Hello. For the last 5 or so years I have dealt with this electronic torture. I have been hospitalized for it 2 when I was convinced that I was going to be killed by it's ability to cause my heart to feel like it was going to explode. I have done nothing to deserve the constant voice to skull that for the longest time would consistently ridicule me all day with each and every decision I made or action that I took. I deal with the pulsed radiation that has keep me up all night costing me jobs and causing me to struggle financially. I have been made aware that my inner monologue is not something that only I have been privy to. I've had electronics be compromised and haven't had any amount of privacy since this beginning. I have been trying to get a solution for the torture and I don't have much hope for this being one. Honestly I'm unable to fathom the possibility that you (the government) has no knowledge of it and I don't know how many others have the capability to do it. I truly believe that it is the biggest reason why data centers are being pushed like they are is so that the stuff I have been dealing with along with others can be used on the entire population because I feel as if I have just been a part of the trial run. I was completely puzzled by this when it began and it would take about a year to have a decent understanding but I don't know who else could be responsible for it but you. If only more people knew what the capability of the "cell towers" were. It is impossible to get away from it. And I don't for see it stopping anytime soon. I'm going to get closer to my Creator and I will pray for the ones responsible for such a terrible terrible sin. I watch the people I love and my 3 dogs fall victim to a technology that is the devil himself. You have the ability to rid the world of the evil with this tech and yet you are hurting me and other good people like me. You should be ashamed. But I don't think you mind it. I think it's a resource that you feed off of. So forgive my short testimony although I don't think it is going to make any difference and the fact that attachments are only allowed to be 10mb is a joke because I have hours of video of this being done to myself and my animals. But I have to go back to work so that I can pay you the money you need to create the very thing that is shortening my life and many others. May God have mercy on your soul.

I know from personal experience that e.M.F are harmful. Since cellphones, I have developed Arthritis in my fingers, especially the first 3 digits of my right hand everyvery time I use my cellphone, the tingling numbness increases.

I’ve been experiencing intense waves of radiation going thru my body, usually when I wake up. My head has a lot of pressure since 2024. I experience tinnitus, ringing of the ear often. My electronics are hacked. I’ve noticed some memory loss. People are getting paid to stalk and harrass me. The police are involved and when you report this to them- they often laugh and say you need mental health help. This started happening to me in 2024 in Norfolk NE and continues to happen as I moved to Lincoln NE. I’m being monitored 24/7.

After the Des Moines Mercy hospital they threatened to kill me and my family and forcefully vibrated a 2 year olds childs hands to push a laptop without it getting damaged. When i scheduled a appointment to talk with a psychiatrist to tell them what happened they browsed my private photo album and placed a photo of where i live and send threatening voice to skull same time that they will kill me. Non stop attack with weapons to right side of brain lots of radiation to the body including private area and getting burned as well. Also ai attack of thoughts constantly for many many months. Implanted with a device without my knowledge and I think it had drugs in it. Works for pain but keeps turning on and off for torture but works well when it does. Constant attacks and threats all day night long. Burned to prevent me from sleeping like an mkultra syop allot of people are dealing with same issue around the world. Hope there is someone to put a stop to this and let people live there lives without constantly being controlled.

Thanks for this opportunity. I have suffered from microwaves since I was strongly exposed 15 years ago. Today I am not able to be more than an hour in rooms with many people due to their mobilphones on WiFi or mobildata. I get a stressfeeling in my head and reduced ability to concentrate. I have followed the expansion Radio-frequency Electromagnetic Radiation since 1997, and have witnessed the effect this type of radiation has concerning 1G,2G, 3G, 4G & 5G on the human nervous system and have through the years contacted radio stations, tv stations, politicians etc..... to no avail. The politicians quite frankly don't give a damn anymore who or how many they damage and have thrown all previously current safety regulations out the door.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. I discovered years ago that the migraine headaches I was suffering daily were being caused by the wireless WiFi radiation in my home. When I would turn off the wifi my headaches would go away. This was HUGE! I had been suffering daily as I said for years! I now live out in the desert 30 miles outside of the closest city and I have absolutely NO wireless anywhere on my 10 acres because of this. I am very very sensitive to it and it absolutely was ruining my life before I discovered the cause. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE back off on this unrelenting wireless growth! I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.
