Hello, My name is Gloria Frank. My health was horribly harmed when a Smart Meter was installed on my home in March of 2012. Thankfully, the Smart Meter was removed in 2013, and the analog meter was re-installed due to our PUC (Public Utilities Commission) who voted we could choose to have the Smart meter removed. I am a 30 year researcher on all topics regarding health and wellness. When I became harmed, I researched all the prominent websites that were honest and informative on the facts of just how harmful wireless radiation is to the human body, to animals and to the whole world. In 2014 I became and educator, teacher and mentor in which I assist people who were suffering like I was from wireless radiation. In 2013, I hired a Professional EMR (Electro Magnetic Radiation) consultant to teach me how to remove all the wireless radiation from my home, how to shield my home with a shielding paint so my neighbors wireless devices would not harm my health even more.... and my analog meter was re-installed for a very small fee. I am unable to be in close proximity to all wireless devices, and no one is allowed to come into my home with any wireless devices: cell phone, blue tooth, watches, computers,iPads.....and the list goes on. Wireless radiation emits radiofrequency (RF) energy, a type of non-ionizing radiation that current major public health agencies categorize as a possible human carcinogen. Research on Cancer (IARC) classifies radiofrequency electromagnetic fields as Group 2B (possibly carcinogenic) based on an increased risk for brain and heart tumors. Reproductive Health: Studies link frequent trouser-pocket storage of active mobile phones to reduced sperm counts, lower motility, and potential DNA damage.Cellular Stress: Laboratory findings suggest RF exposure can induce oxidative stress and minor biochemical adjustments. Vulnerable Groups: Children absorb higher proportional doses of radiation in head and skull bone marrow tissue compared to adults due to thinner skull bones and developing nervous systems. Effects on Animals and Wildlife Laboratory Studies: Recent systematic reviews backed by health organizations indicate high certainty that long-term, high-intensity wireless RF radiation links to specific tumor types in animals and humans. There is an active community of advocacy groups, specific research institutes, and independent scientists who argue that current exposure guidelines are outdated and that low-level, non-thermal wireless radiation poses biological and environmental risks. I strongly support HHS taking an active role in researching and addressing the potential health concerns from wireless radiation. I am a parent and make much effort to reduce my family’s exposure through many ways. I have a child who suffers from headaches made worse by wireless radiation. There are valid concerns and health risks that come with unfettered use of wireless radiation. Please stop making parents, caregivers and patients go it alone to try and remidiate our exposure and its effects all on our own, while more and more towers are built where we live, work and go to school. I’m writing on behalf of our daughter. She has severe mast cell and any close proximity to a phone, Wi-Fi, home smart meter, throws her into anaphylaxis. Please stop with all the towers near homes , schools etc.

Thank you for a forum. The story we have began when 5g rolled out in conjunction with the arrival of a smart meter on our house. We first noticed my wife getting sensations in her chest while on the couch which happened to be where the meter was on the outside of the house. When we requested help from met-ed or First Energy, we were told you have 2 choices, have no power or move to another state. We contacted the PUC and if you look into it no had ever got favorable results. We have done everything possible to REDUCE EMF's and she is less often irritated but during high internet usage and certain times of the day she still gets stress symptoms. Unfortunately no doctor will even try to listen or address the issue in any way but lable her DELUSIONAL. Have a conversation with her and will quickly understand that to be unfounded just their way of dismissal.

Are these making the American people sick? Yes, they are. Too many people are nauseous and headachey! I myself am one. I have been tested for allergy for EFMs and it came back positive. I would just like to live a normal life.

40 years of the same playlist on AM radio, three counties apart, 10mhz apart. 1240 and 1250 AM. Father and two eldest children from visually impairing ocular albinism. That of myself and my youngest daughter is less pronounced. "RAGG MOPP" heavy periods, also strangely watery. Lifelong IUDs I my mother and myself. Suspicious behavior from locals, lifelong. "Masonic" and black sheep relatives (nephews, grandkids) of local court politicians being only relationships that "present" themselves. Repeated phrases spread across friends and romances, not necessarily being from the media. Puerto Rican mother, given to olfactory and taste "hallucinations." Presented behavior that indicated she believed I was responsible for chiding her when she was in another part of the house. 2nd husband also became delusional and enraged. Left with daughter for Florida. Same symptoms presented after I went to Florida in 2018. Phone hacking occurrences. Hallucinatory symptoms openly manifested in 2021. Young daughter claimed to be drawing with "guided assistance." Mother grabs my daughter's crotch in Wendy's drive thru, as though instructed. Mom passes months later in nursing home. Ex gets EPO and custody over a "timesharing" issue, as put to me by Judge Nora Shepherd. I measure in the SLF range on the oscilloscope.

