Human-made EMF is a novel exposure to which neither human beings nor other life forms are adapted on the basis of biological natural selection. The radiation levels currently present in our environments represent one of the, if not the, most serious cases of evolutionary mismatch. This basic fact urges caution and should inform practical guidelines and regulations.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a [patient, parent, family member, caregiver, healthcare professional, researcher, advocate, concerned member of the public, or other]. I have walked and biked my dog through many areas for years. Lately, as many more of these wireless devices have been installed on area poles or buildings I payed little attention until my dog started refusing to go near these areas once the devices were activated. I suspect EMF waves so I bought a detector and, sure enough, it pegged out in areas near these devices where my dog freaks out and pulls hard to get away from them. I notice my own body has reactions too. If we are off in the woods, away from frequency emitters everything is fine. However, even in remote areas some of these devices exist. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

These frequencies are affecting the birds and bees and butterflies. I hardly see any of these like I used to. Also I am experiencing ringing in my ears and vertigo. Please take down these towers. We did not ask for these emf towers or vote for this.

I am a single female living in West Battle Lake, MN. There has been persistent, nonstop electronic harassment and drone activity targeting myself, property, pets and finances every day for over 15 years. The ongoing frequencies and radiation has caused a severe deterioration to the environment and my health. I have reached out to several agencies without help. West Battle Lake is approximately 5,500 acres. A 4th cell/satellite tower was just installed over a protected lake. They use these towers for surveillance, tracking individuals and use the energy for electronic harassment. All this radiation has caused lake contamination, a significant decrease in wildlife and vegetation. It is devastating to the environment. This is also creating major health problems throughout all communities The people controlling this can pinpoint a persons body part. They will damage the human body to a point of surgery, failure and/or death. They have contaminated food sources and water sources. They spread parasites through both. This is out of control and needs immediate attention .

This comment is written for and on behalf of our family of three adults in Britain (UK). We became interested in the subject of the biological effects of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) when our lives changed in an instant after a base station (cell tower) was 'upgraded' in January 2019. We are commenting as this is the first invitation to bring our collective experiences to a government department that is prepared to listen to first-hand accounts of the real cost to people who are injured by over-exposure to wireless technology, then ignored and ridiculed. There is also a huge environmental cost from the damage caused to the natural world from rising EMR emissions which is also being ignored. This is why we are grateful and thankful for the opportunity to raise these issues with the HHS. Since the early hours of 17 January 2019, we quickly discovered that we were all suffering from severe 'Havana Syndrome' effects such as head-bursting tinnitus, nosebleeds, numbed limbs, brain fog, inability to speak fluently, copper taste in the mouth, heart palpitations and insomnia. Our lives are wrecked after years of trial and error in coping and managing an invisible invasion which fluctuates at any moment, whilst being effectively silenced by every government agency and department. We were on our own and that's when we researched the subject, which is ongoing. Due to EMR Syndrome (the recent renaming of the condition), employment, socialising and use of any public facility is almost impossible. We all have microwave hearing, which is 24/7and everywhere we have visited (even in the middle of woodland). Our relatives, friends and neighbours think we have lost our minds. The relentless wireless bombardment has taken its toll mentally, as we have had to deal with extreme life-changing events which mean we have a home that is essentially unliveable in, even though a lot of money has been spent on shielding/mitigation through the advice of a building biologist. Through the years of research, we have discovered a systematic approach of denial from those bodies who do know about the biological effects of all living things from EMR, but hold onto the outdated regulations and limits to enable a world of 'wireless connectivity'; long-planned. The International Commission on the Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Fields (ICBE-EMF) summarises the situation from the perspective of the FCC and ICNIRP. From observations and experiences online communicating with many other similar sufferers and interested parties, we hope that the HHS will take advice from research free from industry influence to bring about meaningful and sustainable levels of EMR/EMF compatible with all life on Earth. Organisations such as the WHO, the UN, the ITU and the IEEE must be made to comply, as the obsession with total wireless connectivity of everything (including humans) has to end and not be allowed to be resurrected, ever. In conclusion, our family has suffered in an electromagnetic prison which is impossible to escape from; we see the environmental destruction from these unnatural frequencies escalating, along with ill-health and injury in populations, as 'wireless connectivity' is encouraged and pursued by governments. Decades of research is available and needs to be front and centre in decision-making, along with the more recent emergence of 'gold-standard science' which will help to close the gaps in knowledge. This is a worldwide problem which needs to be reversed to end the pollution and suffering.

