Please ban blinding LED head lights. Very dangerous, I have to cover my eyes. Lights from the car behind me, shinning under the car in front is confusing. The lights are to blue. Many people are blinded by the lights and can't see after the car passes. Give law enforcement tools to ticket cars with blinding head lights Thanks much
