I watched as this killed my sister, first, always overweight, she had lost close to #100lbs. When asking how she did it, she said "nothing changed, but all she lost was muscle". It was after being microchipped, and assaults began that I paid more attention to her. The positive thing about being chipped, was I felt the frequencies more severe and sooner than those not chipped. I was being assaulted when going to her house, I would ask her if she was being shocked, she said no. However everytime I went to her home I was assaulted, even after she moved. The reason I link her to these frequencies was #1.due to the Police Officer involved in putting me on this program, S Gomez #7333 whom separated from Phoenix police in 2012, he was affilliated with the same Drug Cartel, in my neighborhood and the fusion center. My sister would complain about the trafficking and drugs in the neighborhood, which he's involved in just as he was in my area. It's a huge criminal organization that the fusion center goes into areas they have their operations in, surveils people in the area singles out threats to the operation, then forces them out of their homes, or kills them with these weapons. Meanwhile their ties to state officials, law enforcement, military provides these weapons for research purposes. #2.My symptoms after just a year of assaults, mimicked hers. Muscle, nerve, and joint deterioration, lethargic, sick to my stomach, and my whole body hurt. I could feel every time the beamed these frequencies or assaults into her homes. I was and am still being assaulted electronically also with with bio-chemicals, chemicals/gasses. They say the effects if you're chipped are 10x as severe. After approx 3yrs She got so bad she was needing blood transfusions, then her doctor quit with transfusions and her organs began failing. There has been a couple of people I know that never felt this crap, when their symptoms got bad the chocked it up to age. These people in possession, (one being Betty Fairfax High school) who was 1 of the 1st weaponized, is the one that's beam microwaved my 100lb Rottweiler, within 1hr from death the meat and skin came off his bones when burying him. My female dog whom I kept in the house with me, and where Electro magnetic frequencies would reach up to 600uT, had still born and deformed puppies. My horses had 2nd & 3rd degree burns on his face and neck, and they killed a miniature dachshund while sitting on my steps of my home right next to me, just fell over dead. I have learned how to track the initiation of these assaults, using a couple of apps on my phone. After 10yrs of these assaults it's wearing on my body, my joints, my vision, my ability to walk, or even standup. When away from these frequencies, I begin to heal, after a week or so I can walk freely. Not as I used to, but I can get around. For a few months it's obvious, they want me out of the area, and want the 1 acre property I'm on. The law enforcement is on their side as I have caught them in the act of committing some of these crimes, and when calling the sheriff, 80% of the time, I get no response, they refuse to take reports, and I have been detained 3x for reporting 2x, the 3rd was because I got a protection order for one of their recruits assaulting me which the sheriff's refused to serve the order, and when calling to have a deputy serve it, they arrested me instead, saying I was a danger to the community. They shot me in the back when microchipping me, with what appeared to be a pellet gun. When obtaining a MRI & X-ray, radiologist and neurological surgeons were given a "do not disclose, do not treat order" which is cruel itself, because the chip is lodged in between C5-C6 of my spine, taking 50% movement both arms. So now I need assistance to do a lot of things. Their bio chemical assaults caused a 2-1/2mo hospitalization, with a flesh eating bacteria, and botched surgery leaving my body maimed for life. I know FBI is a part of this terrorizing and torture, and I know it's a kill order, however Maricopa County Sheriff, Arizona Attorney General, Arizona State Police, Arizona Fusion Center is all a part. I have been notifying them for 12yrs not 1 of these Cartel Members been even spoken to. Also they have blacklistede in the state of Arizona from obtaining legal representation.

Thank you for finally addressing this critical and profoundly underacknowledged topic. In the modern world, we are routinely exposed to levels of EMFs that are many orders of magnitude higher than the environment in which we evolved (I don't have the numbers before me – if HHS doesn't have these numbers, I strongly encourage you to establish them) – I believe the comparison I've seen was some ridiculous discrepancy on the order of trillions if not higher. That alone is cause for suspicion. Electromagnetism is one of the fundamental forces of known reality; it is inconceivable that we would ratchet up the levels of electromagnetic fields and not cause profound, complex changes to our biosphere and our human bodies. Yet our society's understanding of this topic has remained infuriatingly ignorant, relative to what is known scientifically on the topic (what is not known scientifically, and thus is in urgent need of more study, is also relevant). There has been a willful ignorance, a tendency to shun discussions of this topic as 'tin foil hat conspiracy' stuff. I believe this has been encouraged if not outright orchestrated by the communications and technology industries; EMF and related emissions/pollution are a core externality of their business model (this need not necessarily be so; there are ways to change/harmonize/reduce the EM that comes from technology – this should be pursued and studied and implemented with vigor). Regulation has long been myopically focused on thermal effects from EMF, which do not manifest until intensely high doses; thus, relatively low dose (though still very very high doses) EM emissions have been dismissed, if they do not cause thermal impacts. The scientific literature on this point is robust, and clear: the game is all about the non-thermal effects. Non-thermal effects from EMF/RF/wireless non-ionizing radiation, documented in scientific literature, are diverse, and concerning; they include a far broader array of impacts than I'll be able to recite here. Cancer, yes, but also irritability, anxiety, alterations to cellular calcium channels, depression, sleeplessness. I mention these because I strongly suspect that the sky-high levels of EMF-type emissions we bathe in daily are causal to some degree in the disturbed mental health and general sense of dis-ease in our modern world. People widely report being depressed, being anxious, and we see the impacts in our fractured social ties, polarized social discourse, disintegrating families and communities. The physical health harms of EMFs are highly important, and deserve your priority attention; and so, too, the mental health harms. Thank you for addressing this topic. I’ve been a belive of this technology is dangerous to living beings. I did not let my daughter have a cell phone I Until she was older than most kids. I also dated a piolet who trained in sim for American Airlines. He would have personally changed after each time he teach classes in the sim. I think laying a computer on your lap cuts sperm. Electronics make kids angry messes with eyes. I’m sure it does damage to humans or any animals or birds exsposed to the towers or electronics. I’m old enough to know. When I was a kid I would get sick everytime I went to visit my auntie who lived in new London conn. It was a submiren base. When I went to California years later I got sick everytime I’ve stayed next to camp penialton and tgen I lived on Oahu was sick all the time as well. Some people belive others don’t. I know throw experience thatwifi electronics give off more radation make me sick.

