I am responding from the perspective of a patient (myself), as I first experienced ill effects when Dominion Power installed a smart meter on my home without my consent and with the local cell towers being erected around our community.3 years ago. I experience closing of my ventricles in my brain and being diagnosed with hydrocephalus without cause. I had to have a stent put into my skull to drain fluids since my ventricles no longer were working.
Wireless radiation has affected me as I now must wear protection and hardwire all internet connections in order to use devices. I am not able to be near cell towers and other strong wifi without protection as I get dizzy and disoriented. This effects everyday life for me as I must be sure to be careful as not to be without my protective devices and have my phone on airplane mode most of the time. I think people affected by wireless radiation should be educated and informed of any and all ill effects of this technology, and I believe HHS should address this issue. We have a body that has electrical and vibrational in nature.
I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I also feel that government agencies have a duty and an oath to protect us sovereign citizens, as well as everything in nature, in regards to this.
I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.
Thank you for providing individuals, families, health care providers, researchers and scientists with an opportunity to be finally be heard on this critical public health issue.
thank you
I am submitting the attached document as a personal experience report relevant to the HHS review of possible health effects associated with radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF) and wireless technologies.
My report describes a series of severe, location-associated health events beginning in January 2022 during my regular commute between Strömstad, Sweden, and Moss, Norway—a route I had travelled for approximately ten years before these events.
Two observations are particularly important. First, from January 7 through March 8, 2022, I changed my commute and drove an approximately 30 km longer route through a forested area to avoid Hogdal/Högdal and the locations associated with the earlier episodes. According to my observations, there were no telecommunications antenna sites along this alternative route, and during this period I experienced no symptoms.
On March 9, 2022, I experienced the most severe episode, including an extreme cardiovascular reaction and a reported heart rate of approximately 250 beats per minute. Abnormally elevated heart rate continued afterward.
Following these events, I was subsequently diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Approximately three days after the severe March 9 event, my TSH was reportedly about 5.4 mIU/L. My TSH subsequently continued to rise, reaching approximately 16 mIU/L by August 2022, and hypothyroidism was formally diagnosed on August 3, 2022. I had not previously been diagnosed with hypothyroidism or treated with levothyroxine.
Second, after I began using RF/EMF-shielding clothing on March 31–April 2, 2022, I was able to travel by car past antenna sites that had previously been associated with sudden severe illness without experiencing those symptoms during the passages.
I am not asking HHS to assume causation from these observations. I am asking that this history be investigated objectively using historical base-station configuration and activation records, RF exposure reconstruction, original medical records, and, where appropriate, controlled blinded testing.
The attached document provides the detailed chronology, medical information, network information, limitations, and specific records that I believe should be examined.
Introduction
-------------
My name is Anthony Cotton and I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure (EMR).
Background
----------
My comments are supported by my background as a Chemical Engineer with training and experience in a number of relevant areas; Energy - (oil & gas, electrical, Solar), IT - web development consulting for numerous Fortune 100 companies (banks, pharma, tech, research as well as Federal Agencies). My more recent focus has been a broad study of Human Health - specific to this topic, my certification as an EMRS (Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist) from the Building Biology Institute.
Analysis
-------
The dramatic escalation in the pervasiveness and intensity of people's unseen EMF environment (both public and private) is both unprecedented and unwise. Regulatory agency assurances of "safety" are deceptive at best and malevolent at worst. Premised on the assertion that only EMR energy levels high enough to cause tissue heating would be of concern is absurd and flies in the face of voluminous evidence to the contrary. Biological impacts from very subtle energetic environments are well documented... EMR effects are not dose dependent.
As one single point of reference for evidence of EMR's biological effects, I would point to the "BioIniiative Report" at the following link;
https://bioinitiative.org/
Conclusion
----------
The Truth regarding EMR human health effects can only be pursued if the government is Truly "Of the people, by the people and for the people".

PERSONALIZE YOUR COMMENT HERE: Tell HHS how wireless radiation has affected you, your child, your family, or someone you care about. You may describe the source and duration of the exposure, health effects experienced, when they began, whether reducing exposure made a difference, and how these experiences have affected daily life. If you are an ally, describe why you support people affected by wireless radiation and why you believe HHS should address this issue.
I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Wireless radiation has affected me. Doppler Radar, the tower's, and the antenna’s frequency are horrific. Being a "canary in the coalmine" is AWFUL!! I experience a stiffened neck, heightened tinnitus, brain fog, migraines, an internal vibrating/buzzing and more. In my daily life, I have invested in Blushield, take radiation supplements (ie – apple pectin), use specific essential oils for EMF, and a host of other aids. Although, some days it can be incredibly intense. So much so, that I am bedridden. I absolutely support people affected by wireless radiation and am so grateful HHS is addressing this issue. I am disappointed, to say the least in the FCC.

