Housing, work & access barriers

The increase in these frequencies has had life altering effects on my family. My husband has EHS. This has greatly affected our income. He can only work from home and can often be "triggered" by things we haven't thought about. He can't go out like a normal person. Can't go to his childs sporting events, because there seems to be a tower whereever there is an open field. He can't go on a vacation - even if we did have the money. This is like an imprisionment on our family, and the crime, having health that is affected by electromagnetic fields. Now so many people are wearing EMF's...he can't even go near people. The worst thing is that we are seen as "crazy" because people don't want to know how bad EMF's are. There is very little support out there. It would be really good if there was a diagnostic code for this condition. At least it would be recognised by the medical community. While I am speaking about the medical community is one of the things that scares me the most is that hospitals now have high levels of EMF's. There need to be laws around this. Our child had to go to hospital and my husband couldn't even be there because he would get sick. No place is safe. How does he recover? God has his back and we believe he will, but in the meantime it would be good to know about treatment protocols. And, most importantly, there needs to be laws around the levels of frequencies, especially in hospitals and churches. This has had a profound affect on our lives. And, if it was 25 years ago, this condition didn't even exist because there was not the level of radiation that there is today. Please stop this level of EMF's. Stop towers, make sure they are not emiting high amounts of radiation. Because this is a silent killer.

I knew that AC florescent lighting made me ill in first grade in 1966. I only recently became aware that this sensitivity may be due to the amount of "dirty electricity" associated with these lights or it might be the flicker. 60 years after this first became a problem I was diagnosed with Post Trauma Vision Syndrome. I came home from school every day in first and second grade with a headache and begged my mother to teach me at home instead. My mother didn't know that home schooling was an option. The next similar sensitivity that I noticed was to microwave ovens. When my mother got one, I found I had to back away from it when it was in use because it made me feel overwhelmed. As an adult from 1986-1998, I lived off the grid with DC solar power. I found I could tolerate DC flourscent light perhaps because of the lack of flicker or perhaps because dirty electricity is not a DC problem. In 1998 a modified sine wave inverter began to be used in my house. My health began to decline and in 2003 I became mentally ill. At some point wifi came into my house. I didn't know what it was, my husband or eldest step son would have been the ones who understood that it was present when it was first installed. I recovered my mental health through neurofeedback in 2007 and became a neurofeedback coach. When my mentor who owned one of the most powerful cell phones on the market at the time handed me his phone to speak with clients, I would find having his phone near me overwhelming. In order to be more easily reached by my clients, I bought a cell phone in 2007, we now had a local tower 2-3 miles away from where I was living. Mine was not as powerful a phone. Less overwhelming than my mentor's cell phone, I could not have long conversations on my cell phone without being thrown off balance physiologically. My next cell phone a 3G phone seemed to put out slightly less radiation, but was still a problem. I began texting when I got this phone. I noticed that my thyroid reacted to texting. It seemed that the way I held my phone to text sends the radiation up to my thyroid. AT&T kept sending me notices that they were not going to support my 3G phone any longer and sent me a refurbished smart phone, but I could not tolerate exposure to the smart phone, so I kept using my perfectly good 3G phone until AT&T killed it. The best option I could find at that time was a flip phone which was frustrating to operate compared to my 3G phone. My house was developing a mold problem around 2003 that became severe in 2006. I am aware that there is research showing that mold produces more toxins when exposed to wifi. This maybe because mold produces toxins when it feels threatened as a means of self-defense. Mold appears to be able to sense wifi and perhaps other forms of EMR. This along with home construction techniques and tightening up of homes, maybe why mold illness is becoming more and more common. Being highly sensitive to EMR, mold, chemicals and LED lighting (which may relate to dirty electricity) I am using the inheritance I received when my parents passed away in their mid to late 90s to build a non-toxic mold resistant, EMR safe house. I have an EMR consultant and a building biologist consultant. All the electrical wiring in my new house is in MC cable. I decided I needed to avoid the most highly efficient HVAC equipment because of the high amount of dirty electricity produced by variable speed motors. All lighting will be incandescent because that is the only type of artificial lighting that I can tolerate, even there I have to use low wattage and shades. I am being careful as I select appliances to avoid dirty electricity, wifi and other forms of radiation. My computers will be hard wired as they are in my current rental house. My roof and stainless steel counters will be grounded. There will be a whole house dirty electricity filter on the incoming power. I am avoiding solar power because of the dirty electricity from inverters. I will be grid tied. This is an expensive project, I am so fortunate to be able to afford this because of inheritance. Due to having been somewhat chronically ill for 23 years now, and not as resilient as the average adult prior to becoming clearly ill, I would not be able to afford this house otherwise. There is a dramatic shortage of housing that meets the needs of the highly sensitive. I once met a homeless woman in a parking who approached me because she guessed correctly that I was highly sensitive to chemicals because I had worn a respirator into the store. Social services was unable to provide her with housing that met her needs. I brought her home with me to see if she could camp out at my place in a tent, but that didn't work for her. I had to live outdoors for 18 months in 2006-2007 due to my sensitivity, so I understood her plight. Our government needs to recognize that sensitivity to indoor environments is a significant aspect of the homeless crisis.

