10-12-2026 To The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Comments Concerning Adverse Health Impacts From A Cell Tower That Was Activated 600 Feet From My House.in 2020: From Anonymous, Berkeley California On Dec. 16, 2020, a 4G AT&T cell tower was activated 600 feet from my home in Berkeley, California. A neighbor who was in contact with an AT&T representative alerted me that the cell tower, which was installed in late October 2020, had been activated. This cell tower consists of a shrouded metal cylinder installed on top of a utility pole, with an array of metal boxes and wires leading up to it. Almost immediately, my hands felt like they were on fire. A dermatologist has since diagnosed me as having developed Radiation Dermatitis. I quickly developed migraine headaches, which have been recurring regularly to this day. I began getting persistent ear aches, and I began hearing high pitched sounds in my ears, especially in my right ear. I began experiencing vertigo. Existing auto-immune diseases that I have long had -Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Epstein Barr, were made much worse since this cell tower was activated. I also began experiencing severe joint and muscle pain. As bad as all this was, all my symptoms got much worse in early 2022 when AT&T converted this cell tower 600 feet from my home to 5G. And all these symptoms have gotten worse over time, and have never gone away. Since this cell tower near my home was converted to 5G, I have at least twice experienced a sudden rubbery feeling in my legs, and I abruptly fell down. One time was in front of my house where I fell on a concrete sidewalk - bloodying my mouth, loosening teeth, and fracturing a left rib. For the last six years, my housemate and I have been experiencing continuous and obnoxious buzzing in our ears. And for the last six years, my housemate and I have experienced constant itching. Since the cell tower was activated, my housemate and I have also experienced chronic dry eyes. Around 30 years ago, I had had ovarian surgery. Twice in recent months the scar tissue from this surgery suddenly began bleeding. This had never happened before the cell tower near my house was activated. My housemate and I have both experienced chronic fatigue since this cell tower was first activated. I have to take long naps before I can cook or do other basic chores. I have also have experienced frequent insomnia since this cell tower was activated. I have difficulty getting to sleep and suffer from a lack of quality sleep. I am often jolted awake in the early morning when neighbors are going on their cell phone or going on-line. I have suffered from increasing depression since this cell tower was first activated, as my quality of life has greatly deteriorated. Please take this testimony seriously, and please take seriously the testimony of others who have come forward.
