This horrific CIA torture program never ended. It continues today as an Unacknowledged Special Access Program (USAP), code name ULTRA at Security Clearance level 35. The program only morphed. During her final days she made repeated mention of “the voices” calling them “the demons”. There is no doubt in my mind that she was being tortured by this program. I then started receiving 24/7 V2K - voice to skull starting in October 2017 and it hasn’t stopped since. As explained by Targeted Justice this program was 70 years in the making. The CIA and Government Criminals have been testing it and perfecting it on us Targeted Individuals with the intention of rolling it out to everybody. All the while these Criminals have been making a lot of money while doing so.  Many people’s lives have been totally and utterly obliterated because of this program and the evil people who run and participate in it. Exposing modern day MKUltra through the mechanisms it employs is but the first vital step in further exposing that it never was shut down. It was simply a shell game by the CIA. The Criminals do not discriminate on whom is experimented on and tortured. As President of The United States Mr. Trump can demand to see the firing logs of the US Space Force.
