Reports perceived sensitivity, fatigue, brain fog and headaches in wireless environments, while acknowled…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Question 2 — Perspective I am responding as an individual consumer with personal experience that I believe may be relevant to the evaluation of RF/EMF exposure and potential health effects. Question 3 — Personal experience I have experienced what I perceive to be sensitivity to RF/wireless environments, particularly Wi-Fi and environments with multiple wireless devices. My experience has been that prolonged exposure to Wi-Fi or other wireless environments is sometimes followed by significant fatigue and brain fog. In some situations, I notice symptoms after approximately two hours of exposure. I have also noticed more immediate symptoms in certain higher-wireless environments. For example, when riding inside a Tesla vehicle, I have experienced a headache after approximately 15 minutes. I have also experienced headaches when sitting relatively close to an active Wi-Fi access point. In an office environment with numerous wireless and electronic devices, I have sometimes experienced substantial fatigue and brain fog toward the end of the workday. I have noticed that these experiences are less pronounced when I can reduce my exposure to wireless sources. I recognize that these observations are personal experiences and do not, by themselves, establish that RF/EMF exposure caused the symptoms. Other factors could potentially contribute to fatigue, headaches, or cognitive symptoms. However, the recurring relationship I have personally observed between particular wireless environments and the onset of symptoms is significant enough to me that I believe it warrants further scientific investigation. I believe research should examine not only short-term exposure and average exposure levels, but also the effects of prolonged, repeated, and cumulative exposure in real-world environments. Question 8 — Exposure assessment I believe additional research is needed to determine whether current methods of assessing RF exposure adequately represent real-world individual exposure. A person's exposure can vary substantially depending on distance from the source, duration of exposure, number of wireless sources operating simultaneously, signal strength, modulation characteristics, and whether the individual is in a vehicle, workplace, home, or other enclosed environment. Research should investigate whether measurements based primarily on population averages or compliance testing adequately capture the exposure experienced by individuals who spend many hours in environments containing multiple wireless devices. Question 9 — Information disclosed to consumers Consumers should have access to clear and easily understandable information about wireless devices and environments, including operating frequencies, maximum and typical transmitted power, exposure characteristics, recommended separation distances, SAR where applicable, and information about simultaneous or cumulative exposure from multiple wireless sources. Consumers should also be able to make informed choices between wired and wireless connectivity where practical. For example, information about Wi-Fi access points, wireless-enabled appliances, smart-home devices, and other RF-emitting equipment would help consumers understand their potential exposure and make choices appropriate for their circumstances. Question 13(c) — Wi-Fi I recommend additional research specifically examining Wi-Fi exposure under realistic residential and workplace conditions, including prolonged exposure, proximity to access points, multiple access points operating simultaneously, multiple devices communicating concurrently, and cumulative exposure over many hours. Research should also examine whether individual responses to Wi-Fi exposure vary substantially and whether there are identifiable characteristics of individuals who report symptoms in proximity to wireless sources. Question 16 — Research priorities I believe research priorities should include: 1. Long-term and cumulative RF/EMF exposure rather than only short-duration exposure. 2. Real-world exposure measurement rather than relying solely on laboratory or compliance conditions. 3. Individual variability in reported responses to RF/EMF exposure. 4. Exposure to multiple RF sources simultaneously. 5. The relationship between distance from a wireless source and reported symptoms. 6. The relationship between duration of exposure and reported symptoms. 7. Objective, reproducible methods for studying individuals who report symptoms associated with wireless exposure. 8. Research that can distinguish RF/EMF-related effects from other potential causes of symptoms such as noise, lighting, temperature, stress, sleep deprivation, or other environmental factors.

Describes strong reactions to EMFs, urges precaution and regulation, and criticizes regulatory priorities…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Dear friends, I am strongly reactive to EMFs and urge caution and regulation to protect the public from the health effects of this pervasive pollution. This topic is not adequately studied; please err on the side of caution here. Unfortunately it seems that most if not all regulatory agencies are more interested in "progress" or pleasing the corporations they should be restricting than in sickening or killing off the population. By the way, you are not personally exempt. You are being affected too.

