dizzy episodes, Sleeping issues from Smart Meter installed on his bedroom wall, WiFi Router under his desk, WiFi Boosters installed where he sat in his kitchen dining table and family room chair. After my story, I was able to see why he was having all these mysterious symptoms, he was never getting a break from wireless radiation. He would go to rest in his bedroom after being dizzy at his dining table (WiFi Booster) to be hit again with the Smart Meter on his bedroom wall. Once all the wireless radiation items were removed his symptoms all went away but he had some continued energy issues and gut issues remain (Autoimmune disease). My Older Sister's Story: She was sickened in 2015 having mysterious symptoms for (3) years, Muscle ache, Extreme Anxiety, Gut issues, Energy issues from (4) ComEd Smart Meters outside her bedroom window living in a Condo, along with (57) WiFi from densely populated area. Once my story hit, I was able to see her issue. Once the Smart Meters were covered with Safety Guards her symptoms improved but she ended up moving to a more rural area, is doing better but still dealing with low energy and gut issues (Autoimmune Disease). My Son's Story: He was attending College at Northern Illinois University living in an Apartment building, University Plaza on campus, started having headaches after (3) months of living there, getting more severe. He mentioned to me one night on a phone call that they where installing more bars on the roof/Elevator Shaft. I asked him to immediately send me a photo, to find out they where installing Cell Tower Units, 60' feet from my son's bedroom window (Verizon & AT&T). I removed my son from that apartment building that evening and his headaches went away. I wrote a letter to the building management begging them to protect the students and remove the cell towers off the roof. Ballroom Dance Friend Story: My dance friend came up to me 2023 and shared she now understands why I sit in the back of the Ballroom away from other folks cell phones. She was diagnosed with stage (4) cancer tumor right under her Bra strap, carried her cell phone there frequently. Her doctor said she is seeing tumors at the bra strap and also at the waist line of workout pants where unfortunately woman are choosing to carry their cell phones. My friend passed away.

I am very concerned regarding all emf’s. I became very interested in researching this topic several years ago. (10yrs) when I purchased an iPhone. My fingers are very sensitive to the screen. Then in 2017, we installed solar panels on our home and I started to feel the pulsating pulse in my ear as I would park my car in our garage. Between the smart meter that was installed in Feb 2017 and the solar panels in 2017, I immediately felt the pulsating in the ear. Luckily I found a faraday cover for my smart meter and the pulsation was reduced, but that doesn’t help the tinnitis I feel as well. Then over the years, the installation of 5g towers have worried me as well. These towers put out signal for 5 miles. There is literally no safe place to be. Within our homes with the WiFi or outside. I really wish there was a better way to mitigate these signals. This topic needs to be studied from the effects of cell phone exposure to 5g towers. The last studies origiante from 1970. Please look at the EGW studies they have been doing the studies. Thank you.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I'm responding from the perspective of a concerned citizen who has experienced firsthand the effects of cell tower radiation. In 2015 I worked for 6 weeks in a building with a cell tower on the back. I had worked there previously, and noticed nothing for the first 4 weeks. But then I began to notice strange things. My feet would tingle as soon as I entered the building. I experienced extreme muscle weakness in my eyes, and would have to close my eyes despite not actually being sleepy. On several such occasions I felt electric shocks pass through me (dirty electricity from the equipment?). On one occasion I had the bizarre sensation that my chair dropped away from under me, then came back up and slammed me in the butt! I developed a hand tremor I'd never had before. For several months afterward I'd get sudden tremors racking my body, out of nowhere. I had frequent dizzy spells, felt weak and was afraid to drive long trips for fear of blacking out in my car. My swallowing reflex was slow on one side and I was afraid of choking. I developed weakness in my hip muscles and lower back (worst when the barometric pressure was low), and would feel like I was going to collapse. I also developed restless leg syndrome which has not completely gone away. This was a day job and just for 6 weeks. What happens to people who live near a cell tower 24/7? (Truly horrific things from what I've read -- one woman suffered 51 strokes, and for others it's a-fib, heart palpitations, chest tightness or outright heart attacks, not to mention headaches, dizziness, nausea, sleep disturbance, nosebleeds, and cancer.) Smart meter radiation (same type of radiation) has been shown to rip and slash the red blood cells of anyone standing near one for just 2 minutes, whether the person felt anything (e.g. tingling) or not. I've opted out of a smart meter, but have had bad experiences in homes with smart meters -- violently increased heart rate, or sudden exhaustion and hunger ("hangry" doesn't begin to describe it). This radiation is a serious threat to the health of all of us, and must be addressed. The experiences of all who have been affected need to be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I am an individual consumer and patient responding to Question 3.