There was a scientist named Marcel Vogel. He invented more than 200 parts of the IBM computer. He was my master teacher, and I am educated in vibrational therapies. When I moved into the over 65 apartment, I thought nothing of the location. When 4 years ago the tower which is less that 200yards from the apartment building, appeared to be emitting vibrations which would wake me up at 11:30 pm and then as it turns off at 4 am, I could go back to sleep. This horrible pattern lasted 4 years...and I finally left the building, breaking my lease it was so abhorrent. I wear a 5G protection device and had EMF protection for 45 sq ft of my home. NOTHING worked to keep it from interrupting my sleep. I read that one was turned off in California because it disturbed students in school This should be for all to be expired. I know it was not 5 or 6G coming out of that tower, because I have been aware of any vibrational field which causes me distress. It could also be the reason the whole building is embedded with mold.

I am chronically ill and have a chronically ill child, partly due to living in mold. Research shows that wifi causes mold to grow faster. We have a mold epidemic in this country. Builders say 90% of homes have mold. Is wifi making this worse? I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I am very concerned about how much children and the chronically ill are exposed to EMFs and wireless radiation, and how much tech is used at schools (I have children in public school). I urge HHS to carefully evaluate the public's experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. It is long overdue. We have been subjected to EMFs, RFs and wireless radiation without appropriate research on how this is affecting our health and the environment at large including wildlife. Thank you for providing an opportunity to be heard.

I have been studying the effects of harmful EMFs for the past few years and as a result I have taken precautions to turn my cellphone on airplane mode when not in use, to disable smart connections in my appliances, and to switch my digital meter to an analog one. My sleep score has increased and my vitamin d levels have improved. I have a more regualqted nervous system and my immunity has gone up. I have noticed though that when using my cell phone for a prolonged period of time 15 mins or more I feel a tingling sensation in my hand that radiates up to my arm. This is not carpal tunnel. It’s the effect of electromagnetic radiation. It’s much less noticeable when my phone is set to LTE versus 5g but it’s still there. The fact of the matter is that our bodies are electromagnetic beings and EMFs disrupt our natural biology. It makes your blood stagnant, it impairs circulation, and it prevents the bodies natural ability to send bodily signals and functions. The FCC must be held to the same standard other regulatory bodies are to create safety for humans. We are living in a time of the largest unprecedented experiment on the human body. Our children’s lives depend on it. The rise of data centers and cell Phone towers are creating infertility in animals, so I can only imagine the impact to humans.

In a classroom with a wifi router, my students and I were tired. I felt ill. Then, our district's internet system was hacked and we were without the internet for three months. My worst behaved and emotional special ed students calmed down. They became focused. Students no longer complained about physical discomfort. When the internet was restored the chaos and emotional issues returned. Now, we just returned from living in Netherlands. We were amazed to see the number of 5G, 6G towers/boxes. No wildlife, the plants were weak and sparse. As soon as we drove out of Netherlands and the concentrated radiation, we felt as if we just left a prison, we no longer felt oppressed. After a four day excursion in France, we discovered we HAD energy. A lot of energy. We began to pay attention. There was wildlife and the fields and gardens were prolific as opposed to Netherlands and Belgium. There were insects, too! We spent a lot of time in France because we felt restored there. We felt healthy and had energy. We were happy.

We are two Scandinavians who suffer greatly from solar panels & inverters, wifi, blue tooth, smart meters, electric vehicles, ev-loading stations, cell phone masts etc. since beginning 2011 & worse after 2018 & extreme after 2022. Hopefully this administration can stop this abuse so we can live normally again. It took a while to understand what was happening but now without a doubt we can see the connections. If we pass a house with solar panels we feel head-ache, nausea, spinning before we even see that the house has the panels. Inverters are not compatible with human health. Electric filters help a bit but we cannot live in a populated area cannot have wifi in the house nor smart meter. Can not walk past a house or neighbourhood with solar panels. Our dog also suffered, got heart issues & died. It is devastating.
