I am grandmother of 21 and great grandmother of 9. I see children getting anxious, not sleeping well and not as vibrant and active as they used to be. I also have been affected and no longer put my phone in my bedroom and am noticing that I sleep so much better. Sleep is when our bodies heal. I notice that my grandchildren have chronic illness complaints. Our children need to be protected. Please look at peer review studies which show EMF harms. Let's protect all of us! Please update clear science and guidelines for these devices!

The increase in these frequencies has had life altering effects on my family. My husband has EHS. This has greatly affected our income. He can only work from home and can often be "triggered" by things we haven't thought about. He can't go out like a normal person. Can't go to his childs sporting events, because there seems to be a tower whereever there is an open field. He can't go on a vacation - even if we did have the money. This is like an imprisionment on our family, and the crime, having health that is affected by electromagnetic fields. Now so many people are wearing EMF's...he can't even go near people. The worst thing is that we are seen as "crazy" because people don't want to know how bad EMF's are. There is very little support out there. It would be really good if there was a diagnostic code for this condition. At least it would be recognised by the medical community. While I am speaking about the medical community is one of the things that scares me the most is that hospitals now have high levels of EMF's. There need to be laws around this. Our child had to go to hospital and my husband couldn't even be there because he would get sick. No place is safe. How does he recover? God has his back and we believe he will, but in the meantime it would be good to know about treatment protocols. And, most importantly, there needs to be laws around the levels of frequencies, especially in hospitals and churches. This has had a profound affect on our lives. And, if it was 25 years ago, this condition didn't even exist because there was not the level of radiation that there is today. Please stop this level of EMF's. Stop towers, make sure they are not emiting high amounts of radiation. Because this is a silent killer.

I live in Slovenia, about 90 meters from cell towers. I am unvaccinated and have not had COVID-19. My health issues began with 4G deployment (shoulder calcifications) and exploded with 5G. Symptoms include brain fog, poor concentration and memory, ear pain, insomnia, extreme fatigue, and joint pain. Symptoms disappear when changing locations. Replacing our modem worsened ear pain. Turning off home Wi-Fi 3 years ago eliminated frequent colds/coughing and reduced some symptoms, though fatigue and cognitive issues persist. I now use my mobile phone only for SMS. In enclosed spaces, especially modern cars (with GPS, built-in SIMs, radar, and sensors), reactions occur in 100% of cases. Phone calls or active wireless in cars cause severe pressure, breathing difficulty, voice distortion, and panic/suffocation, forcing me to open windows. Talking on the phone for 10 minutes distorts my voice and causes flu-like symptoms for a week. Strong Wi-Fi exposure triggers insomnia, sore throat, and respiratory symptoms. I attribute these reactions to EMF/high-frequency disruptions of oxygen transport: Tissue Hypoxia: Deprivation of adequate oxygen to cells. Rouleaux Effect / Red Blood Cell Agglutination: Red blood cells stacking due to charge changes, impairing capillary flow and oxygen delivery. Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS): EMF-triggered vascular constriction and air deprivation. After installing a rooftop solar inverter, holding a wired mouse caused pain/electrical sensations despite all wireless being off. Measurements confirmed "dirty electricity" from the inverter converting DC to AC, creating voltage spikes across unshielded house wiring. A dirty electricity meter showed ~1900 mV (safe limit: 50 mV). We are currently awaiting active/passive filters. My body acts as a sensor without needing instruments. Health issues affect my family too: my husband has tinnitus. Of our three children, the two who attended school near broadcast antennas have issues: one has hearing loss (also used a baby monitor), and the other has tremors. Both were exposed 24/7. Our third child, who attended a different school, shows no symptoms. Following 5G deployment, health problems appeared across our neighborhood among both vaccinated and unvaccinated, young and old (e.g., heart arrhythmia in an unvaccinated neighbor, high blood pressure in a 17-year-old). Most neighbors now have high blood pressure, with several recent sudden cardiac deaths and cancer cases. Unprotected exposure, especially for children, risks an explosion of chronic illness and cognitive decline.

