I've been investigating the health hazards of wireless radiation since 1988 as a former member of the Safety Committee of the Society for MRI and the Non-Ionizing Advisory Committee of the NC Radiation Protection Commission, as well as a retired Associate Professor of Radiology from Duke University Medical Center. The FCC is a captured agency that has granted the telecom industry unrestrained access to the rollout of 5G and other forms of wireless radiation while ignoring 30+ years of scientific evidence of harms. They have not implemented the mandate to reevaluate exposure standards that resulted from the 2021 lawsuit from CHD and EHT. The FDA has also failed in its job to protect the public from EMF radiation. Please make these issues a priority of HHS moving forward.

During the covid scamdemic at the hieght of the hoax, when in Australia they had lock downs. I undertook a personal task. While every day the govt was issuing the location of "covid exposure site" and was announcing that they could not figure out why these "exposure sites" were located where they were. I , knowing that many hundreds of 5G towers were erected during the lock downs, undertook to do some correlation work. This work showed a very clear and significant correlation between the govt listed "covid exposure sites" and their proximity to a 5G tower. And although correlation does not prove causation, we can use this evidence (along with the fact that the SARS-CoV-2 virus has been proven to not exist and has not been shown to be isolated via ANY valid scientific method) and hence this data is rather valid and useful to help show that the effect of 5G tower emissions most probably was the real reason why many people become sick during this period. Re: Docket HHS-OASH-2026-0397 — Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure Questions addressed: 2, 3, 8, 9, 11, 16, and 18 I am submitting this comment as a concerned member of the public based on my personal experience and concerns regarding EMF exposure. I began noticing significant fatigue, headaches, anxiety, heart palpitations, and brain fog while working at the computer in my home office. My desktop computer, cell phone, and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth printer were all located very close to me. After purchasing a consumer EMF detector, I observed elevated readings near several devices, with the highest readings near my printer. I began unplugging my printer except when needed and unplugging my computer after use. After making these changes, I noticed an improvement in my symptoms. I recognize that my personal experience does not establish causation, but it raised important questions for me about prolonged, real-world exposure to multiple EMF sources. I encourage HHS to study not only individual devices in isolation, but also environments where people are exposed to multiple EMF sources for extended periods. This is particularly important to me because the City of Columbia, Missouri, has proposed the 161-kV Grindstone-to-Perche Creek transmission line, including a potential Vawter School Road corridor. The proposed infrastructure would pass through developed residential areas and near places used by children, including Mill Creek Elementary School and its playground and Cale School. I respectfully ask HHS to include 60-Hz extremely low-frequency (ELF) electric and magnetic fields from high-voltage transmission lines in its EMF research and review, particularly regarding children and long-term exposure. I am especially concerned about the complete EMF environment of a school near high-voltage transmission infrastructure. Modern classrooms may contain Wi-Fi access points, laptops, tablets, Bluetooth devices, wireless printers, cell phones, electrical wiring, lighting, and other electronic equipment. If a school is also near high-voltage transmission lines, children may experience multiple types and frequencies of electromagnetic fields throughout the school day and over many years. I recognize that ELF fields from transmission lines and RF emissions from wireless technology are different and cannot necessarily be combined into a single exposure number. However, children experience these sources together in the real world, and I believe HHS should investigate whether simultaneous, repeated, and long-term exposure to multiple EMF sources and frequencies has health implications. For new high-voltage transmission projects near homes and schools, I ask HHS to consider recommending: * Public disclosure of modeled 60-Hz magnetic-field levels at various distances from proposed transmission lines; * Modeling based on actual conductor configuration and expected average and peak electrical loads, not voltage alone; * Modeling or measurements at nearby homes, schools, classrooms, and playgrounds; * Baseline measurements before new lines are energized and follow-up measurements after construction; and * Additional research on long-term ELF exposure and combined real-world EMF environments, particularly for children. I am not asserting that these exposures cause specific health effects. I am asking HHS to investigate these questions rigorously and provide families, schools, and communities with clear, evidence-based information about long-term and multiple-source EMF exposure.

The only safe level and sources of EMF/RF radiation that humans have evolved to tolerate are gamma rays from earth's natural background radioactivity, radiation from space including solar radiation and lightning. This is not rocket science. It is basic evolutionary biology. So the only safe level of man-made EMF/RF radiation, is ZERO. We are experiencing mass poisoning from Electrosmog (RF/EMF, WIFI, Power line ELF radiation, automotive radars), glyphosate/weedkillers, nuclear waste, etc. Makes it easy for each of these industry criminals to blame the others. When they cheat, ground the fleet. The criminals at Boeing found that out the hard way with the 737 MAX. Now TEAR DOWN ALL CELL TOWERS, SMALL CELLS, WIFI, etc. installations. The cellular telephone and WIFI industry WERE BUILT ON A SAFETY LIE. TEAR THEM ALL DOWN, NOW. Background RF radiation level at my home itself maims and kills. But half of my backyard is exposed to >30X higher radiation than the background level, due to a small cell installation. Backyard is unusable. This small cell was installed AGAINST MY STRENUOUS OBJECTION.

We know there are deleterious health effects to EMFs. I have a meter so I could test my home environment and reduce what my son was exposed to growing up, and things are much worse now, and we are not given accurate information or choice in the matter which has to change. Please protect our children! Thank you for taking an honest look at all the research - FINALLY. Also, LEDs are also disrupting the EMF of our bodies - their takeover of everything from building hallways to headlights needs to be reevaluated. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE NEW HHS IS DOING!

