Thank you so much for doing this. I'm concerned about the amount of radiation allowed to come from cell phone towers, especially rural ones. This needs to be reduced; existing science is already clear that cancer rates increase for people living closer to towers. Please look into radars. Recently the radar in Duluth, MN tilted its beam down toward earth to capture lower clouds. They said it would not affect human health but it was based on the units of energy per period of time, disregarding the fact that when the beam goes through, it is very intense energy, which concerns me. As a sidenote, though unrelated, please research MRI contrast! Many people have become very ill from it, including myself, and radiologists tell patients like myself there are no side effects. This must be investigated ASAP. Thank you.

I believe I have experienced detrimental health issues related to EMF/RF wifi and wireless radiation. My ears ring and other issues relating to devices. In the process of reporting concerns and seeking physical health evaluations but would like to know more about what is the reason for these effects and how are being controlled or is there any particular oversight comittee relating to these technological issues. it would be helpful to receive information that I can inturn share with friends and family to help document and relay symptoms and concerns. Identifying the source of these issues will also help with finding out how i prevent future exposures and become familiar with what what possible treatment options are too. I would be willing to share more if you would like more specific details.

Hello, My name is Britton Brainard from San Diego, CA. I am a victim of EMF and Havana syndrome. It all started when I moved to San Diego 15 years ago . I am tortured daily and am a follower of Targeted Justice so I know how they do it. I am hoping someone will do something about this. Please let me know of any further information you might have. I have daily headaches and ear pain from high frequency noise. Or EMF. I am seen at the VA San Diego. My doctor is aware of my symptoms. I am not as sensitive as my friend. He lived on a corner that received radiation from 5G on a utility pole across the street from his house. He started getting headaches he had not had before; his dog had symptoms not had before; he checked with his neighbors within a block radius and some of them were having similar physical reactions. He finally had to move out of that house to get better. And he did.

SCIENCE SHOULD FOLLOW THE SIGNAL We live in an electromagnetic universe. Every day, Earth receives signals from space, including radio waves from distant astronomical objects. We also use satellites, radar, telecommunications, Wi-Fi, and countless other technologies that rely on electromagnetic energy. The answer to questions about electromagnetic fields (EMFs), radiofrequency (RF) radiation, and wireless exposure will not be found in fear, speculation, or political slogans. It will be found in good science. As a healthcare professional, I strongly support HHS conducting a rigorous, independent, evidence-based review. We should examine actual exposure levels, frequencies, power densities, duration, modulation, cumulative exposure, and potential biological effects. We should study long-term exposure, children, occupational risks, and emerging technologies. We should distinguish biological effects from demonstrated health hazards, correlation from causation, and plausible hypotheses from reproducible findings. We should also acknowledge what remains uncertain. Science does not dismiss legitimate questions. It investigates them. Science does not manufacture certainty. It measures, tests, replicates, and challenges. We should not fear the signal. We should understand it. I encourage researchers, physicians, engineers, and members of the public to submit credible evidence and clearly identified research gaps to HHS before the October 21, 2026, deadline. I suffer from Idiopathic Environmental Intolerance (IEI) and Multiple Chemicle Sensivity (MCS). I have many symptoms including Hi BP because I believe my 2022 heart attack was triggered by dental work, 5G, X-Rays, Wifi, and A/C unit. I had cancer removed from my lip in 2006 most likely caused by excessive dental x-rays and never getting any work done. I informed the hospital when I had my heart attack, I had Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS), we discussed non metallic stents and my inability to take medications due to severe side effects, they dismissed everything I told them, next thing I know there's a piece of metal in my chest I told them I did NOT want and a prescription for 7 medications, of which 6 gave me the side effects. I printed a folder with information about my condition because none of the doctors, I've explained my condition to since 2015 know anything about my condition. To date not a single doctor has looked at my folder including the doctor that prescribed the stent after a Methylene Blue Hypertension side effect in 2025 who asked me what I tell doctors that say I am crazy, I laughed, pulled out my folder and said, I offer them this folder with pier reviewed studies, Pub-Med articles and testimonial's from people like me, but to date no doctor has looked at it, he refused to look at it too, now that's crazy. My chest hurts all the time, either from the blood thinner medication side-effect, the conductive metal in my chest or a combination of the two and I suffered nerve damage in my back from his recommended stent surgery, I am now disabled. I have to explain the difference between Microwave Hearing and Tinnitus to medical professionals that could care less. I hear multiple pitches I can only describe as children with different whistles blasting them, all at once or just a few at a time, sometimes it stops altogether for a brief second only to start up again with a different pitch and the painful clicks and chirps. I also had the same pain in my chest I had with the heart attack for a period of 20 years at ages 12 through 32 diagnosed as indigestion/gas, this was when 1G cell phones were in use, coincidence? When 5G was rolled out in 2022, 20 years after 1G ended I had the same pain in my chest I found to be the one of four kinds of heart attacks most commonly mis-diagnosed as gas/indigestion. My Osteopathic doctor wants me taking medications I told him I've tried before, he says I should just take anyway, I informed him that's not why I chose an Osteopath. I wrote letters to President Trump in 2016 and RFK Jr before he became United States Secretary of Health and Human Services in 2025 with no replies from either. Instead, I had a heart attack, survived and I'm telling anyone that will listen. In addition, my father died of a blood clot, he was first class radar-man in WWII, he suffered from insomnia and headaches for sure, he passed in 1987, I've seen research that indicates those first radar-men reported radiation sickness side effects, it can damage DNA and be carried on genetically. A Neurologist told me come back when it gets worse, he didn't care I had been living in a van down by the river for the last 7 years to mitigate my symptoms (he refused to look at my folder too). It sucks being the smartest one in the room, and you're in a doctor's office.

I'm at IT professional. I had used and loved technology for over 30 years. Although I had heard of people with sensitivity to EMFs and I knew to be somewhat wary of them (using wired headsets for example and not holding a phone to my ear and not using 5G) it wasn't until I was affected I realised how bad it was. During the COVID lockdowns I moved from the city (Sydney) to a small town. At the time the small town did not have any 5G (Bowen Qld). I had bought a house close to the beach. Unfortunately the house was 600m away from a mobile phone tower. But I didn't notice it. Until Telstra turned on 5G. I had headaches, urticaria and angioedema. I tried shielding my house but in the end sold and moved to a rural village with little mobile reception (Riverina area of NSW). Since then my health has reverted to a good baseline. I still feel the effects when I visit the city or am in highly EMF locations. Tesla cars also seem to be high in EMFs. I manage to do ok in an EV when I turn off Bluetooth and Qi charging and if the car doesn't have its own connections.

I noticed a significant increase in migraines since the start of 5g signals. I want to know what are the known symptoms and what we can do to protect ourselves or remediate the problem.

I have had tinnitus and anxiety since the roll out of 5g.

Get rid of smart meters on residential homes, they emit emfs, and radio frequencies, and the utility companies charge and opt out fee, that is paid monthly comma also led lights, are bad for our health along with their street lights
