LED lights used for interior and exterior lighting in homes and stores are too bright and too blue. This intense light is unpleasant and additionally disrupts sleep. LED lights in vehicle headlights, blinker lights, reverse lights, fog lights and brake lights are too bright and too blue. We should have national standards like those advocated by the DarkSky organzation that keeps light intensity low and prevents light pollution and keeps light a nice warm color temperature.
