Hello my name is Jeremiah Krueger I am from Illinois. I am a targeted individual for 13 years. I have received over ten thousand shocks on my left calf then another ten thousand on my left quad then another ten thousand on my eyelids in that order. I am fully telepathic (not schizo) I can speak amongst my tv spirits and animals with ease. we practice the tree of life kabbalah and also dabble in qlippoth working to reverse engineer the tap shock program. I beleive without a doubt with certainty that I know how people are receiving tendon flexes, tap shocks, fibrillations, stings, tickles, bruise blasts, teeth pains etc I know several identified locations and the skill to reproduce them. we are working on a safe system, this seems necessary as once a shock has been introduced into your personal network it is usually unable to be removed without knowledge I have lots of experince I am ready to elaborate on this in a safe space.

I was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor (Acoustic Neuroma) in 2015 and had surgery to remove the tumor that same year. I was told due to the size of the tumor I’d had it for roughly 10 years; this was from a world-renowned neurologist. In 2004 – 2005 I had a job where I was consistently on my cell phone, I would get earaches from being on the cell phone. My right-side ear would get hot and ache which I hadn’t experienced before or since. I didn’t think much of this until the neurologist said how long I’d had the tumor based on the size. I stopped using my cell phone other than texting and using the speaker phone since my surgery in 2015. I can’t say for certain that was the cause however the time frame was in line with my diagnosis.

For heavens sake stop these cell towers blasting us with electromagnetic radiation. …. NOW! I am feeling so sick from all this radiation. Where I live there were no towers when I moved here. Now there are 37 of them plus 2 transmission lines within 2 miles of my home. My smart appliances are also blasting me and my router and cell phone too. I got a meter to measure the electromagnetic radiation and the electric voltage and the readings were off the charts!! I am woosy, can’t think straight, tipsy like I am drunk when I walk. I have a Headache, have had hearing loss in one ear. And a sense that sound is very muffled and my head is dulled. Once I had a strange burned looking area on the side of my face where my hearing loss occurred and then it turned into a peculiar rash that spread down my shoulder and took weeks to go away. I have been a very healthy and robust female but now everything has changed. I have the sense that I am being cooked!! The government must protect us from all this. We are All endangered as I see it. When I travel those towers are everywhere!! Then up in the sky these planes dropping chemicals down on us too, chem trails crisscrossing above my head, polluting our air, our crops, poisoning our water, absorbed from our skin, and damaging our lungs when we breathe it all in. The Muslims must be deported too or we will be just like the UK! And they have been taken over!!! Are we going to tolerate this. Where are the hero’s to put a stop to the harm being done? Is little Nick Shirley the only patriot that is actually working to correct these wrongs? The big cell tower blasting radiation by my children’s school is blasting our kids as they learn and causing serious side effects in them. The vaccines they are forced to have are giving them all serious conditions as well. Why is all this harm being done?? Is this progress that is going to kill us all??? DO SOMETHING to stop this insanity! PLEASE!!!

The IARC, too, expressed its concerns about excessively high guidelines many years ago, as did numerous scientists in the 5G Appeal and the Bioinitiative. To date, no thorough independent risk assessment has taken place, whilst studies demonstrating adverse effects are piling up. The NPS considers a thorough review of the guidelines to be necessary – ceasing funding for the ICNIRP and sidelining this organisation in policy-making. Thirdly, the public must be informed that the use of devices that utilise transmitter radiation (smartphones, Wi-Fi, etc.) constitutes a high-risk technological application.

Hello, and thank you for the opportunity to explain how the EMF's have practically ruined my daily life. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. My husband and I are senior citizens that had to move from our home as we were being pulverized with radiation from the wi-fi, 5G Towers, Antennas, Smart meters, Smart phones, smart TV's, all the SMART technology that is radiating all around us 24 hours a day, We had 600+ 5G towers and Antennas within a 3 mile radius of our home before we moved. I was so sick. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't eat, the ringing in my ears was so loud I couldn't think practically. I was miserable. We moved to our new home and now have less than 100 5G and Antennas within a 3 mile radius of our new home. Although we are still being radiated I am able to sleep and he ringing in my ears is definitely less. Please stop all this madness with letting corporations make all the money in the world without any consideration for the health of people, animals, and plant life. I am very emf sensitive and at times can only lie down and try to sleep. Otherwise I get dizzy and even nauseous. The ringing sound in my ears I believe is the Frey effect as it changes depending on the day and amount of cloud cover. My husband died this year of Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia- a type of lymphoma that began when our smart meter was installed. His head was literally on the other side of the wall of an old house that is made of lathe and plaster. I only draw inference from the experiences but I do think our regulatory agencies need to further investigate. Thank you.