(a) The EMF sources that most affect me are Wi-Fi and wireless infrastructure. I also struggle with emissions from computer screens and certain lighting that create EMFs. Other sources that have harmed me include smartphones, a microwave, neighboring 5G satellite equipment, and SMART meters on nearby properties.(b) I first noticed effects of wireless technology about 13 years ago (around 2012). I had been sleeping with my smartphone under my pillow, Wi-Fi on, to listen to podcasts as I fell asleep, for at least a few months. We also had Wi-Fi in our home. Exposure later increased when Google arranged free downtown Wi-Fi in our town and then ran that Wi-Fi up the hill where we lived. After we moved, a neighbor beamed a 5G satellite dish over our property toward a distant 5G tower. Our local PUD later required SMART meters countywide; I kept one off my home, but neighbors have them. I still encounter Wi-Fi in stores, restaurants, and other public places.(c) Potential adverse health effects have included severe brain fog, confusion, ringing in the ears, short-term memory loss, insomnia and general cognitive decline. It felt as though all my cognitive functions were slowed down, or as if a heavy wet blanket had been thrown over them. These symptoms have relapsed whenever exposure increased.(d) Symptoms first appeared after months of sleeping with a Wi-Fi-enabled phone under my pillow and living with home Wi-Fi. They increased over several weeks and occurred only at home or in other Wi-Fi environments; outdoors I felt fine. Turning off home Wi-Fi and related sources brought drastic improvement at home. When municipal Wi-Fi was extended up our hill, I became sick again in my own home and we had to leave. A neighbor’s 5G satellite aimed over our property caused another relapse; moving the dish ended that exposure-related flare. Public Wi-Fi still affects me, though usually less than the original home exposure.(e) I sought help from naturopathic doctors. The first scoffed but humored me. A second doctor in 2012 firmly admitted knowing about the problem, said he had encountered it before, and loaned us an EMF detection meter. He did not give a diagnosis. Over the years other doctors have admitted this is a problem and tried to alleviate symptoms, but all have been reluctant to give an official diagnosis. I believe doctors were unequipped to deal with this in 2012.(f) To reduce exposure, we turned off the Wi-Fi feature on our router and phones, switched phones to airplane mode at night, borrowed an EMF meter, tested plugs and electronics, removed the highest emitters, and stopped using the microwave. I improved drastically at home but still struggled in Wi-Fi-equipped public places. Increasing town Wi-Fi forced us to leave. We spent the next three years living in an RV searching for a rural place away from cell towers, SMART meters, and neighboring Wi-Fi. We eventually found one after much research. After a neighbor’s 5G dish caused a relapse, they moved it so it no longer aimed over our property. I fought to keep a SMART meter off my home and have so far succeeded. I have completely removed wireless technology from my home. I have not had a microwave in years. Phones go to airplane mode at night. I use speakerphone, never carry a phone on my body, and use a shielded case. All home networking is wired. Maintaining my health has been a very expensive battle, including measures to manage sensitivity when I must go into EMF-dense environments.(g) We confirmed sources with an EMF meter borrowed from a naturopathic doctor. I have researched scientific journal articles, watched countless hours of lectures, written letters to city councils to keep cell towers away, to my local PUD about dangers, and to county commissioners and state representatives. I have spent countless hours trying to warn and educate others, with little official result, though awareness and injury from EMFs are growing among friends and people I have met. I now fight my teenage son every single day to keep his cell phone out of his pocket because of infertility risks; he does not listen because everyone else keeps phones in their pockets. I cannot begin to communicate my frustration over more than a decade of struggle with EMFs and wireless technology. As long as convenience continues, appropriate studies are not done, and industry regulatory capture is not rooted out, there will be more people like me—and worse—and we will see an increase in the fertility crisis among the next generation.

