I have an electrohypersensitivity, caused by Wifi and bluetooth essensially, now i am sick and invalid worker. Not funny.

Hey There HHS, You requested public comments about “Wireless Radiation,” Wireless Technology and the subcategories that go with it… So my comment is below… I am a private citizen, writing with concern for my health and my communities health. My life would be socially more abundant if the telecom companies, and our entire country, would get rid of all wireless technology. I live in multifamily housing. I have no control over my neighbor’s use of wi-fi or where they place their routers and other remote devices. Friends have refused to visit me b/c the EMF’s(R’s) in my home are so intense they cannot relax. Probably why my sleep is terrible even though my router, cell phone and PC are off. I cannot hold my cell and talk w/o my hand going numb. Also, I’ve met people who become exhausted and/or get migraines from smart meters and/or wi-fi. BTW my old dial-up phone and answering machine, had significantly clearer sound quality than most all cellular, or cordless landline phones. I lived for decades without a cell phone and it wasn’t a problem. Although, I’m not as overtly abused as some people are, and probably I haven’t noticed all the harm wireless technology is doing to me, I’m still annoyed and seriously concerned about our collective mental, emotional and physical health. Therefore, I am asking HHS to broadly and deeply investigate the damage wireless tech is doing to humans, non-human animals including bees, and plants. Thank You

I am a doctor from Cornell medical school and I’m an expert in EMF having been very sensitive myself and gotten better over the last 25 years. A radiologist did a study showing the changes in the blood flow on Doppler ultrasound of the popliteal vessels When the cell phone has been applied this is what happens when my patients or my self holds the phone to the head and we get dizzy and ischemic symptoms. Mold exposed patients of which there are obviously many tens of millions in the country have damaged to the voltage, gated calcium channels, and are therefor more susceptible to this Injury. There’s a Netflix series about my work called afflicted I’m an episode six the most but episode one is about EMF and I suggest that you guys watch it. is correct about the effect of radio frequency radiation on the body and we should be mitigating this in schools by using wired computers less industrial Wi-Fi if any and no cell phones close to the students or teachers. We must educate the country about this area and I am available Environmental Health trust has done a lot of research in this area And Devra Davis has been a leader in this field and colleague. I presented in Congress to the veterans health subcommittee and help to raise $100 million for toxic exposure research and veterans as they often suffer from the syndromes unknowingly often due to toxic exposure, mold exposure, etc. The mold act was written 10 years after I presented to the committee and congressman Bilrakis who subsequently created the mold act to be voted on this year. It is time that traditional Physician’s learn from those of us who have become ill and stop calling us names. I have written an EMS related resolution in the medical society of Massachusetts as well as the importance of taking an environmental history. Which means when you get symptoms like the cell phone heating up in your hand or a headache did you just expose yourself to radiation that gave you the symptom. Of medical note Trisalts can alkanalize the body and reduce such symptoms. You need a committee on Environmental Health and Medicine to advise you in this area. I would be happy to participate and have letters of reference from NIEHS And I have clinical experience as well as personal experience with this unbelievable symptomatology of being environmentally ill. For the past 6 years I have become intolerant to cell phones, computers, WiFi. My symptoms are EXCRUCIATING headaches, ear stabbing pain, burning scalp sensation, hair loss, insomnia, heart palpitations and chest pain. Just being on my phone and texting this is painful to me. I know without a shadow of a doubt what is causing it, as when I completely avoid, I am symptom free. I have sought out MANY different doctors, treatments and have literally spent thousands of dollars to try and help ease my symptoms. Please, please, this is no joke. We are being radiated and no one seems to care. I know of MANY people that have similar symptoms and experience electromagnetic hypersensitivity. Something needs done. Thank you for listening. I was sensitized to electromagnetic radiation after having an occupational exposure at an MRI center in 2002-2003. Since then I have contacted innumerable government representatives and agencies regarding this issue, the FCC's constant failure to protect us and their increasingly aggressive pursuit of higher and higher levels of RF radiation while in violation of a 2021 federal appellate court ruling to consider approx.11,000 pages of scientific research demonstrating biological NONTHERMAL effects of RF at very low levels, update its pathetic 30-year old THERMAL ONLY "safety guideline" for an adult male exposed to a single emission source for a short time - not the 24/7 bombardment from all directions (including space) that we are currently being exposed to and to perform required NEPA studies (never done) for small cells. I have NO protection under the ADA even though my neurologist of over 30 years has specified in writing that I have become sensitized to RF/EMR, there are medical ICD-10 codes for health effects of EMR, and the Social Security Administration at least recognizes EMR syndrome as an occupational disability (i.e., electrical engineer/technician, etc.). I have spent untold thousands of dollars trying to mitigate EMR in my home (which is now the only relative safe place I can occupy) and consulting medical practitioners about my conditions and options. I no longer have any faith in ANY US government agency. The US has among the worst RF standards in the world. The EPA was going to study the issue and establish a BIOLOGICAL (not thermal-only) standard for RF radiation but was defunded before being able to complete the appropriate research. The fix was in! The FCC became the designated responsible agency. The FCC is now almost if not completely a "subsidiary" of the telecom industry (in the revolving-door placement of industry-to-government personnel) and does NOT represent the best interests of the American people in terms of their health or the health of the environment. The FCC would have my neighbors being paid to put a 5G antenna on their roof with UTTER DISREGARD for the consequences to my health and well being or that of children, the elderly, immune compromised, pregnant, already sick and/or disabled and the environment. The FCC MUST comply with the appellate court order (the court has given them 30 days now after being brought back to court for their previous utter failure lasting since 2021) and perform UNCONFLICTED environmental impact studies outlined in the original court decision. I think we already know why they have stalled and disobeyed the court - they know the studies prove there are harmful health effects of RF radiation at levels so much lower than current exposure levels and the previous single-source thermal emission standard set for an adult male only - and that there are harmful environmental effects (seen all over the world now) - otherwise, why not review (with independent, unconflicted scientists) the scientific studies submitted and perform the required NEPA studies and put the matter to rest? They can't because the studies/reviews will prove the opposite (if performed by unconflicted scientists). The burden of proof should not be put on the sick and already injured! The FCC is derelict in its duty to protect the American people and continues to flagrantly ignore its obligations and responsibilities. However, the FCC should NEVER have been given SOLE authority over this matter - I BLAME CONGRESS FOR THAT as well as the EPA and the FDA for ignoring the NTP 10-year, $25 million study demonstrating CLEAR EVIDENCE OF HEART CANCER-the highest standard, evidence of gliomas (brain cancer), adrenal and other tumors, etc. from NONTHERMAL RF radiation (performed underground to rule out ambient radiation and under strict thermal controls). I am exhausted from this fight and the exponentially (seemingly without limits) increasing exposure to RF radiation. It was determined that I become a total insomniac due to RF exposure from an AT&T modem (in the home office next to my bedroom years ago) in which the wireless antenna (which was set to "off" by AT&T) accidentally reset to "WiFi enable" unbeknownst to me, apparently due to a power surge. My bedroom is now a room with metal roof, metal shutters, mostly silver fabric curtains and a silver fabric canopy so I can sleep, all of which cost me a small fortune (not tax deductible by the way). I exist only on faith in a higher power, as I have lost all faith in the corrupt system in which I find myself including "foxes in all of the hen houses" of the US government. What a pathetic, sorry state of affairs it is. Children are now being exposed to unprecedented levels of RF radiation from before birth! Will anyone protect them?

