CA firefighters are legally exempt from having small cells and macro towers built at their stations because of the documented, permanent brain damage it caused. Inability to sleep Depression Anxiety Unexplained anger Immune suppression manifesting as frequent colds and flu-like symptoms Real-life examples of these symptoms are best briefly characterized by: 1) Firefighters got lost on 911 calls in the town they grew up in on several occasions. 2) In one instance, four firefighters sat in the rig in a stupor with the alarm sounding in the background, unable to remember how to start the engine. 3) A medic with 20 years of experience who had never made a mistake forgot basic CPR while resuscitating a coronary victim. The brain scans of these men revealed two things: Parts of the brain showed reduced blood flow known as hypoperfusion, suggesting compromised function in these particular areas. Other parts of the brain showed a pervasive hyper-excitability of the neurons, suggesting exposure to RF radiation was causing the neurons to continually fire in these areas without the benefit of rest. When neurons (brain cells) cannot rest, they ultimately die." If our firemen are exempt from this, our children and families should be too. This equipment does NOT belong at schools nor near homes.

I have been studying the effects of harmful EMFs for the past few years and as a result I have taken precautions to turn my cellphone on airplane mode when not in use, to disable smart connections in my appliances, and to switch my digital meter to an analog one. My sleep score has increased and my vitamin d levels have improved. I have a more regualqted nervous system and my immunity has gone up. I have noticed though that when using my cell phone for a prolonged period of time 15 mins or more I feel a tingling sensation in my hand that radiates up to my arm. This is not carpal tunnel. It’s the effect of electromagnetic radiation. It’s much less noticeable when my phone is set to LTE versus 5g but it’s still there. The fact of the matter is that our bodies are electromagnetic beings and EMFs disrupt our natural biology. It makes your blood stagnant, it impairs circulation, and it prevents the bodies natural ability to send bodily signals and functions. The FCC must be held to the same standard other regulatory bodies are to create safety for humans. We are living in a time of the largest unprecedented experiment on the human body. Our children’s lives depend on it. The rise of data centers and cell Phone towers are creating infertility in animals, so I can only imagine the impact to humans.

I’ve been experimented on since birth. Since 2011 I can hear the buzzing noise everywhere I go. Since I’m investigating the situation I know it’s frequency and I believe it’s coming through the electric grid. It is also patented. I have numerous mental health diagnosis’s and this caused nothing but trouble in my life. I had blockages in my small intestines and what I believe to be nanotechnology. Since I cleared the blockages, my ears and throat are healing.

Wireless radiation makes me very sick with a variety of symptoms: stomach spasms and acid reflux, palpitations in eyes and heart. Dry eyes. Sound of intermitent pounding in ears when near cell phone tower. Insomnia. Increasing electrical hypersensitivity. Colon cancer, after 30 years of laptop use with wifi internet.

My name is Samantha Perez. Let me summarize my experience and how I have become Electrical Hyper Sensibility: I had been experiencing a certain sensitivity to mobile phones for years (mainly loud ringing in my ears and tingling in my hands when holding the phone, but nothing worrying), but in January 2023 I started feeling sick (with up to 14 different physical symptoms (cumulative over the weeks). The triggering cause: working for seven months underneath the photovoltaic panels we installed at home in June 2022 (my office is directly underneath them). In March 2023, I contacted the Spanish association for people with Electro hypersensitivity and I went to see a doctor in Barcelona (one of the few specialists in Spain), who diagnosed me with Central Sensitivity for EHS due to overexposure to EMFs (I also had a mobile tower close to my home impacting my bedroom directly). From April 2023 onwards, I took drastic measures regarding everything related to Wi-Fi/internet/electrical systems (switched off the photovoltaic panels, shielded walls, and carefully controlled my environment in terms of exposure to electromagnetic waves and electric and magnetic fields) and full body detoxification and strengthen my immune system. It took me over a year for the symptoms to gradually disappear. The symptoms are entirely functional: when I am exposed to EMFs, they appear; when I am not exposed for a prolonged period, they disappear. At present, I experience symptoms when exposed: fatigue, bloating, the metallic clicking sensation, discomfort in the lymph nodes, swelling behind the knee, loud ringing in my ears. But my life has become more limited, as I have to avoid certain places and specially phone towers. I became for life “allergic to EMF”. I urge a solution at least to avoid more people becoming sick without knowing. New tech can´t play with our health. Thank you.

I am asking the Department of Health and Human Services to seriously consider stronger regulations and precautionary protections regarding electromagnetic fields (EMFs), particularly in and around schools. I work in a school every day, and I have personally experienced symptoms that I associate with prolonged exposure to EMFs, including migraines and physical sensations that I describe as body/energetic pain. Whether or not the science has fully established the connection between these exposures and individual symptoms, I believe people deserve to have their concerns taken seriously and to have reasonable options to reduce unnecessary exposure. Schools are especially important because children and school employees can spend many hours a day in these environments. With the increasing presence of Wi-Fi networks, wireless devices, Bluetooth technology, cell towers, and other sources of radiofrequency exposure, I believe we should be asking whether current standards adequately protect people in places where they spend significant portions of their lives. I am not asking that technology be eliminated. I am asking for a precautionary approach: stronger research, transparent monitoring, reasonable exposure standards, and consideration of lower-exposure options in schools whenever practical. As an employee who spends the majority of my day in a school building, I want to feel confident that my workplace is as safe as reasonably possible. I hope the Department will consider the concerns of people like me and take meaningful steps toward understanding and addressing potential health impacts of long-term EMF exposure, particularly in schools. They are trying to force e us to get smart meters. Coming to our home and we said no. Tripled our bill because we didn’t get one. We are sick from so many around us headaches dizziness ect. We are concerned over illnesses and fires. I told them it was fraud and they said we don’t what you’re talking about here’s the name and number to install a smart meter. EMF, RF, & Wireless Radiation Exposure is a huge health risk for all humanity & does not discriminate. It causes cancer, thyroid, brain damage, digestive issues, brain interference, vision problems, birth defects, & many more health issues that are just inhumane to not let the public know. It is time for a change to where humanity is aware that being hurt or injured can also be by something you can’t see like EMF, RF, & Wireless Radiation Exposure. After moving into a newer house in Bulverde, TX, my 9 year old was having headaches every morning and was sleeping horribly. After a month of research and digging, I discovered that the house had a smart meter from CPS Energy. This meter was located less than a foot from my child’s bedroom window. I contacted CPS to confirm it was a smart meter. I asked to have it removed, due to learning the detriments of it on health and sleep patterns. The representative told me it would cost $250 to go back to analog and we would be charged an additional $40 per month to have the meter read. I told the representative to have the work done. Within one week of changing the meter, my child was sleeping soundly and the headaches were gone. In addition, I began unplugging our modem every night because I was having sleeping issues and the modem is located on the other side of the wall attached to my bedroom, I began sleeping better as well. We are two Scandinavians who suffer greatly from solar panels & inverters, wifi, blue tooth, smart meters, electric vehicles, ev-loading stations, cell phone masts etc. since beginning 2011 & worse after 2018 & extreme after 2022. Hopefully this administration can stop this abuse so we can live normally again. It took a while to understand what was happening but now without a doubt we can see the connections. If we pass a house with solar panels we feel head-ache, nausea, spinning before we even see that the house has the panels. Inverters are not compatible with human health. Electric filters help a bit but we cannot live in a populated area cannot have wifi in the house nor smart meter. Can not walk past a house or neighbourhood with solar panels. Our dog also suffered, got heart issues & died. It is devastating.