I don’t know if I’ve been affected by radiation, but I have a router sitting in the same office where I work three hours a day and I do wear an Apple AirPod alternating between my two years maybe for about an hour to two hours a week You keep hearing on the disclosures that is not scientifically proven nor scientifically discarded. I would like to get a definite answer. Thank you for taking action on this concern

PS. I just wanted to say that a hacker changed the spelling of "TAKING" to "TAKJNG" in the first sentence of my comment. There seems to be nothing I can do - no help from the NZ Government - to get rid of these hackers who have controlled and censored my mobile phones and computers with a political motive 24/7 fot years now. I have been aware of them doing this since 2009 when I was still living in Australia. Also, with regard to the EMFs - the problem is that when you are using an electronic device such as phone, tablet or computer, most people are not aware of any pain or discomfort during the time they are using the devices - unless for a long time - when the damage to your brain - your memory - is happening. It is only afterwards that I notice the memory damage, which is getting gradually worse over time. This is why phone, tablet and computer manufacturers have been able to get away with causing harmful radiation to people from these devices for so long - plus the corruption of politicians by large corporations. Around twelve years ago I had a cell phone that I kept for emergencies still preferring wired technologies. My wired service went down and I used my cell phone for around an hour long conversation with a friend. Later that evening, I felt a gland in my neck, underneath my jaw on the right side, swell up and become painful. The next morning I was quite sick with a sore throat and other symptoms that lasted around a week. I had no doubt that the phone was responsible. I had also noticed a slightly painful and tingling sensation running from my right hand and up my forearm whenever I held the cell phone while using it. I've since completely avoided using cell phones but I no longer can. Recently, in Boise, Idaho where I live, CenturyLink has joined with Qwest and is discontinuing all wired telephone services. CELL PHONES THE CAUSE OF BELL'S PALSY PERHAPS? Following this injury I began to research the possibilities of harm due to cell phones being held against the body. A researcher in Norway had published a book (I can't recall the title or author) with each chapter consisting of reports of individuals who experienced physical harm due to cell phone use. I read a sample chapter online that described where a man was experiencing numbness and paralysis on the right side of his face next to his mouth. Over time the numbness began to spread along his cheek, down his throat and eventually down the right side of his body. The doctors who saw him were at a loss as to the cause. Eventually, he decided that his cell phone might be the cause and quit using it. It was and fortunately his condition then reversed itself and he healed. After this he never allowed wireless technologies in his car or home. Coincidentally, just after reading that chapter, I met a physician friend and a friend of his at a wine bar near where I lived. The two of them began talking about a health problem the doctor's friend was experiencing -- the very condition I had just read about. Only his facial numbness was just spreading from the right side of his mouth across his check and not down the right side of his body yet. He told the doctor, my friend, who had recommended the neurologist he was seeing, that the neurologist was considering putting him on antiseizure medications. I interrupted and asked him if he was a heavy cell phone user. He said yes. I asked him if he held the phone on the right side of his face. His eyes got very big as he considered that this was the cause of his facial numbness. I then told him what I had just read. I do not know the outcome having not spoken with him after that. Also, among many other sources, I read "Cellular Telephone Russian Roulette" by Robert C. Kane, a PhD electrical engineer, who developed the technology for Motorola Corporation. He was convinced of its safety and volunteered to be a user prior to mass production and marketing of the product to test its safety. He developed brain tumors and had no doubt that the cell phone was the cause of his tumors. Prior to his death due to the tumors, he heroically did everything he could to warn of the dangers and was entirely ignored, and worse, by the industry and regulatory agencies. For the industry and regulatory agencies to claim there was no valid research and findings (several reported of in Kane's book) of harm due to usage quite upsets me. For example; the book reported that rats demonstrated Alzheimer's disease symptoms in a laboratory environment when exposed to RF radiation comparable to typical human cell phone usage and exposure. My family and I live in an apartment in Gras Valley, California. We have 9 smart meters on the side of the building, and everyone in the building has a router and devices. We have high exposure here. I've taken an EMF detector to the smart meters and had readings over a 1000. This is CRIMINAL! We have majorly high exposure, and it constantly messes with our health. My equilibrium is off, ringing in my ears, getting sick more than normal, and we eat PURELY organic. I work out daily yet feel less than. This exposure is dangerous and unhealthy, and it is affecting our moods as well. I've done the research, and the EMFs are harming us!