Across the nation many residents are concerned about the small cell wireless antennas being deployed in our community. These powerful antennas, part of the next generation of wireless technology (5G), are being placed in close proximity to our homes, schools and other places where we engage in the activities of our daily lives, even though there is no science that assures their safety. This is an undeniable risk. The rapid rollout of the next generation in wireless communications known as “5G." In neighborhoods like ours across America, so-called “small cell” antennas need to be installed close to homes and apartments to facilitate this new technology. The deployment raises serious issues that should concern everyone in our community: safety, security, privacy, property values and health. The FCC’s human exposure guidelines for the radio frequency (RF) microwave radiation used for this technology are decades out of date and the agency has dismissed the results of decade-long research on RF microwave radiation and human health completed last year by the National Toxicology Program that showed “clear evidence of carcinogenicity.” Because the health and safety of our families is at stake, we demand a moratorium on further deployment of 5G until it can be proven safe. NOTE: This is a security and privacy issue. Wireless networks are relatively easy to hack compared to fiber-optic wired networks. Data from your phone and other wireless personal or home devices can be easily captured and marketed. In addition, small cell installations have the capacity to house cameras for facial recognition, as they do in China. What guarantees do we have that the technology will not be abused? This is a safety issue. Local zoning codes are meant to protect our safety, but the wireless industry is fighting those codes. Most existing utility poles (the preferred location for small cell antennas because it’s cheap) were not designed to withstand the hundreds of pounds of additional equipment, and severe weather events could bring down the poles, causing damage to our homes and property. Our local officials should have the right to decide where those new antennas and their equipment are placed. But perhaps most troubling is the news about our health. A recent (2018) peer-reviewed study by the National Toxicology Program of the National Institutes of Health – the most prestigious health research organization in the world – proved that exposure to radio frequency (RF) radiation, the kind emitted from all wireless devices and their infrastructure, causes cancer and DNA damage. Hello! I am 49 year old female living with my family. My parents and sister and her son. I have been targeted with electromagnetic fields and frequencies for a lifetime but intensely 2019. Non stop. High amounts of heat, tissue swelling, pain, blisters, rashes, hair problems, numbness, tingling, pain in joints, pain in bones, pain in teeth bones, loss of enamel in teeth, loss of vision, blurry vision, eye blisters, ear pain, pain to head and temples, Tissue damages, skin damage, It can cause taste and all 5 senses changes. Follicle changes skin pores opening. Excess oils ,vision loss, distortion of time, vomiting, pain sensations, dryness of skin, oils in skin, loss of equilibrium, surface of eyes to tear or leave marks , harden cartilage, blood sugar changes, fainting, dizziness, loss of coordination, joint swelling, edema. Victims of crime are having this used on their families by terrorists and being turned to crisis centers for mental health when these are in fact injuries that are near impossible to detect or have similar symptoms of flu, dehydration. Can be mistaken for symptoms of cancer, autism, exhaustion, can cause anxiety disorders, hyperventilation, redness in face, death in children fetus or babies. Upper respiratory infections other infections , metabolic issues, changes in forehead nose eyes ears throat. I pray that this issue is addressed as I have been a victim of assault by these very things. It’s hard to talk to people about it because they don’t see it. 3 years ago I remember a tower going next to my house . I thought, all my family, animals bees etc are healthy. Now, we are constantly fighting headaches, insulin issues, stomach aches and swollen glands. We never had any issues and now it's been in abundance. The tower has continued to add to it and it right by a school. Sickening. We are now delling our house and moving for the sake of our children . Our government knows and is failing us as a society.

Re: ET Docket No. 13-84 — RF Exposure Issues Subject to Remand in Environmental Health Trust v. FCC To the Federal Communications Commission: I submit this comment as a member of the public concerned that the FCC’s current radiofrequency (RF) exposure standards and testing procedures may not fully reflect today’s communications environment. Wireless technology provides enormous benefits. My concern is not opposition to Wi-Fi, cellular networks, satellites, wearables, 5G, 6G, or emerging systems. My concern is that safety testing and regulatory review should evolve as rapidly as the technology itself. The Commission should not presume that RF exposure below existing limits is harmful where causation has not been established. But scientific uncertainty should not automatically be treated as proof of safety. REAL-WORLD AND CUMULATIVE EXPOSURE People may now be exposed simultaneously to phones, Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth devices, wearables, computers, connected vehicles, smart-home devices, cellular infrastructure, satellites, and other RF sources. The FCC should examine whether its framework adequately evaluates aggregate and cumulative exposure rather than considering devices mainly in isolation. Testing should reflect foreseeable use, including devices against the body, near the head, worn for long periods, and operating multiple radios simultaneously. Where relevant, it should also consider multiple frequencies, modulation, pulsed