Hello, I am writing the HHS concerning the impact that wireless technology has had on me. I am extremely sensitive to electromagnetic radiation. I am what was referred to 30 years ago as having “microwave sickness”. I stared experiencing symptoms such as; headaches, brain fog, dizziness, and horrible pressure in my head in late 2017. These episodes were so severe that I could no longer work outside the home. I tried to work from home, but I was so sick I could only work for a few hours a day. One day it seemed like everything was magnified. This was the day a smart meter was installed on our house. I spent a couple weeks arguing with the electric cooperative to get it removed. I was charged a removal fee and an additional monthly fee due to someone having to physically read my meter. The symptoms calmed down for a while. I was also mitigating what radiation I could. Then there was more towers and antennas installed within a 3 mile radius of our home. This made it impossible for me to function. I was unable to take care of myself. We then decided we needed to move. We moved to a rural area in Tennessee away from the suburb of Nashville we called home. Since we moved I have regained some of my life. However, it is becoming harder for me to enter cities where there’s more wireless technology. This limits me and my abilities. I’m currently unable to work. I am unable to drive to areas with lots of radiation without someone with me. I am unable to go shopping without someone with me. I have had to change doctors because I can no longer go to the cities where they are located. I have a hard time going to any healthcare provider because of the wireless technology used in their offices. I am unable to get a haircut due to the wireless technology in the salons. I’m unable to go to any type of entertainment; such as dinners out, concerts, plays, movies due to wireless technology. I can’t go to church or attend weddings or funerals because of the wireless technology. We’re no longer able to travel due to wireless technologies in places of lodging. There are so many smart devices that even when we try to do something in nature like hiking, seeing a waterfall, going to the beach, or site seeing, we can’t. Everyone around you has a smart phone, smart watch or wireless earbuds. Wireless technology has hindered me and my ability to thrive in life. Wireless technology has rendered me practically a hermit. We’ve spent thousands of dollars moving, mitigating wireless technology, apply protocols just for me to survive the environment we live in. Wireless technology has had a harmful impact on my health and quality of life.

I suffer from a physiological response to wireless technologies. This happens when I am in a strong wifi environment and if I stay too long near electromagnetic frequencies from standard electrical pulsations. I didn’t want to believe that my symptoms and suffering would be so clearly caused by such ubiquitous daily technologies but the facts have remained- I feel the intensity of pulsed electromagnetic waves. My symptoms are: insomnia, headache, increased and heightened tinnitus (ringing becomes more shrill), and an overall increase in anxiety. To alleviate my reactions/illness, I have learned to prepare for a specific environment. For example, when I enter a restaurant, I use an EMF meter to find the areas of least radiation. My house is hard-wired with ethernet cables providing my internet connections and I use a landline to communicate. I do own a cell phone but it is kept in airplane mode or off most of the time. My friends and family know about my condition and they do not keep their phones on around me. I can’t attend stadium concerts, games and events where I know all phones will be pulsing their signals so, I don’t go. Luckily, I own my home and I am not subject to others’ wifi signals that would occur were I living in an apartment building. What about those who can’t afford a home and are forced to live in an unsafe environment? Sadly, I have come to believe that our government does not care about people like me. They care about the profits made by Telecom and they continue to deny that my sub-group has validity. Despite the studies that show harm, the FCC has just continued to allow more transmitters at higher frequencies to be developed. These higher frequencies (4G, 5G, 6G, 10G) are currently causing damage to plants and wildlife while the Federal government just looks the other way. I urge HHS to take me and the thousands of us (could be millions, with symptoms blamed on the wrong cause), seriously. We are disabled and are often unable to participate in general society. Today, it is hard to find a safe place where there are no EMFs. This is why many escape into a forest, living off grid and on the edge. The small cell antennas now being deployed in every conceivable location- schools, office buildings, churches (shouldn’t they be sacred and safe places?), and on people’s homes make life impossible for those suffering from EMR-S (Electro Magnetic Syndrome). I am a retired biomedical scientist. 14 years ago, a mobile mast was erected on the top of the apartment block next to where I live. It was 10 metres from my study. I started to get nosebleeds and headaches which diffused when I left the apartment and walked barefoot on the beach nearby. I also became aware of sensitivity to WiFi. This sensitivity has got worse and worse and now my life is very limited. I cannot do most of the things that a retiree should be able to look forward to. My health has deteriorated. I am very susceptible to infections and all in all I am a greatly diminished person as result of this. I resent the unwillingness of authorities to address the health implications. The evidence is out there. Time to call out the Telecoms industry

We moved closer to a tower three years ago. And I have been sick since. Currently looking for new real estate.