We really need to lower the EMF radiation lower than what Europe does. The EMF radiation is killing us. There is an unclassified document dated back just after ww2 and even that far back they knew Microwaves cause cancer and sterilization, but didn't report it. We also need to remove all smart meters which are just as bad. We need to go back to full on analog for everything, and really dumb down this push to AI everything. I use a EMF meter and when set to EF which means Electrical field it can go very high to well over 1000vm. From what I read anything over 10 vm is high, so just think how unhealthy 1000 vm is to the human body. Regardless what they say about EMF and how it's harmless it's not. EMF also is in the mountains now, so we can't escape it with towers ever few miles or so. RF signals encompass the earth with Radio signals etc. and it's very unhealthy now. So if we took steps to protect us we would take steps to protect the wilderness too which is why our forests are dying like they have been sine WIFI began... We really need to downgrade back to like 1g and even lower those levels too and not allow 5g or 6g. WIFI is the signal most threat along with AI to mankind!

I am responding from the perspective of an individual whose life has been altered significantly from exposure to wireless non ionizing radiation. About ten years ago, I suffered from a variety of symptoms that were increasingly challenging... all of which were assumed as a result of aging or unexplained. I had severe dry eyes, insomnia, fast heart beat, irregular heart beat, high blood pressure, multiple pulmonary embolisms ,flaming red skin on cheeks, increasingly difficulty with memory, word retrieval and very foggy brain among other things. We metered our home and removed all sources of wireless while keeping technology through hard wired connections. My health drastically improved immediately. Also, a plant that sat in our kitchen window for one year suddenly grew 15 inches in two months. That's when others paid attention. It was clearly not just me but I feel the impact from it. The plant just survived and now was thriving. My doctor referred to me as "the canary in the coal mine". I contacted officials and one state rep of my district listened and wrote NH HB522 in 2019. That bill passed and became the first in the nation to investigate the health effects from wireless and the importance of education on simple things to do to make technology safer. However, any effort to educate the public and legislate safe protections for citizens has been squashed politically. It's not right. Wireless is everywhere, buses, planes, cars, restaurants, hotels, schools, cities, hospitals, you name it. It makes it nearly impossible to live a "normal" life for those like myself who are not seen. Our children and grandchildren are the first to live their entire lives engulfed in this wireless toxin. It's unconscionable that we do not protect our children. We all need technology today but we do NOT need it propagated to the extent that it is without any option to avoid it, other than to remain in our homes...and that is if you are fortunate enough to not have a cell tower or a 5g tower near your home. Thankfully, I am retired as working in that environment would be impossible for me. Where to start? I've been bombarded with all types and frequencies of EMF. I identify at least 3 types for 12 years. EMF, Microvibration & Macrovibration. I've all the while tried to develop countermeasures, without any real success. I've won many times, but eventually, they always get by them. In fact, after many years of avoiding purchasing lead, I broke down and bought 5/16' lead plating sufficient to cover my bed at night, since that's when they attack for the obvious reason that people are sleep and immobile. Microvibration is the system they use to basically invade the human body, and really, they can do a lot of things with it. It's been involved with creating cancer in my body. I was hit with a massive, massive does of EMF on Nov 7th or 8th of 2017. I describe the pain level I felt on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest. The pain was higher than a 9. Fortunately, the pain last less than 3 minutes, about 95%. Thank goodness. The surprising thing was and the reason I was sure it was EMF from a celltower is because the EMF left absolutely no evidence at all. My skin looked absolutely normal, so it wasn't a bullet, arrow or anything like a conventional weapon. Since then I've experienced EMF, Microvibration and Macrovibration almost every day since 2016 at least. I've been shot in the top of my head with EMF/Microvibration down to about 2 inches. I have 3 celltowers within 5 miles of my home. My working hypothesis is 4G 3-panel beaming forming arrays and 5G arrays can kill anybody! So, we're all sitting around waiting for the celltowers to go mainstream. Why do I think that? Because, had they shot me on Nov 7 or 8 in the head or heart, I would be dead today. YOU CAN COUNT ON IT! Richard Lighthouse