Criminals are using Havana style weapons aka Voice to skull technology and directed energy weapons to recreate MK Ultra through frequency and beaming AI powered chat bots to harass, threaten and illegally try to modify a person thoughts and behavior. Our nation is currently plagued with the abuse of EMF to the point that thousands are now complaining about Anomalous Health Incidents (AHI's). Some, like myself are even being diagnosed with Havana Syndrome due to criminal activity/ misuse of surveillance technologies, human testing without informed consent, and other abuse/misuse of wireless tech, electrical, EMF and otherwise.
