Radiating sensation from fingers throughout forearms, tingling sensation or nerve pain, burning feeling in hands and forearms along with numbness noticed from smartphone use.  Feeling subsides typically around 5 or 10 minutes after use.\n\n2.  Brain Fog noticed after durations of use.  Subsidies with less use.\n\n3.  Muscular tension with a heightened sense of stress along with shortness of breath.  Subsides typically about 5 or 10 minutes after unplugging home router or after grounding for about 10 to 15 minutes.