transmissions, beamforming, and changing duty cycles. LONG-TERM EXPOSURE AND CHILDREN Modern exposure can occur throughout the day and over decades. The FCC should distinguish short-term exposure from chronic, cumulative, and lifetime exposure. Children deserve specific analysis because they may begin using wireless devices early and experience exposure over much longer portions of their lives. The Commission should clearly explain the scientific basis for concluding that its limits and testing procedures adequately protect children. NON-CANCER EFFECTS The Commission should rigorously evaluate credible evidence concerning possible non-cancer effects, including neurological, cognitive, reproductive, oxidative, and other biological endpoints. Inconsistent findings or methodological limitations should lead to careful analysis, not blanket acceptance or dismissal. The FCC should identify which findings have been replicated, whether credible dose-response relationships exist, how exposure was measured, whether appropriate controls were used, whether confounding factors were addressed, and whether observed biological changes represent actual adverse health outcomes at exposures relevant to FCC limits. ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS Environmental impacts also deserve meaningful investigation. Research should distinguish possible RF effects from tower lighting, collisions, habitat disruption, construction, and other confounding factors. A lack of high-quality independent field studies should be identified as a research gap, not automatically treated as evidence of no effect. PRIVACY, SECURITY, AND MALICIOUS USE As RF-dependent technology becomes ubiquitous, the FCC should also recognize related privacy and cybersecurity risks, either here where relevant to technological developments or through a separate proceeding. RF energy itself does not collect personal information. However, wireless systems can create mechanisms through which devices may be identified, tracked, impersonated, disrupted, or subjected to unauthorized interception. Documented concerns include rogue cellular base stations, rogue Wi-Fi access points, wireless identifiers, Bluetooth vulnerabilities, spoofing, jamming, interference, and techniques capable of distinguishing devices through characteristics of their RF transmissions. As wireless systems expand, regulators should consider unauthorized tracking, location-related metadata, RF fingerprinting, malicious interference, and transparency about what systems transmit, collect, infer, retain, or disclose. REQUESTED ACTION I respectfully ask the FCC to modernize RF compliance testing; evaluate aggregate, long-term, and lifetime exposure; specifically address children; transparently evaluate non-cancer effects; identify replicated and unreplicated findings; support independent environmental and human-exposure research; improve public access to testing methods and assumptions; and establish recurring review of RF standards as technology evolves. The United States can lead in communications technology while also leading in independent research, transparent safety standards, privacy protection, and realistic exposure assessment. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a VICTIM AND RESEARCHER. Due to my experience with Cognitive Electronic Warfare and Counter Insurgency methods and tactics; I have created the non profit Human Free Will @ humanfreewill.org. EVERY MORNING and EVERY NIGHT I have to sleep within an Electromagnetic Field generated EVERYWHERE I GO with PNT (Precision Navigation Timing) infrastructure. I'm in New York City so when they covertly place an Electronic Warfare generator in close quarters it affects multiple people. My father and several neighbors have passed away recently due to constant EMF, RF, and Wireless Radiation Exposure in which I have attached a picture. My mother has cancer and I have brain cancer. There is NO ONE TO GO TO for the removal of the generator you can hear buzzing next door since it is "used for training". I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. am an adult woman submitting a personal health comment to HHS-OASH-2026-0397. I am asking HHS to treat electromagnetic fields, radiofrequency radiation, and reported directed-energy / Havana-type symptoms as a real research gap, not as something to dismiss first and study never. For years I have had burning, head and foot pain, vibration through my body, dizziness, nerve pain, sleep collapse, and inflammatory flares. These episodes have happened in houses, hotels, and outdoor settings. On September 22, 2026, I was at the White House Hotel in Biloxi, Mississippi, on Beach Boulevard / US Highway 90. That night I felt a strike that vibrated through my whole body. Current symptoms I live with: A clamp sensation along my spine from the lower back to the top of my head Muscle tightness that feels like I am being choked A lump on the right side of my head, top and side Burning Ringing in the ears Fatigue Stomach problems Other neurological symptoms that have not been explained or treated in a way that stops them I have sought medical care. I have imaging and records. I am not asking HHS to take my word as a finished scientific paper. I am asking you not to throw people like me out of the dataset. Please include in your review: Health experiences and clinical observations from people who report RF / EMF-associated illness and people who report pulsed or targeted energy symptoms, including Havana-style presentations. Whether current U.S. exposure limits protect people who are already sick, children, and people in dense wireless environments. Research gaps on non-thermal effects, pulsed RF, and unexplained acquired neurological and inflammatory syndromes after reported environmental exposure. A path for civilians to document incidents without being auto-labeled and closed. I can attach medical records and a dated symptom log. I am not attaching unrelated legal matters.
