I am a civilian diagnosed with Havana syndrome,I have seen 2 private tscm investigators,licensed in radio frequency testing,and both have confirmed frequencies emitting from my person,this cruelty needs to stop and it needs to be regulated because people are suffering!

I am a targeted individual. I am being attacked by direct energy weapons. To my knowledge I did not concent to this testing. This testing needs to be regulated. I am also experiencing mk ultra. Constant ringing in my ears There are close to 300,00 Americans in this program. We need this to stop.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a person affected by wireless radiation. It's about sleep. Sleep is critical to well-being in every sense. I used to sleep very well. Then, cell phones came into the bedroom, then the Smart Meters outside the bedroom, and then the sleep disturbances began. Poor, interrrupted sleep. At first, I couldn't figure out how I had gone from being a good sleeper to such a poor sleeper. But, on a remote vacation in the desert (no phones, no WiFi), I started sleeping well again and when I got back home, I resumed my poor sleeping issues. The correlation between my sleep and my proximity to wireless radiation, as in the preceding example, has been shown again and again. There is no doubt that wireless radiation affects sleep. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

I began to be affected by EMFs in 2018 (BUT I DIDN'T KNOW IT) when, without notifying our property manager, ComEd took out the 36 analog meters and replaced them with SMART METERS in a room next to my front door. I began to have symptoms I'd never had before: headaches, dizziness, heart palpitations, and insomnia (very uncommon for me), unexplained anxiety and unusual fatigue, plus occasional tingling and numbness. After a month+ I saw a ComEd technician opening the electric room, and I asked him if he was affected by the EMR. He said "yes, but I need to keep my job despite how I'm affected. I invited him into my apt. and we talked and shared our COMMON SYMPTOMS, commiserating with each other. I asked him if he would accompany me in creating a program about this at my church, but he was too frightened to do this.

For so many years, I have had problems with electromagnetic fields (EMFs), radiofrequency (RF) radiation, and wireless radiation exposure, and tried so many different ways to solve the problem... with so much frustration when the government (still) says there is no problems with this. As a journalist I have problems to talk long in a mobile telephone also, that also restrick my work here in Norway. I am so thankful for RFK!

I have struggled to be around EMF's, RF, Hot spots/bluetooth/routers, dirty electricity, geopathic stress etc etc. I have some much trouble visiting my son in Baton Rouge (he lives near LSU) where their is a RIDICULOUS number of towers etc. I have trouble visiting my son in Dallas for same reasons. This industry is OUT OF CONTROL. I used to buy low S.A.R. rating phones but its very very difficult now. Samsung used to make them but they stopped caring I guess because they stopped. Even with a Safe Sleeve case, I cant talk on the phone for long with my boys when they call because i feel sicker as the call goes on. Europe has regulations to limit S.A.R. on cell phones. Their should be regulations that NOTHING can be put up within 1 to 1/2 miles of a residential zones. AND their should be limits. Just because they can invent the technology, doesn't mean its a good thing overall. MONEY is not everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But health and sanity is. i have heard and witnessed myself that plants keep dying when planted over some sort of stressor under the ground (geopathic stress). i have shrubs die along my house where the electric box and other wiring is. All the other shrubs were fine. AND the massive amount of Mechanical stress and RF/EMF's coming out of XBOXs (read about Ryan Sternagel, the father of a child diagnosed with neuroblastoma before he turned one- the rocking chair was by the xbox), smart Tv's, Smart Thermostats, smart refrigerators, smart security systems etc. Its very hard for me to go on vacation- hotels or Air b n b's. PLEASE do lots to help us. And their should be a lot of public service announcements (or however you get things out to the public) on dirty electricity. Electric vehicles increase this, electric vehicle charging stations in home garages increase this in a home, solar panels increase this. But every regular house has it as well. NO one should be using grounding mats/sheets in their house unless they have zero dirty electricity. I use Greenwave dirty electricity filters to mitigate the DE in my house. i bought a meter from them to determine which electrical outlets have a problem and then i check once the filter is on the outlet to see if it went down as much as i like to see if i need to add 2 filters to the outlet. my friend was sick for decades. she said it felt like her chest was buzzing. i helped her put DE filters in her house (which had very high DE- thats with no solar panels, etc) and it radically changed her life. Please at least do what Europe does, whatever that is. Will Satellite phones be better for us that are sensitive to the RF's etc from cell phones?

I have a family member who started having seizures after moving into a new home half a mile from a cell phone tower. I also found a preschool my wife and I loved for our daughter but opted against it as there was a cell tower literally on top of the school in the parking lot. Who can possibly justify subjecting children to such exposure. We need to pause, gather more data, and proceed with caution regarding health vs prioritizing faster internet speeds.

Hello. For the last 5 or so years I have dealt with this electronic torture. I have been hospitalized for it 2 when I was convinced that I was going to be killed by it's ability to cause my heart to feel like it was going to explode. I have done nothing to deserve the constant voice to skull that for the longest time would consistently ridicule me all day with each and every decision I made or action that I took. I deal with the pulsed radiation that has keep me up all night costing me jobs and causing me to struggle financially. I have been made aware that my inner monologue is not something that only I have been privy to. I've had electronics be compromised and haven't had any amount of privacy since this beginning. I have been trying to get a solution for the torture and I don't have much hope for this being one. Honestly I'm unable to fathom the possibility that you (the government) has no knowledge of it and I don't know how many others have the capability to do it. I truly believe that it is the biggest reason why data centers are being pushed like they are is so that the stuff I have been dealing with along with others can be used on the entire population because I feel as if I have just been a part of the trial run. I was completely puzzled by this when it began and it would take about a year to have a decent understanding but I don't know who else could be responsible for it but you. If only more people knew what the capability of the "cell towers" were. It is impossible to get away from it. And I don't for see it stopping anytime soon. I'm going to get closer to my Creator and I will pray for the ones responsible for such a terrible terrible sin. I watch the people I love and my 3 dogs fall victim to a technology that is the devil himself. You have the ability to rid the world of the evil with this tech and yet you are hurting me and other good people like me. You should be ashamed. But I don't think you mind it. I think it's a resource that you feed off of. So forgive my short testimony although I don't think it is going to make any difference and the fact that attachments are only allowed to be 10mb is a joke because I have hours of video of this being done to myself and my animals. But I have to go back to work so that I can pay you the money you need to create the very thing that is shortening my life and many others. May God have mercy on your soul.