I have lived the last 4 years of my life around the usage of a cell phone (for navigation as a delivery driver) during the course of this time I've developed Sub-clinical Hyperthyroidism, legions in my mouth that needed to be surgically removed, heart palpitations, irate blood sugar, high cholesterol, digestive issues, fog and overall fatigue- yet I've been told that my health was "fine" and administered over the counter drugs to cope. I have made strides in my health due to de-worming and being selective of my water. The air quality is bad wherever I go as well and I know there are microparticles in the air that are being destroyed in my body through non-ionized radiation coming from EMF radiation from todays modern day towers.

I've been a targeted victimn in Marion County FL on record since 2024 when Rick Scott referred my case for investigations, that I've been doing myself with research etc. I am currently working with Lou Biandi and Mayor Ben Marciano whom all are aware of The Intra American Commision Petition for reform filed for investigations into the weaponization of biological neurological psychology lawfare and warfare and Do know who's responsible.in fact a digital diary has been kept within the FBI since 2023 each time I learned or went through violent hate crimes against my life from CB informants working under the CCops program and/or Infragaurd. I've reported to The Cheif of Police Lou Biandi exactly the details of why Marion County Sheriff's Office and its Affiliates have been illegally detaining me in this torture program since February of 2022. I have a disability,4 Specialist I am to see 2 Permanent Disfigurations and 2 abnormal growths on my skull with all the necessary medical and legal documents to support my case. I was also given cancer and my DNA is now genetically altered as well as the Neurological damage, Heart(algorithmic issues) Dermatology and Internal medicine referrals. My medical debt to date is $220,000 for a person with very minimal medical history as a normal healthy business owner prior to these offenses to my life. I’m writing again because I feel as though I could give you more information. My targeting started in 2024 in Norfolk NE. At the time, I was struggling with addiction. I am now 3 years into my recovery. I was told by a witness to the crimes being done to me that- I was being gang stalked and their plan was to make me lose my memory and that I had a chip implanted in me. I started waking up with really bad headaches and later found out it was due to direct energy weapons. Prior to that, I had someone come over who gave me an injection drug and afterwards he said “how do you feel about robots?” I said “idk why” and he said “you’ll find out later” and laughed and took off. People were getting paid to stalk and harrass me, I believe by police. There was a time, my emotions didn’t feel natural- I was filled with anxiety and hyperventilating and it didn’t seem right. So I said out loud, “I feel like there’s a chip in me” (this was before I knew about this chip) and a police officer showed up at my door and said “we heard you say you have a chip in you, so we wanted to check things out.” How did he hear that or know I said that? No one was around. Today, within the last few years, I’m experiencing extreme head pain- feels like electric-magnetic-like. I don’t know how to explain it. This technology can control or interact with your nervous system- making your heart race (to make you feel anxious or fearful), body vibrations, a huge waves of radiation going thru my body and head (it feels awful, like I got hit by a bus and makes me feel nauseous and dizzy). Targeted individuals are more vulnerable to attacks in our sleep. I wake up with bloody noses. Another targeted individual, president of targeted justice- Jill Amack, told me they are raising my blood pressure with this tactic. I’ve woken up with eye strain and red eyes, blurry vision for one month straight from direct energy weapons. They were hitting my head with extreme force with direct energy weapons, 80% of the time it was directly on my temporal lope- which is the memory part of your brain. I’ve noticed some memory loss due to the attacks, but it’s not enough for it to be noticeable for other people in my life. Before I knew what direct energy weapons are, I went to an investigator to tell him a what I’ve been experiencing. He told me he gets 5-6 calls like this a year. He told me most of the time it’s the government. He told me about Havana syndrome. He gave me Jill Amacks phone number and I learned more about MK Ultra and what they are doing to me via technology and mind control. I can prevent some attacks that are happening to my head by wearing a faraday hat. I put tinfoil in the inside of the hat one night, and my husband heard the tinfoil cracking and popping from them hitting my head. My electronics and phone are hacked. It seems like wherever I go, they hack the WiFi and the WiFi will be down for hours on end. Different jobs I’ve had. The job I’m at now, my boss told me the system got hacked during my hiring process. The purpose of this program is to make you go crazy and commit suicide or kill someone else. When this first started happening to me, I ended up in psych units from time to time because I was scared. And the police were involved so I felt like I was getting set up to die. I didn’t understand and everyone around me was getting paid (even children) to come up to me to harrass me. There was one mental health facility I ended up at, when I woke up- the staff said the whole city of Lincoln’s internet shut down for 2-3 hours except for the police station. I’m not diagnosed with any mental health issues today. I work a full time job as a dialysis technician. I’m married. I just bought a house with my husband. And I go to church- Gods saved my life so many times during my targeting and He continues to show me how capable I am to fight back and not give up. “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not flesh and blood, but against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of the wickedness in the heavenly places. because of the blinding headlights i half to wear a couple lairs of sunglass to compensate and even then it's not enough because some of those lights are worse than others and i also half to tilt my rear version minor to prevent being completely blind and I'm still some what blind even with the tinting of my minor by those lights and when the cars with those blinding headlights pass me on the right or left lane i still get blast by there headlights in the side version minor and with the lights being so bright that you can't see i don't feel safe on the road any more and i don't drive unless it's absolutely necessary like to work or the food store or other things like that and i won't go out side of my house because you can't be out side for even 5 min’s without being blasted by those kind of light so it's like I'm a prisoner in my own house because of those kind of light and there use to be a brights law but these new lights are many times brighter then are brights are so by them allowing them on these car the brights laws are not being enforce any more and any one that needs lights that are that bright just to see the road probably should be driving at night in the first place