When I had mercury amalgam poisoning in October 2020, I became disabled to work as real estate agent because it made me become hypersensitive to the radiations of cellphone, wifi and similar technologies. It made me weak and some parts my body numb. It also caused my left eye to be completely blind. I needed to move and live in a camping tent in a foresty land in order to be away from electronic and electrical radiations. I applied for disability benefit with SSA but unfortunately they do not consider Electrohypersensitivity as a disabling illness. I feel that it is very unfair. Change is needed. Because of my experience, I want mercury amalgam fillings be banned and that the public must be warned and be prevented from the adverse effects on health by the radiations of cellphone, wifi, smart meter, cellphone towers and other similar technology.

3 years ago I remember a tower going next to my house . I thought, all my family, animals bees etc are healthy. Now, we are constantly fighting headaches, insulin issues, stomach aches and swollen glands. We never had any issues and now it's been in abundance. The tower has continued to add to it and it right by a school. Sickening. We are now delling our house and moving for the sake of our children . Our government knows and is failing us as a society.

I am a Board Certified physician in practice for over 43 years. I have personally experienced and have many patients that have experienced detrimental effects with EMF radiation exposure. Headaches, brain fog, agitation, heart palpitations and insomnia are the most common complaints. It is extremely difficult to minimize and impossible to fully shield from the ever increasing amounts and intensities of wireless radiation that we are being exposed to without informed consent. I was threatened with being jailed many years ago by APS when I refused to let them install 4 "smart" meters 5 feet away from where I conduct my medical practice. Just recently, I had to take my newish car to several places at great cost to disable the multiple electronic signals being broadcast within inches of my head. It is becoming an increasingly difficult world to navigate for those of us aware of our EMF sensitivity. Sadly, so many many more are not aware of these signals being a causative or contributing factor to their medical issues. Independent studies must be done and citizens must be informed and given options on saying no to wireless radiation including cell towers, "smart" devices, wifi etc.

Living with EMS Is Like Being In An Invisible Cage (found in pdf attached) In essence, I am a prisoner in America, held in place by an unseen grid that is proliferating. Some say the data centers are being built in order to hold everyone in an invisible cage. I can testify from experience that no one wants this. If they are not for mass surveillance, then tell us what the data centers are for and why so many are being built across the country. No one asked for all of the wireless technological "advances" that have been forced upon us and presented as commerce. No one in government has protected us from the harmful effects of radio frequency radiation, either. I became ill in 2017 after purchasing my first smart phone Iphone 8. After about a week of usage, It heated up my head and ears while I was sleeping. I woke covered in sweat and beat red in the face and neck. The same happened again the next night and after that every time I tried to use the phone I would get shooting pains in my head, hot in the face and ears, brain fog, difficulty with speach, fatigue,equilibrium problems, and severe headache that would bring you to your knees. I figured out it was coming from the phone and I could feel the emf tingling through my body. I later discovered I have a condition called Electryhypersensitivity. Many more symptoms would follow and continue today. I was part of a class action lawsuit against Apple due to the extreme high levels of radiation (exceeding guidelines) coming from the phone. I am still dealing with the symptoms and have to be excluded from many activities to avoid symptoms and being ill. I now get body jerks and muscle spasms along with the other symptoms when exposed. I have spent so much money on blocking materials to keep my home at a low level of emf in order to live my life without being sick. It is extremely challenging with all the smart gadgets everywhere. I am disabled and unable to get disability because our government will not recognize my condition and that puts me in a difficult position since I am unable to work. It is a very isolating condition and difficult to manage.

Hello. My name is Nancy Tolsma. 3116 Maui Drive, Mitchell SD. Until April, 2025 , Jay, my husband, and I lived at 800 W. 16th Avenue, Mitchell SD. At 800 W. 16th Avenue, we had a cell tower near our house. In September of 2020 I started having a strange feeling in my right lower arm. My right side of my torso. As the months went by, I became very tired. My legs had the strangest feeling of being strangled when I played down. I felt like there was a hand on the lower left back side of my head all the time. My memory got worse and worse each passing month. I was told I had neuropathy probably, because my feet cramped and tangled so bad. I got tinnitus in my ears, that got louder and louder as months went on. By April of 2021, I was ready to tell my husband I should quit driving because I couldn't remember where I was going when backing out of the driveway or what was the best way to get to my destinations. He is a CPA, so I didn't want to tell him during tax season, as he was already very busy. I went to my Dr. and had him check me, he said everything was good. The reason I was so tired was from cell towers. CELL TOWERS???? WHAT ARE THOSE???? I told my husband after tax season and he said a couple just started coming to our church that had moved from Minneapolis area to Mitchell because of all the cell towers there making the wife extremely sick. When I had blood work done, I said I wanted a panel done for EMF on me. The Dr. told me there was no such panel but said I was hypersensitive to EMF. Both my husband and I had serious health issues from living by the cell tower, that now after a year and a half have majorly gone away. The tinnitus has gone from a 10 to a 1. The feet are so much better and no neuropathy...just EMF damage All the other symptoms have left. The legs are backk to normal. The pressure of the hand on the back of the head is gone. The arm is normal again, as is the stomach tightness. The memory is better, but am taking supplements to help, knowing that was very serious. Please stop all CELL towers from going up. My husband talked to Larry Thomson, who flies to DC all the time to testify about round up and the technology. He told Jay the only reason we have cell towers is to be like China, and track people. It makes no speed difference on people's cell phone service. I don't want to be like China. I had to move in order to be able to live, because of cell towers. I know 2 dozen others who testified to City council on the damages on their lives because of cell towers. Please bring them down. Thank you.
