I am very sensitive to EMF’s and if I don’t keep my phone in a Safe Sleeve I have pain in my hand and up my arm. I sometimes react even with the safe sleeve but it significantly reduces symptoms. My daughter had to stop wearing her Apple Watch because it was causing pain in her arm. Our EMF sensitivity increased following mold exposure. I’m concerned about long term effects. I also will get tingling in my hand while using my computer mouse.
