Over the past year, I’ve closely observed what I believe to be significant effects associated with electromagnetic frequency (EMF) exposure in my own family, myself, and patients. These have included nausea, flu-like symptoms, changes in bowel habits, sleep disturbances, anxiety, and mood lability. In cases where we implemented mitigation measures, including removal of smart meters and other devices, we observed symptoms lessen or resolve. I believe this deserves far more attention and investigation. We should not dismiss people’s experiences simply because the mechanisms or connections are not yet fully understood. We need more research, better education, and greater transparency about the potential health effects of our increasingly wireless environments.