Dear Mr. Kennedy, Firstly, I am writing to request that you move to legislate against Electrical Power Utilities being able to “dump” or move their data in the night, most frequently around 3AM. Smart meter data dumps cause citizens to wake up for what they think are unknown reasons in the middle of the night. The sleep disturbance/deprivation this is causing could be worth billions of dollars of untold economic productivity loss in our country. This could easily be remedied by legislating that the times be changed to moving the data at 10AM or 4PM in daytime. Secondly, I am requesting you pass laws to regulate kilohertz frequencies between 2-150 kHz via conducted emissions. There are currently NO governmental regulations for frequencies in this range. They are known as supraharmonic frequencies and are major contributors to chronic illnesses in our society. In other words, frequencies in this range are the most biologically active. They are also found as the data that rides on the carrier frequencies (aka subcarrier spacing) in 5G and cell phone communications. You could easily pass legislation forcing cell phone and cell tower manufacturers to use higher frequency ranges that do not have the same biological activity within humans. Besides damaging our electrical grid, supraharmonic frequencies are responsible for chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. Unlike the traditional 60 Hz frequency that was once the only frequency traveling through the powerlines in the early 1900s, supraharmonic frequencies CAN pass through the human skin barrier, where they disrupt cellular and cell to cell communication. In summary, I am alerting you to these facts and calls to action: 1. Supraharmonics, aka radio frequencies between 2 and 150 kHz, are becoming more ubiquitous on our modern electrical power grids, due, in part, to devices such as smart meters. 2. These frequencies damage electrical devices and appliances. 3. There are no current United States government regulations surrounding exposure to or production of these frequencies. 4. Supraharmonic frequencies are deleterious to human health and could present a significant contribution to increased mortality and morbidity rates in the United States. 5. Regulation of these frequencies is paramount to protect human, animal, and plant populations worldwide. A detailed bibliography and more in depth article will be attached to this summary. My name is kyle !. Im from Georgia !. Im being attacked by directed energy pulsed rf microwave !. There slowy cooking my body !. Im suffering AHIs havana syndrome with no medical help !. Im in pain im suffering a slow painful torturous death !. There allowing us civilians to be assinated there not helping us there letting us be tortured and murdered by directed energy!.

Last year I moved back into my childhood home, that I had spent half my life in, that had recently been upgraded with a smart meter hung on the outside wall where my master bedroom and kids beds met. I am a sensitive person who suffers from migraine disease and cannot tolerate Florescent lights or LED lights that flash because it triggers aura and visual distortion for me much like someone with epilepsy. I had been almost symptom free with my condition for 20 years after taking precautions in my old homes, but after moving into this one again, was experiencing extreme insomnia, constant ringing in my ears, and migraines with accompanying aura. I felt very anxious and started wanting to be out of my house as often as possible. I started doing research on supplements and treatments and came across a couple forums where people were experiencing all the exact same symptoms, caused by Wifi from their smart meters. I began contacting my power company to try and see if I could change my electric meter back to the old analog style that had existed through my childhood. They told me over and over that they could do nothing, and they they had "destroyed" all the old style ones after upgrading, and they even if I was to find one used I would not be able to use it with their upgraded system. I found several people in my area that still has a non wifi analog meter that had been grandfathered in and contacted my power company again. Meanwhile I bought an EMF tester and measured our bedrooms, all were within dangerous levels of RFs and EMFs, so I moved my entire family out of the bedrooms to the farthest area of my home and all slept together in that room to see if we experienced less symptoms, and we did. Eventually I convinced the power company to switch our meter to a Non RF, non smart meter, that emits much less EMF and WIFI signal. Shortly after that we ended up building a new little home on the same property where we chose to place the electric meter 45 feet from the house on a external pole. After changes to all the meters, I have been sleeping, no insomnia, less anxiety and zero ringing in my ears, we also choose to turn off our WIFi signals at night inside our home. I strongly believe that wireless radiation is very harmful and felt awful while trying to live in that situation. I am blessed to have had the option to change things in a rural area to accommodate my needs, I would not have been able to escape in a city where there was towers and smart meters on every home. Please consider the harmful effects that wifi signals have on humans and wildlife and work to place towers away from communities and lower signals, or hard wire, so that they are not outside of safe limits of exposure causing harm to human and animal health. I have also experienced a lump in my breast on the right side where I hold my phone on my chest to look at it at night, and I do not believe that is a coincidence.