THANK YOU ROBERT F. KENNEDY FOR TAKJNG THIS ISSUE OF PHONE RADIATION SERIOUSLY AND SETTING UP THIS ENQUIRY! I believe mobile or cell phones damage people's memories. I use mine far too much because I want to know what is going on in the world and the media. I wish didn't because I can feel the radiation making my brain feel heavy and my eyes hurt and water, especially when I write on the phone, and my memory gets worse afterwards. MOBILE PHONE RADIATION IS DAMAGING MY MEMORY!!!! This really upsets me because I feel I am trapped into using something harmful to my brain because there is no alternative and Governments are refusing to properly regulate these harmful devices- so far! Lloyd Burrell who has studied electronic radiation - EMFs - after he suffered a serious brain problem from cell phone radiation, who has a helpful podcast about it on YouTube, as does Nick Pineault, said that when smart phones were invented a less harmful form of radiation was available, but the inventors chose the harmful form we have today. I really wish the WHO Health Organisation and the US Government would take this issue seriously. The WHO advice is pathetic and decades out of date! I believe EMFs are particularly harmful to the developing brains of children and young people snd older people like myself (I'm 77.) So I hope the US Congress / Administration will stop pandering to the tech bros and take SERIOUS ACTION to stop cell phone radiation and other EMF radiation hazards like cell phone towers which are sprouting unregulated everywhere! I think that cell phones are as harmful as cigarettes and should be treated accordingly until the tech companies start producing SAFE phones, WiFi and other electronic devices, instead of this horrible, life threatening AI chips or whatever. Hello, Thank you for this opportunity to express my EMF health symptoms and concerns. I am EMF sensitive, it has become difficult to go into stores because there is so much elecrtomagnetic wave energy. The EMF makes me very tired, light headed and unballenced. If I go into a big box store I experiience brain fog and forgetfulness. It didn't used to effect me but I believe it has gotten so much worse in the last few years. It makes my skin itch and makes me tired however I don't sleep well. I would like to replace my household smart meter for an analog meter. I did not have all these issues when at least my house had the analog electric meter. When I go out my cell phone is put on airplane mode or turned off. I turn off the router and WIFI at night, these steps help a little. But the world is now toxic with all the cell towers and transmissions. Please update the studies and laws for EMFs, RF Radiation and Wireless Radiation.

In 2001 the roof of the building where I operated my Vocational School was rented out to AT&T for three 3 G cell towers within feet of where I worked daily. I searched diligently for an alternate location, and was told by my landlord I'd be out on the street in 30 days if I did not sign a 3-5 year lease. The towers went live the last month of my occupancy before I found an alternative location. SB City told me they had no control over the placement of the towers, only their aesthetics. My nervous system was highly impacted- I had a hard time sleeping in the city therafter where RFR was more concentrated. In order to sleep at night, I moved to the mountains of Painted Cave away from the RFR fields. In 2019 when SB City decided to upgrade their Wireless Ordinance, I collaborated with local citizens in forming Safetechnology for Santa Barbara County to educate our local officials in the harms of RFR and how a well writtten ordinance is essential to give the city planners the capacity to deny unneccesary and harmful cell towers from proliferating our neighborhoods. My husband and I invested my own savings to hire the best attorney in the country for this endeavor: Andrew Campanelli and our members met with our City Council regularly and made weekly public comment. We were successful within our City, and but our County has been a much more difficult hurdle. Many years later after many therapies, I am able to sleep in the City of Santa Barbara
