My name is Michael Spangler American citizen (age 62) passport #[REDACTED BY AGENCY] and I am being terrorized using Directed Energy Weapons as per the work of Dr. Richard Lighthouse by one Thai National named Tongdee Manomai Born January 28, 1975 and a man of unknown origin but perhaps Japan. They have been following me with both electronic stalking and physical stalking to act as terrorists using military grade technology = they force me to listen to the sounds of them having sex 24 hours a day and night and likely are using synthetic drugs to continue these activities; they wake me up one of more times a night and have made me homeless in Thailand, Japan, and the USA. As per the work of Dr. Richard Lighthouse, it appears they perhaps are using illegal treaties to designate me as a code 3 terrorist and perhaps have clearance for surveillance but instead are using it to weaponize pornography and attack me with it. I have never given them permission to them verbal or written and they are effectively terrorizing me and my mother (age 87) here in Concord, Massachusetts. I have reported these crimes in Seattle, Washington, Lebanon, Oregon, Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Concord, Massachusetts; in addition, I have reported these crimes to the FBI two times including the FBI Boston, the National Human Trafficking hotline, Homeland Security & ICE and ALL OF THE THAI EMBASSIES in the USA = there has been zero response probably because my code 3 terrorist designation (as per the work done at targetjusitice.com) prevents local/state/federal law enforcement to help me and makes them think I am a terrorist (97% of Targeted Individuals (TIs) are put on the Black List through a corrupted TSDB Terrorist Database at the FBI). This Thai woman is a Human Trafficker has bragged to me that she has Human Trafficked 1000 Westerners from Thailand to Cambodia and she is a Heroin and Meth addict from more than 20 years. I tried to help her as a Christian including giving her a Bible written in Thai for her 50th birthday, for example, I have given food and money to her family and planted food and medicine crops for her. Suddenly after an educational relationship she seemingly lost her mind and has been terrorizing me in Thailand, Japan, & here in the USA for the last 13 months; in October the 14th month of this will start. I hope that these two people can be arrested and put in jail for the reminder of their lives because they attack me with cruelty 24 hours a day. I grew up in Concord, Massachusetts with loving parents, robustly educated with great teachers and Concord is a breeding ground for Patriotism so there no possibility of having me given a designation of Terrorist. I visit and care for my vaccine injured mother 12 hours a day when her assisted living facility is open and then I am forced out onto the street by these terrorists. My legs were attacked with high levels of radiation. I bought a radiation meter and my levels were from 685 - 1047 VPN. I was also burned on my leg and mouth. This always happened during the night.
