The affects of EMF/RF Radiation has ruined not only my permanently injured my health but has also robbed my home from me! Five years ago, I purchased my dream home in Rockwall, Texas, which is loaded with towers and began feeling sick within weeks after purchasing it! Dizziness, major, heart, palpitations, headaches! I began to lose my eyesight and developed severe hip and lower back pain. My naturopathic Doctor Who owns the Health food store here asked where my smart meter was and much to my horror. It was on the other side of the wall from my head where I was sleeping. It just about gave me endometrial cancer!!! Two years later they moved up to 5G and blasted us and I lost that house and haven’t been able to pack it up because every time I go back there it makes me sick. I’ve had two realtors quit because they get sick being on that corner and around that part of the neighborhood.. as it turns out that Location is within 1 mile from up to 70 cell towers and antennas! Everyone talks about how they feel sick in our town. It’s beyond terrible and on top of that I feel a detachment from my life and deep depression that I’ve never felt before until they blasted us with 5G!!! Every day at 5 o’clock many of us have heart, palpitations, headaches, a feeling of haziness and blurred vision! Imagine what this will do to us long-term! I am now having hormone problems connected to breast health that I’ve never had before. This is causing my health to fail for sure, and it has ruined the quality of my life! Thank you so much for launching this investigation!!! Please stop these terrible towers or we are in trouble! Cellular radiation has absolutely ruined my life! I have never been sensitive to it until they moved up to 5G and started placing all of these towers everywhere and now I’m just dealing with a depression from it all because it just seems hopeless at this point! Because of the level of radiation that we are dealing with here, I am not able to live in my beautiful home and have to power through the health symptoms while I’m there packing it up! Needless to say it’s taking us forever to do so!!

am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of an individual concerned about my health and the health of others being threatened and impacted by EMF's. The constant bombardment of EMF's has severely impacted my health and the health of many, and I hope that you will take steps to initially restrict and ultimately eliminate them.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of an individual who is highly sensitive to high levels of EMF. I lived in NYC beginning in 1995-2010, and during that time our society went from pay phones to cell phones and hardwired computers to WiFi. Around the increase of cell phones I began to develop migraines, and they only become worse as time went on. I tried to eliminate every possible trigger, but never considered EMF. In 2010 I then moved to North Africa where there was very little EMF around us - especially coming from the densely populated apartment and office buildings of NYC, and my migraines disappeared. I suddenly found myself sleeping better, no longer felt an ancy, irritated feeling within by body. I still did not attribute this to EMF. There were times that I then stepped back into high density EMF areas - airports, bigger cities, and I'd notice first the sense of agitation within my body and then migraines. It wasn't until 2017 when I moved back to the states and was once again surrounded by endless lists of possible WiFis to connect to just within my neighborhood that my migraines flared up with a vengeance. My body felt like it was in total overwhelm. We then moved out to a rural area where the EMF was minimal, and once again the migraines subsided. We turn our WiFi off each night, and nights that I forget my sleep is restless. I'm unable to visit my aunt and uncle in the 30 floor condo in FL because each time I go my body literally shuts down, as the density of EMF is too much. On a side note I've also noticed that on the rarest of occasions when I've put my phone near my ear to talk, I get a tingling sensation in my brain that lasts long after the call. Is there a chance that my symptoms are completely unrrelated to EMF? Absolutely. But we also don't know if they are not. we need more studies, we need to understand. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. My surgeon implanted a new pacemaker inside me in August 2025. Before the surgery, I had asked him if the pacer generated any radiation. He said no. Afterwards I learned that my new pacer contains a Bluetooth device that generates EMF throughout the day for warning signals. It also generates EMF for my pacer interrogations every 3 months. I was very concerned about this because I've read numerous medical articles that report a connection with EMF and cancer. I asked for the Bluetooth to be turned off. A representative from Medtronic, the manufacturer, said he could turn off all the Bluetooth warning signals but not the Bluetooth EMF emissions for the periodic interrogations. In addition, the EMF would last for 30 minutes AFTER each interrogation, or for 2 hours every year. I've read that EMF changes DNA in a cumulative way, so that suggests that the EMF, embedded in my tissue and above my left breast, could be increasing my risk for breast cancer. As a result, I have stopped my pacer interrogations as well as the warning signals. The surgeon told me that no research is intended for the Bluetooth device in new pacemakers. I thought this intention might suggest that the manufacturer was concerned that there could be a cancer link with the Bluetooth in its pacemakers.