holds an MS in Mech Engineering from Stanford has said the Threat Fusion Center on N Shepherd in Houston has a celltower that can kill anybody from 100 miles away. Two mornings ago I was sleeping in my new truck in Porter, TX waiting to sign checks for my bookkeeper. About 5 am I awoke with massive EMF to my chest and immediately recognized they had given me an arrythmia, a very serious one. I began to pray aggressively. Within about 30 minutes the arrythmia had largely abated and I lived. This was the 3rd time they'd hit me with what it takes to cause an arrythmia. I had no symptoms other than a heartbeat that was clearly out of rythm to a massive degree. EMF. From 2018 to 2021 in July, I had a herd of 121 axis deer. During that time I only had 1 baby axis, which is impossible since axis does can have 3 babies in 2 years. The 1 baby lived and I sold it within 4 days for $500. Then in July, 2021 the Huntsville Exotic Auction called me, a woman I knew, and offered me $800 each for ever axis deer I owned. The Freeze of February, 2021 in Texas killed a lot of native and non-native deer. I should have owned more than 400 head of axis by then, and I didn't have any to sell, costing me well more than $320,000 (I've attached some photos) One attached photo show my #1 axis buck and 3 does I found one morning all dead together where I was able to touch all 4 from the same spot. We moved the axis buck out to take a few photos. He was originally in the middle of the 3 does. I took him very reluctantly to the Large Animal Clinic at Texas A&M University for a necropsy. I was very reluctant because of the trip and $400 for the necropsy. I asked them to spare no expense. 10 days later I got the necropsy back and it showed that they could not tell how the buck died, which is what I predicted and expected, so why take it? Believe it or not, I attributed the breaking of my reluctance to Jesus Christ. In one of those very few times things like that can be attributed to him. I felt he wanted me to do it. In 10 days I went again to College Station and asked to meet with the 3 tops veterinarians. We discussed the necropsy & their findings. I pulled out my photos & showed them the 3 other dead does. I showed them 3 dead deer I found one evening. I didn't have my camera, so I decided to come back the next day & document the scene. Two does heads almost touching, and a buck about 2' away. The following morning I found 5 dead deer, and 1 of the new ones was laid over the body of the buck that died the day before. People did that. In both cases, 1 buck and 3 does, and then 1 buck and 4 does, well, DEER DONOT DIE THAT WAY. There's many other examples just like them, but I have 527 letters left. So I'll say, I haven't even started on the teleportion, cloaking suit, clacking gun and a myriad of other events I've experienced in the last 12 years. I will say one last thing. After 18 months I've concluded there's is at least a partial hologram over the entire night sky, and drones and manmade UFOs are occupying the places many stars should occupy, like the Big Dig, which is 304 Light Years away or 611 Trillion miles. Docket (HHS-OASH-2026-0397) I’ve been following the research on EMF radiation for over 10 years and it never ceases to astonish me, and at the same time disturbing, how the rollouts continue one after the other without any regard for human lives, animal life and the environment being destroyed to mine for these materials to make technologies that claim to be cleaner and greener. Far too long overlooked and of equal importance, is the human energy field and it’s role in maintaining health and vitality and what role foreign energy fields play in disrupting this health, vitality from the interactions of natural endogenous and foreign energy fields. We have been incrementally and systematically separated from the Earth’s natural energy fields with shoes that are not compatible, toxic clothing and other disconnects contributing to increased acute disorders and chronic illnesses. Our society has been selling us biologically incompatible goods for quite some time now. As an individual with lived experience and a healthcare professional I didn’t realize the impact until I started to experience symptoms. I began reducing all sources EMF in my home at the time instinctively before I had symptoms because it just felt right based on the reasearch. It wasn’t until after moving from a low EMF area to a high EMF area did my body system experience a type of shock, seizure like activity and development of ME/CFS, dysautonomia, migraines almost on a daily basis, carbohydrate intolerance, anxiety and chronic pain. I now know there are millions of others out there like me who are suffering daily by the continuous overabundance of towers/base stations, smart phones, laptops, wifi, electric & hybrid cars and smart meters and yet for the severe, these services and devices are their only connection to the outside world but what if, they are unknowingly worsening their symptoms and preventing recovery?