I am responding from the perspective of MYSELF.
Wireless radiation has affected me with headaches, dizziness, ringing in the ears, nausea, and frequent awakenings during the night, leading to chronic fatigue during the day. The source stemmed from 5G both mobile and wireless wifi router from the home. From 2021-2025.Reducing the exposure has made it significantly better, and how MUCH MY PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DAY TO DAY experiences have affected life and health.

I seriously believe that we need unbiased data on the safety considerations of these towers before they go up in public areas, over schools and hospitals and in residential neighborhoods. The only ones stating they are safe are the people who are profiting from them and surely the experiences we have had with the other industries that have been relied upon for self regulation have proven how ill advised the practice is! Do the research, make a real, honest and reliable assessment before another one goes up.

I am responding from the perspective of a parent and concerned member of the community because of the extensive research showing the harmful effects of man made EMF’s especially when they are placed near spaces where children spend many hours of the day like schools, and of particular importance those children that are extremely vulnerable in hospitals and special education with mild, moderate, severe disabilities. Thank you for listening and acting upon this communal concern.
This comment is written for and on behalf of our family of three adults in Britain (UK). We became interested in the subject of the biological effects of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) when our lives changed in an instant after a base station (cell tower) was 'upgraded' in January 2019.
We are commenting as this is the first invitation to bring our collective experiences to a government department that is prepared to listen to first-hand accounts of the real cost to people who are injured by over-exposure to wireless technology, then ignored and ridiculed. There is also a huge environmental cost from the damage caused to the natural world from rising EMR emissions which is also being ignored. This is why we are grateful and thankful for the opportunity to raise these issues with the HHS.
Since the early hours of 17 January 2019, we quickly discovered that we were all suffering from severe 'Havana Syndrome' effects such as head-bursting tinnitus, nosebleeds, numbed limbs, brain fog, inability to speak fluently, copper taste in the mouth, heart palpitations and insomnia. Our lives are wrecked after years of trial and error in coping and managing an invisible invasion which fluctuates at any moment, whilst being effectively silenced by every government agency and department. We were on our own and that's when we researched the subject, which is ongoing. Due to EMR Syndrome (the recent renaming of the condition), employment, socialising and use of any public facility is almost impossible. We all have microwave hearing, which is 24/7and everywhere we have visited (even in the middle of woodland). Our relatives, friends and neighbours think we have lost our minds. The relentless wireless bombardment has taken its toll mentally, as we have had to deal with extreme life-changing events which mean we have a home that is essentially unliveable in, even though a lot of money has been spent on shielding/mitigation through the advice of a building biologist. Through the years of research, we have discovered a systematic approach of denial from those bodies who do know about the biological effects of all living things from EMR, but hold onto the outdated regulations and limits to enable a world of 'wireless connectivity'; long-planned. The International Commission on the Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Fields (ICBE-EMF) summarises the situation from the perspective of the FCC and ICNIRP. CITATION: International Commission on the Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Fields (ICBE-EMF), (2022). Scientific evidence invalidates health assumptions underlying the FCC and ICNIRP exposure limit determinations for radiofrequency radiation: implications for 5G. Environ Health. Oct 18;21(1):92.
From observations and experiences online communicating with many other similar sufferers and interested parties, we hope that the HHS will take advice from research free from industry influence to bring about meaningful and sustainable levels of EMR/EMF compatible with all life on Earth. Organisations such as the WHO, the UN, the ITU and the IEEE must be made to comply, as the obsession with total wireless connectivity of everything (including humans) has to end and not be allowed to be resurrected, ever.
In conclusion, our family has suffered in an electromagnetic prison which is impossible to escape from; we see the environmental destruction from these unnatural frequencies escalating, along with ill-health and injury in populations, as 'wireless connectivity' is encouraged and pursued by governments. Decades of research is available and needs to be front and centre in decision-making, along with the more recent emergence of 'gold-standard science' which will help to close the gaps in knowledge. This is a worldwide problem which needs to be reversed to end the pollution and suffering.

I am responding from the perspective of a family member of individuals affected by EMFs and as a concerned member of the public.
Soon after we installed a wireless router and related devices in our home, a family member started experiencing severe headaches. Based primarily on the timing of the issue, we chose to add EMF negating devices on all of the powerfully emitting appliances in our home. There are hundreds of firms offering these devices, but we ended up purchasing from PureVibranz. I believe that the primary source causing the headaches was the wireless router, though there could have been a cumulative effect from exposure to multiple sources. Once the Electromagnetic radiation was neutralized, my family member's headaches ceased. The public needs to know that this technology is not benign, and that there are simple measures that can restore health if issues do arise. A minimal amount of research reveals that a significant portion of the population may react in negative ways to EMFs and RF radiation exposure; this is an important area for research and education given how integral these technologies are to our society.
I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.
Thank you for providing the public with an opportunity to be finally be heard on this critical public health issue.