Between 2019-2020 I would lay down with my twins while they took a nap on my bed. I would rest my phone on my right breast and play games while they napped for approximately 1-1.5 hours per day. In 2022 I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer at 34 years old. My tumor was in the exact same spot I would rest my phone while using 5g. I firmly believe that EMF caused cell damage which developed into cancer.

Electromagnetic interference and damage at the residence. As early as March 4, 2013, I submitted a formal complaint to local authorities against unknown parties regarding electromagnetic disturbances occurring at irregular intervals in my home—apparently within my own living space. Along with the complaint, I provided two medical certificates attesting to my good physical and mental health. Following this, on March 14, 2013, ARPA Reggio Emilia conducted an environmental site inspection— to which, incidentally, my parents initially objected (though not to the plants that withered rapidly in conjunction with anomalous ticking sounds) —an inspection that was utterly inadequate, lasting only 20 minutes (and not even continuously) and covering only specific types of fields. Given that the phenomena occur at extremely irregular intervals and vary in duration and intensity (especially at night), and because the results showed nothing amiss, the case was closed, leaving me with the same unresolved problems for years to come! In the meantime, I have also encountered various malfunctions: among others—in addition to the electrical system in the rooms surrounding my bedroom (which has since been repaired)—there have been frequent issues such as internet connection problems and interference affecting television, radio, and both landline and mobile phone services. My former cat (who was also mentioned in the 2013 formal complaint) also suffered health problems—beyond just vomiting—particularly during periods spent in specific areas of the house; these included rather unusual symptoms, such as the frequent loss of whiskers (she subsequently passed away on February 6, 2019, from a very aggressive, rare form of connective tissue tumor, the kind typically associated with certain types of radiation). P.S.: My previous electromagnetic field meter (which has since disappeared) would often shut down; evidently, the ambient levels in my living space would at times exceed the device's maximum measurement range—a situation that had been occurring for years. + Problems with my internet connection and desktop PC, as well as unauthorized access to my Facebook account, continue to occur at irregular intervals; yet, the Postal Police in Reggio Emilia are taking no action. + In addition to the withered plants and garden, I have also observed various structural damages to the house: crumbling reinforced concrete, cracks and peeling paint on the walls, and damage within my bedroom and bathroom, including to the bathroom fixtures. By August 2026, the electromagnetic disturbances had worsened. At irregular intervals—in addition to the symptoms already described in 2013—I suffered from severe headaches characterized by sharp stabbing pains and a burning sensation lasting for days, as well as dizziness; my scalp and skull bones actually ached, and my head felt burning hot (though I had no fever). My insomnia worsened, and I experienced a loss of balance and memory, leaving me debilitated. Consequently, on September 3, 2026, I filed a second, documented formal complaint with the Public Prosecutor's Office in Reggio Emilia, acting also on the advice of the Reggio Emilia branch of Legambiente. However, the Reggio Emilia Prosecutor's Office was reluctant to accept my petition, turning instead to psychiatric services—which deny the existence of such electromagnetic-related issues and attribute the symptoms to other causes (thereby disregarding the principle of mandatory prosecution, which remains in force in Italy). Even though I am feeling better now, my new electromagnetic meter continues to detect average electric field levels of 500–600 V/m—with peaks exceeding 800 V/m (far above the legal limit of 15 V/m)—at my desktop PC station in the living room; average electric field levels of around 30 V/m affect me and my rooms, with radiation readings around 25. I live in a very quiet neighborhood that I moved to to escape city congestion! I moved here in 1992 A Neighbourhood with very little crime or typical problems now I found myself surrounded by 5G towers flock cameras! Additionally, my house has a smart meter which a new one which was just installed inside the area where I watch enjoy TV. They installed a fiber optic cable at the where the ceiling meets the wall. I also have a EMF Wi-Fi router so basically I am completely immersed and radiation my sleep has been seriously interrupted. I have to rely on different sources to help with sleep and generally feel like this radiation is affecting my overall health.

In my opinion, we do not need any of these 5G cell towers and the technology because of the Radiation that just dumbs downs the population, causes so much harm to children and it is dangerous to the environment. Even I get headaches, tiredness because of the EMF's from doing work using WIFI, screen time. God did not create us to be exposed to this harmful entity. That needs to be address. We do not need to be radiated.