To: US Department of Health and Human Services From: Kathleen Morris, age 83, Pittsboro, NC Dear Sirs, RFK Jr. said that if you believe that you or a member of your family has experienced an adverse health effect that may be associated with radio frequency or electromagnetic field exposure, share your experience. I am such a person. In 1998 I was living in an apartment in Ramsey, NJ, where, due to underground and overhead electrical wiring the magnetic fields were elevated. Magnetic fields are the “magnetic” part of the term “electromagnetic fields.” Magnetic fields are commonly measured in milligauss (mG) or microtesla (𝝁T), using a tool called a gaussmeter. The utility company came in and found that the reading in my apartment was 100 mG in most places. They said this was a healthy level. The real healthy level is and was around 2.0 mG or less. Then I bought my own meters for EMFs and learned to use them. My symptoms included not being able to sleep. I had to sleep in my car. By 4:00 am, when not many people were using electricity, the levels in the apartment dropped to where I could go back to the apartment and fall asleep. But that’s not the final outcome. I got a few hours of sleep but at the end of it my head and brain felt “frozen.” It felt like a rock and that I was not “myself.” Luckily I had a job where my time was flexible and I could “wait it out” until the feeling subsided, which was by about 1:00 pm. I had to abandon my roommate, break my lease, and move to a safe place. I could never move where there are elevated radiofrequency levels in the vicinity of cell towers. I can’t own a Smart Phone. I can’t drive modern cars with all their electricity. I can’t fly on an airplane or ride in an electric train… both of which give me the “frozen” feeling. I found out the hard way that I can’t use electric devices like cars or trolleys. If it got bad enough when traveling I would have to ask for help because I’d have trouble “thinking.” One time I had a wonderful vacation and took a train home that switched from diesel to electric on the way. There went the good feeling from the vacation. My normal recovery time for an incident like that was four days. I have Wi-Fi but it is about 40 feet away from my computer. Ethernet cable would be better. In order to stay “normal” I follow the “degree, distance, duration” rules. DEGREE refers to the power level or strength of the EMF being emitted by a specific source. DISTANCE is your most powerful defense against EMFs because of the physics of how radiation travels. DURATION focuses on the amount of time you are actively exposed to an electromagnetic field. To this day I am paying $15 a month for the right not to have a Smart Meter installed on my house because the new Smart Meters give off high levels of radiofrequency EMFs. A Smart Meter is the meter that measures monthly electricity usage and communicates over the air with the utility company. For my meter the meter reader has to walk up to the meter to read it. It is called an Opt-out meter. Thankfully Duke Energy provides an electric meter with NO EMFs! I doubt whether you will ever prove one way or another if it is genetic or psychological or an indicator of some level of poor health that brings on symptoms from EMFs. Mineral deficiency could play a role. Even too much grief in life could play a role. Reacting to EMFs could even be a survival mechanism because the body is an electrical unit, and it must "notice" as a living unit that it is in a foreign space when EMFs are out of its healthy range. There is also dirty electricity that I keep a watch on. Dirty electricity is considered a part of the study of electromagnetic fields. You can ask Magda Havas about that and how it causes cancer in school children and teachers. I did find one honest doctor. He said that the best he had for me was that I should move to a mountain top! I read every book I could find that was written by scientists and other professionals. I would have gone to the Environmental Health Center, Dallas if I could have afforded it. I have watched big business crush the ideas about EMFs that president Trump is now looking at. They actually “think” that if the EMFs are not heating the body then what could the issue possibly be. Ask the trillion and trillions of cells in the body what they think of that. I'm doing okay now as long as I practice what they call "avoidance, avoidance, avoidance." I am so thankful that this issue is being addressed. I am personally sensitive to the WiFi in our home. I cannot stay asleep if we do not unplug the router. Knowing this made me fight the smart meter that was going to be installed on my bedroom wall. I had to pay a large fee to keep my existing meter and $25 a month for an ongoing fee. I wish there was some way to stop these meters as well as helping family with the constant 5G everywhere. Thanks you for all you’re doing!

I have been studying the effects of harmful EMFs for the past few years and as a result I have taken precautions to turn my cellphone on airplane mode when not in use, to disable smart connections in my appliances, and to switch my digital meter to an analog one. My sleep score has increased and my vitamin d levels have improved. I have a more regualqted nervous system and my immunity has gone up. I have noticed though that when using my cell phone for a prolonged period of time 15 mins or more I feel a tingling sensation in my hand that radiates up to my arm. This is not carpal tunnel. It’s the effect of electromagnetic radiation. It’s much less noticeable when my phone is set to LTE versus 5g but it’s still there. The fact of the matter is that our bodies are electromagnetic beings and EMFs disrupt our natural biology. It makes your blood stagnant, it impairs circulation, and it prevents the bodies natural ability to send bodily signals and functions. The FCC must be held to the same standard other regulatory bodies are to create safety for humans. We are living in a time of the largest unprecedented experiment on the human body. Our children’s lives depend on it. The rise of data centers and cell Phone towers are creating infertility in animals, so I can only imagine the impact to humans.

They are trying to force e us to get smart meters. Coming to our home and we said no. Tripled our bill because we didn’t get one. We are sick from so many around us headaches dizziness ect. We are concerned over illnesses and fires. I told them it was fraud and they said we don’t what you’re talking about here’s the name and number to install a smart meter. After moving into a newer house in Bulverde, TX, my 9 year old was having headaches every morning and was sleeping horribly. After a month of research and digging, I discovered that the house had a smart meter from CPS Energy. This meter was located less than a foot from my child’s bedroom window. I contacted CPS to confirm it was a smart meter. I asked to have it removed, due to learning the detriments of it on health and sleep patterns. The representative told me it would cost $250 to go back to analog and we would be charged an additional $40 per month to have the meter read. I told the representative to have the work done. Within one week of changing the meter, my child was sleeping soundly and the headaches were gone. In addition, I began unplugging our modem every night because I was having sleeping issues and the modem is located on the other side of the wall attached to my bedroom, I began sleeping better as well.
