I have been experiencing electronic harassment and electronic rape since 2021. These weapons have destroyed my life and my child. I have been subjected to human trafficking via neuro weapons and have endured Directed energy attacks via satellites and other sources. I have been targeted not for anything crime but because I was considered an easy to break target. I do not hear voices however I have a constant hissing in both of my ears that are two different sounds at the same time. I almost lost my life in 2023 twice due to the use of these weapons. I have submitted to the FBI for a copy of my FOIA and am reaching out to anyone who can help me and my daughter. The pictures I posted are of vehicles that have been identified as DEWs and I am being stalked heavily. I go to work and come home and every car on the road is flashing their lights at me even during daylight hours. My story is very long and complicated and I need help. No one deserves to live this way. The constant attacks have isolated me from everything except work because we can’t eat and have a place to live if I don’t work.

Please sir look into the use of DEW being used illegally on private citizens. V2 skull is being used on my son for three years now. I l7ve in a small home with him and I have witnessed the torture imposed on him, have witnessed the satellites over our home, and watched him deteriorate healthwise physical and mentally and it is real I believe. Radio waves cause the V2 skull voices 24/7 in my son's head causes days of sleep deprivation. Three years ago this started over night. He now never leaves our home rarely because it gets so bad when he is outside of his Faraday staged bedroom. My son is 40 and has been unable to work for three years since this started. I am in close proximity since our home is a small two bedroom home. He does not do drugs, this is different than mental health illness it is being attacked mentally and physically, burn by DEW, and tortured by V2Skull everyday. My name is Gregory Dustin Pennington. I am along with my family targeted as well as some others in Virginia. I was told to put my testimony here. Weaponized nanotechnology is being put into food and drinks particularly soda and candy. I am tortured by these terrorists. They are in Isis they have said and they are worldwide. They have gotten ahold of Russian Nanotechnology as well as American Nanotechnology. I am tortured everyday. I have to have help functioning also by the nanotechnology it is a kind of deranged life support system that I am connected to controller by terrorists. I am a targeted individual. I have been subjected to EMF radiation (ie “worked on”) and a DEW meant to give me a heart attack. It’s happened to me multiple times. The people involved are lower level government employees. They have conflicts of interest and side jobs with gangs, unions, people seeking inheritance or other money, etc. Many are psychopathic and sadistic. The EMF radiation or microwaving is done at night and results in death after a few months. This is happening heavily in California. The technology has been co-opted by gangs and now Californians everywhere are being burned and made to go into cardiac arrest. Especially hit are the homeless. It needs to stop.

I’ve been experimented on since birth. Since 2011 I can hear the buzzing noise everywhere I go. Since I’m investigating the situation I know it’s frequency and I believe it’s coming through the electric grid. It is also patented. I have numerous mental health diagnosis’s and this caused nothing but trouble in my life. I had blockages in my small intestines and what I believe to be nanotechnology. The Military has been astutely aware of the effects of electromagnetic fields of myriad frequencies and intensities on humans for 50 or more years.
