This is a list of the most noticeable side effects that I have experienced from 4G to 5G and from the use of being on the IOT (2014-2026).
1. Radiating sensation from fingers throughout forearms, tingling sensation or nerve pain, burning feeling in hands and forearms along with numbness noticed from smartphone use. Feeling subsides typically around 5 or 10 minutes after use.
2. Brain Fog noticed after durations of use. Subsidies with less use.
3. Muscular tension with a heightened sense of stress along with shortness of breath. Subsides typically about 5 or 10 minutes after unplugging home router or after grounding for about 10 to 15 minutes. Please research “GROUNDING” if unfamiliar with the subject.
