I 100% believe RF/EMF's have a negative impact on all of us. I had a normal Mammogram in November of 2019. In the spring of 2020 I started a walking routine. I wore my Apple watch on my left wrist and tucked my phone in my shirt pocket. My bra was supported with an underwire. By June of 2020 I developed a lump in my left breast about the size of a dime. Diagnosed with breast cancer. ERPR+ / HER2-. 4 rounds of Chemo and 20 rounds of radiation. Aromatase inhibitors X 5 years and a total hysterectomy. I whole heartedly believe this was the cause. After this, lets have a conversation about the medical system and fast tracking in to Oncology. One of the most lucrative areas of the Medical Industrial Complex. I am an RN. I no longer trust the medical system I have worked in for 30 years.

Hello I hope this helps but ever since I am have using a cellphone over the last 20 years I get nerve pain in my left hand when holding a cellphone. I also notice tingling and numbness when placing my cellphone next to my head or even in the proximity of holding the phone ten inches away. Even the insurance industry recognized the health risks, in 1999, underwriters at Lloyd's of London (specifically underwriting groups like Stirling) refused to insure mobile phone manufacturers against the risk of health damage lawsuits. Why Cover Was Denied Health Concerns: Insurers worried that cell phones would be linked to long-term health issues like cancer or Alzheimer's disease. Liability Fears: Underwriters did not want to cover the cost if manufacturers were sued over radiation or health risks. Electromagnetic Exclusions: Over time, the market adopted broad general exclusions (such as Electromagnetic Fields Exclusions) to limit liability related to long-term non-ionizing radiation exposure from devices. My name is Tammy LaSala. I live in Louisiana. There have been multiple cell towers built around where I live. I have definitely been feeling the effects of frequent headaches, insomnia, been fatigued, and I just battled Stage 3 cancer cancer that's gone right now.

I am electromagnetically sensitive. I bought a monitor to the Swedish standards in the early 80s which I could work on, but when my employer adopted computers in the late 80s there was no shielding. I had to leave. In the early 2000s I wired my house for ethernet cables and used shielded computers, but now there are cell towers encroaching on my house spreading cell signals RIGHT inside my home! I don`t use a cell phone but that does not protect me from everyone else`s cell towers. My daughter is far more electromagnetically sensitive than I am, We do not use a microwave and everything is ethernet or wired but she still got cancer from the cell towers encroaching more and more everywhere, including upon our home. There are no safe places anymore. I have severely disabled friends who have either died or are dying because of there being no safe places anywhere without cell towers where they can get food, water and sanitation. Now they are trying to take our landlines!!! They don`t want to maintain the wires for our phones! But we depend on wired phones! The captured regulators insist that the only harmful effects are thermal, which ignores decades of research and our lived experience. I consider anyone who uses a cell phone to be complicit in the murder of people I know and valued, included activists who were trying to educate the public. Like the tobacco firms before them, the tech firms are casting doubt on the real research, and regulators turn a blind eye to the harms because this industry brings in so much money and is so powerful a lobby. Ask those suffering from the impacts and those who have no safe place to survive because cell towers are everywhere now and who are dying as a result. No one is counting their deaths. Some are now also cut off from all medical care because clinics and hospitals are contaminated with wifi and cell towers and cell phones. These people are marginalized and can not access work or incomes due to employers using wifi and cell phones and with towers on their buildings or across the street, so they have no way to save themselves anymore. EVERYTHING can be done with wired devices and it should be required that people do so. Convenience at the cost of killing off a % of the population that are the canaries is genocide and will eventually take down the rest of the population with them. And now the absolute insanity of tampering with the ionosphere and the earth`s natural electromagnetics could cause an extinction level event, including from satellites beaming destruction from above. Not to speak of blanketing the atmosphere with microwaves and not expecting that to cause fires and increase the warming of the planet -- and doing so from space of all things! The Roman Empire collapsed partly because it was using technologies that were convenient but which it didn`t understand fully -- like lead pipes in aquaducts. We are doing the same thing with electromagnetic radiation. You see convenience but you don`t want to see the poison that may well collapse our society.

I live near an inactive mine that carries rare earth minerals. I moved to this house 20 years ago and have been sick since. Everything from depression to hypothyroidism to fibromyalgia to Hashimoto to imbalances. I’ve experienced anxiety, nervousness, loss of hair, nails, skin irritations, migraines, brain fog, weight gain, etc. In 2010 the county took by imminent domain a radio tower and turned it into a 911 tower. It isn’t even in the county. When I began to speak out about it, they would turn the tower’s red light off at night and keep the bright day lights flashing in my houses windows. FAA wouldn’t get involved and after a couple of weeks and complaining, they turned them back to red. My iPhone 12 would heat up and lock itself down for to hot and must cool down. I’ve had the IPhone 12 since 2020 and it’s been a constant hot problem and worse while charging. I bought a Starlink for the home and began noticing in 2024 it would heat up and I’d have to unplug it. It was worse in the middle of the night. In 2024 I began feeling radiation burning in the middle of the night and outside during the day. I began taking photos of the burns on my face. 2025 was worse. In July 2025 I began to be constantly exhausted and burned even in the winter. My highly sensitive dog began having seizures in July 2025. Every time he would have a seizure, my heart began having rapid pulsations and feeling like it’s flip flopping. I started swelling daily. Concentration was hard and I began cancelling life. Staying home to survive and take care of my poor dog that is still having seizures. I removed the wifi in June 2026 and the towers are still pushing out frequencies and burning me. In the past five years surrounding me in my country neighborhood, suicides and cancer deaths have been a normal thing. I purchased a EMF reader and all of my electric sockets would read dangerously high. The electrician who installed a whole house surge protector called it “Dirty Electric”. I could feel electrical surges in my fingers. I personally feel I am targeted but I also am experiencing everything in my house and outside of my house is slowly killing me and my dog. I have called elected officials and I have tried to get help to look at my electric and I get ignored. Recently I found my house and land listed in projects on USGS. They will not respond to my inquiries or answer me but the write up included electromagnetic information that I don’t understand.

