I implore you to start properly regulating these extremely dangerous frequencies. My whole family has experienced various side effects from being around EMFs and Wireless Radiation. That's why we live near a nature preserve and have a landline but landlines are being threatened with extinction. Please keep this from happening.

I worked in a major FAANG company hardware lab that tested a popular device you speak to and developed severe EMF sensitivity working in this lab. My coworkers one had multiple Brian tumors and another one in his 30’s suddenly died. Many employees on this team developed health issues during their time working on these projects and didn’t attribute the high levels of RF and EMF exposure to be a contributing factor. I still suffer when around electronic devices over 12 years later and it’s a very hard health condition to not only manage but even describe to the public or health professionals because they will literally label you as a nut case or tinfoil hat wearing person rather than understand the gaps in our knowledge with EMF’s and biology and worse it’s incredibly hurtful and dismissive to someone who is suffering and laying in bed instead being with their family and a productive member of society. It’s very isolating without having reliable science that links exposure to harm. Our FCC guidelines are a joke compared to countries that take RF exposure seriously. The fact they haven’t been re evaluated in decades shows that the FCC controls policy and public safety isn’t take seriously. If you discount any EMF study that isn’t industry funded then you find over 72% of them find biological harm. And even more importantly we have no studies that replicate real life situations like a class room full of phones with a strong WiFi access point over the students heads and no understanding of the impacts on children. Thank you for taking the lead to shine a light and hopefully provide better science and understanding around this very serious issue.

As a grand daughter and sister to army unwillingly became a test subject. Interfering with international support and famial relationships, including medicating parties during such time for experimentation in memory recognition. Refusal to abide by law above all and report on and stop testing when called on. Leaving children and their rights last.

As a mother of young children, I am apalled that the FCC has not updated its wireless radiation limits since 1996. Moreover, the FCC regulation that forbids municipalities from updating wireless ordinances that include restrictive zones near homes and schools based on health concerns is outrageous. It has severely limited our community's ability to protect families from having small cell facilities installed in front of their homes. My hope is that the FCC will update its compliance and test procedures to reflect the latest scientific data about adverse effects of cell towers and remove barriers to municipal regulations.

My name is Gregory Dustin Pennington. I am along with my family targeted as well as some others in Virginia. I was told to put my testimony here. Weaponized nanotechnology is being put into food and drinks particularly soda and candy. I am tortured by these terrorists. They are in Isis they have said and they are worldwide. They have gotten ahold of Russian Nanotechnology as well as American Nanotechnology. I am tortured everyday. I have to have help functioning also by the nanotechnology it is a kind of deranged life support system that I am connected to controller by terrorists. I am in need of help the law enforcement in Virginia is compromised.

We must study the harmful effects of wireless radiation from cell towers more. As a Realtor I am increasingly hearing buyers that don’t want to live near cell towers, especially the new 5G small cell towers being placed right outside homes in residential areas. They are threatening our health and property values. Please do whatever you can to shine light on the harms and the fact that states like Florida have stripped local authority on the matter to where we cannot control how close they are being put near homes, schools, parks etc. Childen and the elderly are most vulnerable to these harmful frequencies (sources on the EHTrust.org website). CA firefighters are legally exempt from having small cells and macro towers built at their stations because of the documented, permanent brain damage it caused. Below is an excerpt from the study. “Their symptoms included: Headaches Extreme fatigue Cognitive impairment Anesthesia-like sleep where the men woke up for 911 calls "as if they were drugged. Inability to sleep Depression Anxiety Unexplained anger Immune suppression manifesting as frequent colds and flu-like symptoms Real-life examples of these symptoms are best briefly characterized by: 1) Firefighters got lost on 911 calls in the town they grew up in on several occasions. 2) In one instance, four firefighters sat in the rig in a stupor with the alarm sounding in the background, unable to remember how to start the engine. 3) A medic with 20 years of experience who had never made a mistake forgot basic CPR while resuscitating a coronary victim. The brain scans of these men revealed two things: Parts of the brain showed reduced blood flow known as hypoperfusion, suggesting compromised function in these particular areas. Other parts of the brain showed a pervasive hyper-excitability of the neurons, suggesting exposure to RF radiation was causing the neurons to continually fire in these areas without the benefit of rest. When neurons (brain cells) cannot rest, they ultimately die." If our firemen are exempt from this, our children and families should be too. This equipment does NOT belong at schools nor near homes.

I am a targeted individual. I have been subjected to EMF radiation (ie “worked on”) and a DEW meant to give me a heart attack. It’s happened to me multiple times. The people involved are lower level government employees. They have conflicts of interest and side jobs with gangs, unions, people seeking inheritance or other money, etc. Many are psychopathic and sadistic. The EMF radiation or microwaving is done at night and results in death after a few months. This is happening heavily in California. The technology has been co-opted by gangs and now Californians everywhere are being burned and made to go into cardiac arrest. Especially hit are the homeless. It needs to stop.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. It is long overdue. We have been subjected to EMFs, RFs and wireless radiation without appropriate research on how this is affecting our health and the environment at large including wildlife. Thank you for providing an opportunity to be heard.

I have been studying the effects of harmful EMFs for the past few years and as a result I have taken precautions to turn my cellphone on airplane mode when not in use, to disable smart connections in my appliances, and to switch my digital meter to an analog one. My sleep score has increased and my vitamin d levels have improved. I have a more regualqted nervous system and my immunity has gone up. I have noticed though that when using my cell phone for a prolonged period of time 15 mins or more I feel a tingling sensation in my hand that radiates up to my arm. This is not carpal tunnel. It’s the effect of electromagnetic radiation. It’s much less noticeable when my phone is set to LTE versus 5g but it’s still there. The fact of the matter is that our bodies are electromagnetic beings and EMFs disrupt our natural biology. It makes your blood stagnant, it impairs circulation, and it prevents the bodies natural ability to send bodily signals and functions. The FCC must be held to the same standard other regulatory bodies are to create safety for humans. We are living in a time of the largest unprecedented experiment on the human body. Our children’s lives depend on it. The rise of data centers and cell Phone towers are creating infertility in animals, so I can only imagine the impact to humans.