I have been targeting by The White House Government personnel with 5G direct energy weapons called the Havana Syndrome! President Trumps Space Force with weapons in the sky Is a contributing factor that civilians are being preyed on stalked and chased. Shame on America. I have been hit since a baby from two years old in my starting with my ears. But they’re started frying me when I was 12 and raping me with these tools. 702 FISA SURVEILLANCE swiped my name up as a terrorist and the NSA ceased my data telecommunications/meta data! I have never been able to utilize my IPHONE because the department of homeland security cybersecurity controls my apps, data, even volumes. My identity was sold world wide. My data location and Artificial Intelligence Profile was sold to the Government from Social media companies to NSA to the military, contractors Raytheon, NASA, ambulance, Fire department, police department, fbi, Freemasons, Christian’s, Mormons, Jahova witnesses, 7th day Adventist, churched have these weapons on their churches, Lakeland Florida Airforce base, corporate, public transportation, schools buses, FAA, military, celebrities, grocery stores, wast management, corporate, to every day civilians house hold and their children! I have burns all over my body, they have acoustic noise on my ears, a tool to put gravity on my breathing, and trying to pop my eyes out my head, tries to make me blind, open up my penis trying to take it off and make me gay with MKULTRA, and raped me and burned my private gentiles parts! These weapons are hitting my head so it disturbs with my moods, and makes me hear screaming and forget! Burned my face! The gang stalkers are a covert gang all over the world that uses back pack devices and phones pedestrians that use their alarms, loud cars, coughing, sneezing, laughing, have my Ai and sirens to try to make me death… these noises ping off the towers to hit me. They are burning me daily. I have to keep the water running in the bathroom to ease the microwave radiation on me at night. I have a tracker from neural link from Elon Musk satellites on my head and Lockheed Martin from these military grade WiFi weapons that in the public to protect the United States citizens are hurting innocent civilian's! My doctor in Oregon knows about 702 FISA AND HOW I was getting hit with Direct energy weapons from commercial airplanes and private. The doctors won’t see me and diagnose me because they are in on the Genocide. They don’t want to admit there’s silent weapons being used. They want to say we have mental health or autism so they can keep hitting me. They trying to take off my penis. My investigators is Amy Holem and Dew Weapons police can tell you exactly who’s using these weapons because its their weapons and the FCC won’t comply. I have my evidence and will submit with my mother’s documentation. But for now these people is trying to kill me with my Artificial Intelligence Profile that they sold world wide and it’s genocide! King Charles, Obama, Bush, Rothschilds, Walton’s are involved in this environmental crisis catastrophe genocide. Killing civilians is unconstitutional and the politicians, bureaucrats and technocrats inflicting war on it’s civilians is crime against humanity! Taking contract on the public for monetary gain is treason. They’re using my name in my places of lineage of origin from my 17 different countries. They have monetized off my name from Chatel modern day slavery. And because I have the dna I have ye CIA and the Church Committee want me dead! These WiFi cell towers needs to be out of the public. This isn’t a base. I can see the radiation in the air. I can’t work, I’ve been homeless for 2 years and 6 months and finally got into a hotel for safety but the cars hit me when I go out and I can’t breathe help us get to safety please! WIFI is horrific for my health. It gives me a pounding headache with 5 minutes of being exposed to it. FPL put a Smart Meter on my house - the wall is on my bedroom. I could not sleep - I would be woken every time I got to sleep. I finally figured out it was the smart meter - I had it removed ( I am charged $13 a month now) and now sleep great as I always have. It is not just me - a friend had a baby. The baby cried all the time when it was in her room. She would take it to the doctor and by the time they got there the baby was happy and fine. Get home, it starts crying. The Palm Beach Post did a story about it - she figured out the smart meters for the building were on the wall outside her room - that was what made the baby cry - and who knows how much damage it did. I recently went into an Olive Garden restaurant that had just opened in my area. I left in 10 minutes with a headache - they had wifi. I have no doubt wifi affects everyone - it is just some people feel the effects right away. Keep exposing yourself to it and dementia will soon follow.