Electromagnetic Radiation is continuing to increase with devices and 5G on Street Lights, Phone Towers, 5G Masts, Traffic Control Phased Arrays, Facial recognition Towers on Main Roads and in Supermarkets. We must now start to eliminate these Health Hazards. Myself, my Husband and 8 Neighbours were made ill by a Telensa Street Light Base Station, to switch the Street Lights on and off. Parish Council and County Council gave us the run around and eventually when I threatened the Lighting Department that I would hold the Individuals personally responsible if My Husband's Cancer came back they moved it half a mile away. Unfortunately it is still in our village and there is another one close to the school. Many of the Phased Array devices and Electromagnetic Radiation Patents class them as Biological Weapons and yet we are still subjected to them whenever we go to Town. I live in the UK and the situation here is just as bad as in the USA. The National Health Service has to pick up the bill for all the Heart Attacks, Strokes and Cancers these Devices cause.

Thank you so much for doing this. I'm concerned about the amount of radiation allowed to come from cell phone towers, especially rural ones. This needs to be reduced; existing science is already clear that cancer rates increase for people living closer to towers. Please look into radars. Recently the radar in Duluth, MN tilted its beam down toward earth to capture lower clouds. They said it would not affect human health but it was based on the units of energy per period of time, disregarding the fact that when the beam goes through, it is very intense energy, which concerns me. As a sidenote, though unrelated, please research MRI contrast! Many people have become very ill from it, including myself, and radiologists tell patients like myself there are no side effects. This must be investigated ASAP. Thank you.

I suffer from Idiopathic Environmental Intolerance (IEI) and Multiple Chemicle Sensivity (MCS). I have many symptoms including Hi BP because I believe my 2022 heart attack was triggered by dental work, 5G, X-Rays, Wifi, and A/C unit. I had cancer removed from my lip in 2006 most likely caused by excessive dental x-rays and never getting any work done. I informed the hospital when I had my heart attack, I had Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS), we discussed non metallic stents and my inability to take medications due to severe side effects, they dismissed everything I told them, next thing I know there's a piece of metal in my chest I told them I did NOT want and a prescription for 7 medications, of which 6 gave me the side effects. I printed a folder with information about my condition because none of the doctors, I've explained my condition to since 2015 know anything about my condition. To date not a single doctor has looked at my folder including the doctor that prescribed the stent after a Methylene Blue Hypertension side effect in 2025 who asked me what I tell doctors that say I am crazy, I laughed, pulled out my folder and said, I offer them this folder with pier reviewed studies, Pub-Med articles and testimonial's from people like me, but to date no doctor has looked at it, he refused to look at it too, now that's crazy. My chest hurts all the time, either from the blood thinner medication side-effect, the conductive metal in my chest or a combination of the two and I suffered nerve damage in my back from his recommended stent surgery, I am now disabled. I have to explain the difference between Microwave Hearing and Tinnitus to medical professionals that could care less. I hear multiple pitches I can only describe as children with different whistles blasting them, all at once or just a few at a time, sometimes it stops altogether for a brief second only to start up again with a different pitch and the painful clicks and chirps. I also had the same pain in my chest I had with the heart attack for a period of 20 years at ages 12 through 32 diagnosed as indigestion/gas, this was when 1G cell phones were in use, coincidence? When 5G was rolled out in 2022, 20 years after 1G ended I had the same pain in my chest I found to be the one of four kinds of heart attacks most commonly mis-diagnosed as gas/indigestion. My Osteopathic doctor wants me taking medications I told him I've tried before, he says I should just take anyway, I informed him that's not why I chose an Osteopath. I wrote letters to President Trump in 2016 and RFK Jr before he became United States Secretary of Health and Human Services in 2025 with no replies from either. Instead, I had a heart attack, survived and I'm telling anyone that will listen. In addition, my father died of a blood clot, he was first class radar-man in WWII, he suffered from insomnia and headaches for sure, he passed in 1987, I've seen research that indicates those first radar-men reported radiation sickness side effects, it can damage DNA and be carried on genetically. A Neurologist told me come back when it gets worse, he didn't care I had been living in a van down by the river for the last 7 years to mitigate my symptoms (he refused to look at my folder too). It sucks being the smartest one in the room, and you're in a doctor's office.

I am submitting this comment in respuuonse to HHS's Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent and community member. Many types of radiation exposyure have not been fully tested so that we know how safe or harmful they are. Many scientists believe some are incompatible with life. Instead of experimenting on the whole community and watching as reports of increased disease and cancer come in, we need to know what studies show us about their safety. It's not OK to expose people to dangerous environments so wthat big corporations can make a ton of money. Corporations need to become more resyponsible. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research pbriorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.
