I've been experiencing issues with my hearing, ringing in the ears, having migraines and dizziness since moving into my our current home about 4yrs ago. The high pitched noise at some points has been almost unbearable and makes it incredibly difficult to sleep or think straight. All of this from a smart meter. The utility company won't let us opt out and revert to an analog for any reason, they even went so far as to say they no longer make analog meters, but they do indeed make them still. Everyone in the home can hear the noise. We've tested it and turned off everything in the breaker box and you can hear it still, 24/7. I bought a meter to test the EMF and RF and they are off the charts in unsafe zones and this meters attached to our living room, the main room in our home where our toddlers play all day. I tried using paint that blocks these types of waves and it barely made a dent. I have hearing loss and can barely hear my toddlers in the backseat, rining in my ears and it all started within weeks of moving into this house with the smart meter. I even had my ears checked a couple months ago and they were within normal range, but none of this is normal. I just want to option to choose an analog meter, not a non-transmitting meter, but an analog... I'm happy to pay the additional fee, but I'm not even given an option. The doctor I saw about my hearing offered therapy to help me learn how to ignore the high pitched noise... How does that help fix the problem? There has to be another way and those that are more sensitive to EMF waves, especially, should have options! The data is clear that these levels aren't safe but I have no options for dealing with this issue. PLEASE HELP US!!! YES - I have even passed out twice from Radiation. 5G makes me so dizzy I cannot go outside now. I cannot go to Church, or Grocery Store or anyplace. If my husband passes away before I do, I will be forced to sell-out and live inside a metal trailer and pray I can get folks to deliver to me. EMFs, RF, and wireless are painful to me and many of the (eithernet) computer friends I have made. I live 4.5 miles from a town, and the towers still hit my home and yard. I am always "adrenal fatigued" from the devices man has installed. All of the original scientists who invented the cell phones have died because of RF exposure. My Mom, Dad and One cousin used those portable phones that emitted RF's and they all got cancers and died from it. I am responding from the perspective of an individual, retired Registered Veterinary Technician, parent, and human being. During January 2020, my family and I were sick with what seemed like a bad chest cold with cold/flu like symptoms. This was at the exact same time that AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile were all firing up their many 5G towers around the California central valley where I lived at the time. This was right after thousands of 5G towers were fired up in and around Wuhan China in September/October 2019 causing cold/flu-like “covid” symptoms”. I have also worked from home using a laptop computer and wifi router which caused me symptoms of irritability, anxiety, depression, dizziness, headaches, nausea, heaviness in the chest, fatigue, sleep disturbances, tinnitus and other cold/flu-like symptoms. Once I took out the router my symptoms improved but it wasn’t until I left my job to move out of state and was no longer working on a computer for 40 hours a week that I really started feeling better. I have had these same symptoms whenever I spend any time in a residence or building that has wifi and/or a large amount of electronic equipment, like the San Joaquin County building where the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors meet. I was sick for several days after spending hours waiting for my turn to speak in a Planning Commission meeting to address a legal matter regarding the San Joaquin River Club where I used to live. I have also worked in several veterinary emergency hospitals with a lot of electronic equipment including fluid pumps, ultrasound machines, laboratory equipment and a CT scanner which caused irritability, anxiety, etc. I currently live in a low EMF environment which has really helped to alleviate my symptoms of Electromagnetic Radiation Sickness/Syndrome. I recently had an experience in which I had to have my iPhone 16 on my person for at least 8 hours during the day because I was waiting for an important phone call in a town with several cell towers and 5G service. By the time I got home and no longer needed to have my phone on, I felt ill like I had the “flu”. I felt nauseous, had a headache and had to go to bed early. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. My teenage son who never had a single health issue in his life started experiencing involuntary twitching within a few months of a SMART METER (referred to as EVIL METER from this point forward) being installed on our home. Within approximately 4 months he had a full blown seizure. He was the only one in our home who had a bedroom on the side of the house as the EVIL METER which was right on the outside of the wall and was being bombarded every night in his sleep. This made me sick to my stomach to even think about!!! We moved his room and he started immediately seeing our acupuncturist for treatments as we do not believe in the lies and medications that traditional western doctors push. We received their suggestions and the answer was NO. This entire experience has changed our son as it would anyone and he is now EMF sensitive and still healing after a year and a half. I can not imagine how many innocent children and human beings and even animals are being terrorized and poisoned by EVIL METERS and all other forms of EMFs and when the clues lead to these sources many roll their eyes and you are felt to be crazy for even suggesting these sources by "professionals". I am responding from the perspective of a citizen and the sister of a brain cancer patient who daily used her cell phone for a long periods of time while working. She developed glioblastoma on the same side of her brain close to her ear as she would daily hold the phone while she was cleaning houses. She is only 52 and being put on hospice after lengthy treatments and surgeries. When I use my cell phone, my hands will ache. If I am not using the phone, my hands do not tingle or ache. We changed our Wi-Fi to a landline in at that time. I headaches, depression and brain fog went away. I am now able to get my household tasks done and in addition study to further my career. 2. The comments represent my own experieces with RF/EMF exposure. 3. a. RF/EMF exposure from heating system, television and Wi-fi . b. In the mid 1990´s, I began noticing over sensitivity to my television and to my Nokia cellular phone. I also became oversensitive to the magnetic fields from the heating system in the real estate where I lived. To begin with, I was not sure what it was that made me sick. I moved twice to other appartment blocks within the same rental association, but that did not change anything for the better. My brother and I bought an RF/EMF meter and could see that the heating system in the basement emitted strong magnetic fields which went all the way up to the top of the building, the third floor. In the third appartment, the magnetic fields coming from the heating system in the basement were stronger in my bedroom, which could explain why I became even sicker there than in my living room. I had to spend all my time in the living room. I was furthermore exposed to Wi-fi from my neighbours, which also had a negative impact on my health. c. Adverse health effects from the magnetic fields emitted by the heating system in the basement, was a highly reduced ability for my digestive system to absorb nutrition from food. The magnetic fields made it very hard for me to sleep. Before that, my sleep had always been impeccable. The magnetic fields made it very hard for me to think, it often felt as if I had a croquet ball in my head. The magnetic fields also gave me an electric feeling in both my head and in my body. EMF exposure from my neighbours made it hard for me to sleep. I have tried to sleep at friends´houses where the EMF has been high and it is impossible. Maybe half an hour or one hour during the night is what I can get there. e. A medical doctor wrote a certificate of illness, where over sensivitity to RF and EMF was one of the diagnoses. f. I had to move to a house situated three miles into the forrest, which is heated with a wood-burning stowe that emits no electricity or magnetic fields. The EMF is also very low here, where I now live in my house in the forrest. This has made i posooble for my body to rest.