Reports low household energy after moving from a hardwired home to one using Wi-Fi. Requests independent …

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
We overall as a family feel sluggish and low energy went in our home. In Connecticut we had a smaller house and so all computers were hardwired into cable. In our new house in North Carolina, which is much bigger everything is Wi-Fi. Part of my dilemma is trusting what devices or what EMF protective-ware, blankets etc. are really helpful. You can really go down to rabbit hole spending a lot of money. I’d like some real third-party testing or government guidelines on how to protect ourselves from EMFs

Reports recurrent hand tingling during phone and wireless-mouse use and improvement after switching to a …

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public who has personally experienced symptoms that I believe may be associated with exposure to wireless devices. For several years, I have experienced a recurring and increasingly concerning problem involving wireless devices, particularly when they are used near my hands. When I use my cell phone for an extended period of time, my right hand begins to develop a pronounced tingling sensation. At times, it becomes difficult and uncomfortable to text, type, or even scroll on the phone. On some occasions, I have needed to wrap a cloth around the phone in order to continue using it. I experience a similar problem with my wireless computer mouse at work. After using it for a period of time, my right hand begins to tingle and becomes uncomfortable enough that I have difficulty using the mouse. I have repeatedly had to disconnect the wireless mouse and switch to a wired mouse in order to continue working. I am actually experiencing this tingling in my right hand while writing this comment. What concerns me most is the recurring pattern. The symptoms occur during prolonged use of wireless devices in close proximity to my hand, and I have found that switching to a wired device allows me to continue using the equipment without the same problem. I recognize that my personal experience does not establish the cause of these symptoms, but I believe the pattern deserves to be taken seriously and investigated. I also work in a school environment, where I regularly see children using wireless technology, including cell phones, tablets, computers, and wireless headphones. This has made me increasingly concerned about the amount of wireless radiation to which children may be exposed throughout their daily lives. In addition to personal devices, people are surrounded by wireless infrastructure, including cell towers and increasingly widespread 5G technology. We are living in an environment of substantially greater and more continuous wireless exposure than previous generations experienced. I have researched my symptoms and found that I am not the only person who reports experiencing unusual sensations or other symptoms associated with wireless-device exposure. While I understand that individual experiences and anecdotal reports are not a substitute for scientific evidence, I believe they should be taken seriously as a reason to conduct further research and investigate unanswered questions. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