Why hasnt there been any regulations for EMF and radiation?! Im dumbfounded and confused that no one has said we need to make sure people are safe? I have seen my brother who was highly involved with his family from not missing anything and cooking and inviting family to enjoy, who was a highly respected talented construction business owner, who organized and worked for a nonprofit organization to hold benefits to help others, who loved motorcycle rides, and just an all around wonderful person become severely effected by EMF! It so heart breaking and devastating to see him have to avoid and stay away as much as possible. He cannot work. He has lost his life, any quality of life. He has even had to build his own cabin far out away from electric boxes, power lines, common household appliances, neighbors, phones,and windmills to get some kind of relief. Im not sure how he functions? He suffers from headaches, body tingling, itching and burning skin, brain fog, sleep disturbances, mood changes, sensivities to fragrances, any dyes or chemicals. It is horrible. Hes gone to doctors, had blood drawn, acupuncture with no help as a result. PLEASE,PLEASE REGULATE! I've also seen more and more children with severe allergies and sensitivities, so what in the world is it doing to our children?! Schools are full of technology, classrooms surrounded by it. Something has to be done, please create regulations to protect the livelihoods of everyone!

I constantly have voice to skull abusive people saying they are rapijg,beating,and trafficking my children and that the "government" now owns my children and that there is nothing I can do about it without proof from my AI-R AIR DATA..my important documents from the Douglas county circuit courthouse in Douglas county oregon from roseburg has been deleted or simply vanished from the filing system and also at the local roseburg dhs office and also from adapt services and many local computers in several businesses such as unemployment department, public library, and dhs, ucan services have all either froze up on me to prevent getting help or have rerouted me in an attempt to keep me from being un-homeless and to keep me unemployed in the past year I only recently found employment after complaints about the abuse and after fighting for my rights and writing the judges to try to expalin the major problem to keep my children away from me and and unhealthy and also to keep me unhealthy. Thank You for this opportunity to hear my story. I had many photos of each of the towers and on the businesses locally but I had to delete it.

In 2019 I was in perfect health and suddenly began to experience acute symptoms of tremors and muscle flinching at night, extreme fatigue, pain in hands when holding a phone, pain in chest when near a computer or remote control, interrupted sleep. After much consternation and searching for answers I learned Smart Meters were installed in my neighborhood in January of 2019 and I clearly determined that to be the source. I provided a doctor's medical verification to the power company to request an opt out meter. During the five weeks I waited for the meter after submitting the application, I was suffering so badly I called the power company multiple times to plead for the installation and this is not at all my nature. After I received an opt-out meter in July 2019, the tremors and flinching stopped immediately. But only after implenting MANY other mitigation measures I learned about from EMF advocacy groups (which took a lot of digging to find) did I experience nearly complete relief. But my health never returned to the full measure of stamina as before smart meters, and if I get a lot of exposure I start to have pains again when near devices and fatigue. Apparently the 7 months of smart meter exposure until I received an opt out meter in July 2019, and the ubiquitous presence of 5G, took a serious toll on my body. The EXTENSIVE measures I had to take to effectively mitigate include: a townhome neighbor was kind enough to install a smart meter guard; eliminating wifi router; turning off internet hotspot whenever not in use; turning off breakers in sleep area at night; shielding blankets; removing all battery powered gadgets and electronics from sleep area; always placing my cellphone on a table to scroll or make calls; placing devices in another room or turning them off when not using them; limiting time on devices. This last measure has affected my ability to work since my work required 8-10 hours on a computer and cell phone 4-5 days of the workweek. If I spend significant hours on devices (computer and phone) with wifi connected I start to get exhausted again. I can only surmise that untold millions are suffering without knowing the cause. And I am very greatly concerned about future generations. I am happy to testify or sign off on the complete truthfulness of these statements.

My sister has experienced profound issues with this technology. She can barely leave her home now with towers everywhere. She cannot be around wifi or smart phones, tv’s or really anything connected to the internet. She has tried talking on a smart phone and within minutes burn splotches appear on her face. The affects are disabling for her.