1) My physical and mental symptoms are so real, tangible, well-co-ordinated with the real time environmental and real world activities those can never be ascribed to suffering from mental disorder like paranoid schizophrenia or illusion disorder. It is real time physical and mental torture with instantaneous severe neuro strikes using electromagnetic waves/laser induced shock wave in a continuous scale for 24/7 as per my thought, talk, activity and vision. It is a horrendous torture because the torture is on the specific part of the body or organ as per the nature of victim’s activity in real time. Torture such as itching, severe pain, hard impact, sudden headache, migraine like pain is associated with sleeplessness and restlessness during day in and out. Brain-computer interface between the computers and victims’ brains with the help of neuroweapon like neural implants / NEUROMORPHIC COMPUTING and then mind and body cloning with the help of generative AI/ ML can only be attributed to such real time physical and mental torture, with sudden changes in brain signal such as both urge and loss of appetite, urination, abrupt change in mood, emotion, feeling, severe chest pain, sudden drowsiness during scooty driving, sleep deprivation as per he perpetrators’ wishes and intentions, havoc pain in the internal organ and many more physical symptoms. And despite all these, all the time the victim is thinking logically, executing all types of normal activity including some skilled jobs like teaching, researching, software engineering and other creative works those require developed thought processes and its execution. 2) With no simple logic it can be turned as mental disorder. And this has not happened accidentally in one moment or one day, there has been intriguing conflicts with some of the Professors in the USA centred at me and my family who have been destroying all the lives in my family with the help of evil resources in the government projecting it as mental disorder in me. Please keep in mind when and how these whole episodes started in our life is still alive in me and crystal clear and after that the daily development of most of these evil criminal activities and instances, conversation, talking and other environmental turn outs in USA and then in India, I can exactly recount with proper indication of place and activities. Had I been suffering from any mental disorder, it was and is not possible for me. Now, the criminals can deny, but proper investigation can expel out the truth from them very easily. 3) I have consulted several psychiatrists, neurologists, and other physicians in India and the USA as well to comply with the desires and wishes of my family members for the last 17 years or so and have been taking medicines, and other medical advices as prescribed by them regularly, but not for a single instance I got any relief from the mental and physical trauma, the acute torture sensations, neurostrikes at different parts of the body, and other atrocities caused by the perpetrators in 24/7 scale. This is simply because the torture symptoms and atrocities are not anyway related to the medical abnormality in me but pure cybercrime with the help of cyber weapons and neuroweapons. 4) The criminals are highly influential persons, may even controlling government activities to some extent and they have a huge hierarchical network from top positions in the government to ordinary common persons with the help of their monetary power, network devices, and academic and/or research activities. 4) More importantly, here the main question arises to take imminent measures to protect human rights, their values, liberty, freedom and ultimate protection of humanity and human civilization as a whole. The complaints are so serious, severe and action demanded that simply terming these as mental disorder is irrespective and irrelevant in this case. I have demanded justice against a heinous cybercrime which can exist in this case irrespective of any mental issues in me and that is so precarious for humanity that we cannot neglect it without sincere, honest and transparent real time investigation with the help of competent investigating agencies and modern resources. 5) For every logic there exists two gateways; Yes or No; Positive or negative; and before reaching any conclusion to a highly sensitive and life or death decisive subject, both the options should be exhaustively investigated, otherwise human civilization cannot survive and progress an inch. So far, the whole energy and resources of human society have been spent on relating targeted individuals like me to the patients suffering from paranoid schizophrenia with end result in only destruction in human society. It is high time for government and educated human civilization come forward with their all resources and utmost sincerity and honesty to investigate into the other sides of the story to protect human from its extinct in all forms.