Hi, I would like to forward these EMF related articles to you. Germany 1: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/288569900_The_effect_of_electromagnetic_transmitters_on_behavior_of_dairy_cows “Some farmers, however, have reported abnormalities in the behaviour of their cattle since the electromagnetic fields have been established. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the behaviour of cows exposed to a high-frequency electromagnetic field. Investigations were carried out on 29 milk farms with different levels of exposure to an electromagnetic field. All cows were kept in stanchion stables during winter. From May to November, on 8 farms they were also observed on pasture. Farms were grouped according to their electromagnetic exposure levels, and data were compared between groups. Significant differences were found in lying behaviour, daily behaviour profile on pasture and ruminating behaviour, which could be interpreted as the cows’ response to these fields. Findings could be interpreted as chronic stress and show a biological effect of a high frequency electromagnetic field.“ Germany 2: https://www.spiegel.de/wissenschaft/natur/magnetsinn-ueberlandleitungen-stoeren-kuh-kompass-a-613843.html "Overland lines disrupt cow compass Cattle, deer and roe deer are sensitive to electromagnetic radiation. Researchers have found this when evaluating satellite photos. The animals usually graze in a north-south direction. However, near power lines, the orientation is random. The discovery of a magnetic sense in cows and deer caused a stir in the summer of 2008. Scientists at the University of Duisburg-Essen found thatwhen eating, the animals often face north-south. . The phenomenon was discovered in Google Earth images of 308 pastures worldwide. Now biologists Hynek Burda and Sabine Begall have followed up. When cattle and deer graze under a high-voltage line, their internal compass is disturbed, they report in the journal “Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences”. If the overhead lines are northwest or southeast, the orientation of the animals was random. However, with east-west running lines there was a noticeable tendency to orientate in an east-west direction. However, the scientists rule out that the animals are visually oriented towards the wires. The new study confirms that the animals had an internal compass, as high-voltage lines also generate an electromagnetic field. Its effects were more clearly visible the closer the animals were to the line." Denmark: https://www.tvsyd.dk/vejen/koerne-drikker-hinandens-urin-nu-vil-gregers-have-erstatning "Gregers Kristensen has been a farmer for over 20 years, and for many months he has had difficulty recognising his cows. They will not drink from the water in the barn. Instead, they drink each other's urine. - This is very unusual. I have never seen this behaviour in animals before, he says. According to Gregers Kristensen, the cows started behaving strangely at the same time as the converter station, which is part of Viking Link, was started up a few hundred metres from the barn. It transmits large amounts of electricity to, among other places, the UK. But according to Gregers Kristensen, there is a leak of electricity from the converter station that ends up in the water in the barn. Therefore, he is convinced that it is the large energy plant that is the cause of the animals' behaviour, which means, among other things, that they will not drink from the water. - I am absolutely sure that there is a connection, he says. - I can see that it has an impact on my animals, and I also think that it has an impact on us humans. That's why I would like this to be investigated thoroughly if such large energy plants are to be built, says Gregers Kristensen." France: https://www.ouest-france.fr/economie/agriculture/des-impacts-des-champs-electromagnetiques-sur-les-elevages-une-etude-tente-dy-voir-plus-clair-117e2896-0d40-11ef-8ec1-43107fb4d6b9 "From June 26 to August 31, 2023, this investigation concerned all breeders in mainland France located within a 2 km perimeter of relay antennas, electrical installations and wind turbines. 2,483 questionnaires were returned, allowing « to understand like never before the situation of exposed farms »." ... Dairy farmers are the most likely to report disturbances to their cows. Among respondents who report problems in their animals, it is farmers located less than 2 km from an antenna who report the most of these problems" "Concerning disturbances, breeders cite behavioral disorders (avoidance of certain places, agitation…), clinical signs (decrease in performance and production, reproduction problems, loss of appetite…) or even mortality of animals. The investigation also reveals a link in the responses between a particular physical characteristic of the soil (presence of water veins, faults, cavities…) and an electromagnetic manifestation."

Describes longstanding sensitivity and worsening well-being after utility installations. Requests investi…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
In Georgia, in almost every city they are putting in underground big pipes which I believe are connected to the data centers. Is there disclosure on true intention on why they are putting in the pipes? I don’t know. I had two occasions earlier in 2026 on my land where men in unmarked trucks came and identified themselves as subcontractors to EMC Cobb (power company) and they installed various structures on my utility poles one time and another time they entered my transformer box outside. I have always been very sensitive to low EMF’s and radio frequencies and have even bought various electronics devices to measure those low waves. I don’t have a device that can measure these new transmissions. After the installations, I called and wrote the power company to come back and take off the structures they had installed on my utility poles. A few days after the utility company made the installations I have felt very strong electromagnetic radio waves being transmitted on my land and in my home. I currently own almost 15 acres of land and the low frequencies are being transmitted every where including my home through the electrical wires. I walk every day up a big hill path to get to my car and after the installations I had trouble walking up that hill. I felt low frequencies wired like transmissions being submitted every where. I eat healthy, exercise and energetically (intuitively) know when something is wrong in the environment. These low frequencies that are being transmitted are designed to create mold and other diseases within our organs and even the nature spirits. Please research and learn about morgellons (self replicating nanobots) because it is being transmitted into our environment intentionally along with many other hidden weapons. Low frequencies create an environment in the body susceptible to diseases and mind control. Humans have natural light and powerful abilities to self heal everything and we have people and forces who are intentionally putting lo low frequencies to create harm to the human species. This has to be brought to the light to be witnessed so that it can be stopped. Thank you for taking the time to listen to truth. Sending lots of love to truth seekers.

Robert Becker and Andrew Marino (still living) did all the research on this topic in the 1960’s and 70’s. They were canceled by the powers that be. It’s not even debatable that non native man made EMFs affect life. Non ionizing radiation adds up. https://andrewamarino.com/

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a person, who is sensitive to wireless radiation and electromagnetic radiation (emr). Already sensitive to emr. our utility in British Columbia threatened to turn off our hydro power, if we would not accept a Smart Meter. I said we could not, because both my husband and I had health issues, affected by emr. Our power was turned off. My husband had just put harvested farm produce in a walk-in cooler, so he asked for the power to be turned back on. The utility said only if we accepted a Smart Meter and paid a $750 re-installation fee. We were coerced to have a Radio OFF Smart Meter. Within a week, my husband had a stroke, and a second stroke the following week. I experienced cognitive and memory dysfunction. I couldn't find an area in our house where I could sleep, tried sleeping outside, but it was too cold. It was a horrendous affair. Someone heard about us and recommended a combo of a Sine Tamer and Smart Meter Guards, which, when we finally obtained them, made life bearable, though still challenging. For a month after the emr was somewhat mitigated, I had night sweats. I slept in the living room for four years, because the SM was on the wall outside the bedrooms. BC Hydro later did a software upgrade on the SM without informing us. However, we found the employee installing it. That night, when all was quiet, there was a loud hum in the house. This persisted for the 3 weeks it took to have it uninstalled. Again, i couldn't sleep, and tried sleeping outside, in the car, and in a shed, but that was too uncomfortable, I slept fitfully for the 3 weeks. I continue to avoid public places, find it difficult to do shopping, and have a very limited social life. I couldn't even attend church. I manage to do shopping by wearing a silver threaded hat that makes excursions bearable, but it takes a lot out of me. Where I live now, I stay in the lowest emr corner of a suite, so even that is limiting. It's difficult to find a healthy home where I can live naturally. I believe that some of us, who are ehs, have toxins in our bodies from mercury (amalgams), aluminum, lead, cadmium, barium, arsenic and other toxins, in our food, air and water. Add these stressors to other stresses and to experiences of trauma and abuse, and the body reaches a tipping point where it can no longer tolerate the toxic load. It is not our fault, and we should have a choice of low emr environments to live and work in. If our society really had the health of its citizens foremost in mind, it would provide coverage for counselling support to lessen the burden of stresses. In turn, this would make for a healthier society. I do not have any wireless technology in my living space. Instead, I have a landline telephone, in-the-wall computer, in-the-wall modem, and no cell or cordless phones. I sleep with my head away from the wall and the bed about 2 feet from the wall. Of course, avoiding stress, and having emotional support and a healthy lifestyle are important. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, trauma, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am an individual submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent, family member, and concerned member of the public. Wireless radiation has affected me and my family. I currently live in Virgina a state with the greatest number of data centers in the nation. The data centers demand for electricity and water has dramatically changed the environment. Peoples wells are drying up, predators have been displaced and now seek to make their homes close to where people live, and lastly these menaces (data centers) require large amounts of electricity to keep them cool. Their need for electricity has driven a massive push to build high current lines that a currently honeycombing Virginia. Since their proliferation I personally have experienced headaches (never had any before), mood swings, and colds (had some colds very infrequently). There are several neighbors that have mentioned that they are on antidepressant for the first time in their lives. To me this makes sense since we really are electrical beings. Our nervous systems are a honeycomb of wires that run through our bodies to keep us working, healthy, and strong. Disrupt the wiring in the data center with Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure and the centers will begin to break down just as biological life breaks down when exposed to the before mentioned. A burning question I have is, why our protector that we pay taxes to every year (our government) has permitted the proliferation of things that cause Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure without proper current studiers? It seems that our government is nothing more than a bullying mafia organization. The last study I was able to find on the effect of Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure is dated 1978 and it was for ancient technology compared to what we have today which are much stronger field generators. Could it be that they do not want to know the answer so as not to have to deal with it?

I have been concerned about wireless safety for a long time. Living in a small apartment, I cannot escape the effects of the wireless EMF all around me. I periodically get inexplicable headaches that have no overt cause. I demand that the government produce a full study on all the possible effects of wireless on our health and publicize it widely.
