Reports family neurological symptoms, miscarriage and cancer and alleged effects on livestock. Attributes…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
When I noticed I had 3g I was in my bed wondering why my eardrum ruptured why my husband was complaining about his tinnitus getting louder why my daughter miscarried why the 3yo lost complete control of her bladder and why the cows where losing weight. When 4g came to my world both the 2yo and 5yo lost complete control of their bladders and so did one of my dogs, flare up of chrones UC and ibs became common. Memory loss the inability to concentrate hell my husband started begging me to kill him the ringing in his ears was too loud. The little one had days he couldn't walk we stopped taking them to the doctors they have no answers or treatments. Then my daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer at 33. Cattle started dieing in the field and infertility is a real issue with the herd now. My neighbor died with profound memory lose and my daughter cancer got the tower flagged red and it was turned down. This came with breathing issues memory issues gut issues that lasted about two weeks and thing have gotten better. My husband's decline has significantly decreased and has improved I would say. We no longer look like bloated belly skinny neck and legged creatures even the herd is improving although half of the breeders seem to be infertile and a young bull produced only girls. The children are doing better but the COVID kid has discipline issues but is improving slowly. I am disappointed that our government attacked us with this technology that they had band from being deployed in the US in 96. I know the plan for COVID came from WorldCom seized by the FBI in 2002. I know FEMA purposely spread the virus in 2019 using good people to kill millions. I know the big lie the government won't acknowledge about the towers shame shame shame I told them in 96 this was crimes against humanity but money always wins out I know the telecom has to merge to a safer technology by 3031. They need to go faster you can't let the leftist government control this weapon against life turn it off and destroy it like advised in 96. I AM KAREN!

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Yes, having a “smart meter” forced into my house (just below my bedroom) caused headaches and insomnia. I protested the village prior to installation. I was pregnant and potty training my 2 year old. and recieved doctors notes, but had my water shutoff until meter could be installed. We had to move out until a faraday cage could be properly installed over the meter.

A self-described veteran with radiation training requests updated exposure limits beyond heating criteria…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am a Vietnam Era Veteran who was trained in NBC Warfare (Nuclear, Biological & Chemical), Radiation Detection and Radiation Decontamination at the Seal Beach Naval Weapons Depot in 1970 and since that time I have been greatly concerned about the effects of both ionizing and non-ionizing radiation on human beings. Dr. John Gofman, who wrote Radiation and Human Health among many other books, shares my concerns. Human beings need to lower our overall exposures to all bands of non-ionizing radiation and ionizing radiation emissions. We should also educate all people regarding the dangers. People should own various radiation detection devices in order to easily monitor exposures. The "safe limits" of exposures, created by government and industry, needs to be updated and made more truthful to help people understand the true dangers. The heating up of human flesh is really only one of many kinds of criteria needed to establish safety and many of those other criteria are ignored, which is a crime against humanity. Young children and pregnant women are especially subject to higher risks of injury and need more protection. There needs to be much more public discussions about these matters.

A parent who explicitly reports no diagnosed exposure-related illness opposes nearby wireless infrastruct…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding as a parent, individual consumer, and concerned resident of the North Houston, Texas, area. I do not have one specific diagnosed health event to report. My concern is the rapidly increasing, involuntary, and continuous nature of RF/EMF exposure in our communities—and the possibility of negative health effects developing over years of cumulative exposure. Our area has recently experienced the installation of thousands of new utility poles, along with additional cell extenders, small-cell equipment, and towers. Families are being surrounded by wireless infrastructure without meaningful notice, informed consent, health monitoring, or practical ways to avoid or reduce their exposure. I am especially troubled that cell towers have been placed at local fire stations. Firefighters already face significant occupational exposures from smoke, combustion byproducts, contaminated protective equipment, diesel exhaust, disrupted sleep, and chronic stress. They should not be subjected to another continuous environmental exposure where they work, eat, sleep, and recover. However, my concern is not limited to towers at fire stations. I want the cell towers, cell extenders, and small-cell equipment throughout our North Houston communities removed—not simply relocated from fire stations to another neighborhood. Moving this infrastructure closer to another family, school, childcare facility, workplace, or public space does not resolve the underlying concern. Reliable communication service is important, but I do not want perfect wireless coverage when it may come at the expense of our health. Faster speeds and uninterrupted connectivity should not automatically take priority over the well-being of children, families, first responders, and communities. Children are of particular concern because they are exposed from very young ages and may experience this exposure throughout their lives. Wireless signals now come from many sources simultaneously, including towers, small cells, Wi-Fi routers, phones, tablets, wearable devices, smart meters, appliances, vehicles, schools, and neighboring homes. Our bodies and nervous systems are given little meaningful break from this constant background exposure. I urge HHS to investigate potential negative health effects associated with long-term and cumulative RF/EMF exposure, including possible effects on sleep, neurological and autonomic nervous-system function, cognition, behavior, headaches, reproductive health, immune function, development, and cancer risk. The absence of an immediate or easily identifiable symptom should not be treated as proof that continuous lifetime exposure is harmless. Research and safety evaluations must reflect real-world conditions—not one device or frequency tested in isolation. Studies should examine continuous lifetime exposure, simultaneous exposure from multiple sources, pulsed and modulated signals, potential non-thermal biological effects, exposure during pregnancy and childhood, occupational exposure among firefighters, antenna density, and cumulative neighborhood exposure. This research should be conducted by independent experts in medicine, neurology, biology, epidemiology, pediatrics, reproductive health, occupational health, and public health, with strong safeguards against industry conflicts of interest. I am asking federal, state, and local authorities to stop further expansion of wireless towers and small-cell infrastructure in our communities and establish a process for removing the equipment already installed. Communities deserve clear disclosure, exposure measurements, meaningful authority over infrastructure placement, and access to safer wired alternatives. Technology should serve people without requiring constant and unavoidable exposure. We should not have to choose between participating in modern society and protecting our families’ health. Please place long-term human health ahead of convenience and ever-increasing wireless coverage.

Requests a substantive FCC response to the court remand and reliance on health-agency expertise. Reports …

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am writing regarding the FCC’s response to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines. The Court directed the FCC to provide a reasoned explanation for its determination that its guidelines adequately protect humans against harmful effects of RF radiation unrelated to cancer. Specifically, the court required the FCC to address the impacts of RF radiation on children, the health implications of long-term exposure, the ubiquity of wireless devices and technological developments, impacts on the environment, and the adequacy of the FCC’s testing procedures for cell phones and other portable devices. The FCC should fully consider evidence and real-world experiences concerning the health and environmental impacts of wireless radiation, including non-cancer health effects, impacts on children, long-term and cumulative exposure, cancer, and impacts on wildlife and the environment. The FCC is not a health agency and does not have expertise in medicine, biology or public health. Yet, the agency continues to assert authority over RF exposure standards and is preparing to reach conclusions about whether its existing guidelines adequately protect the public. I urge the FCC to recognize the critical role of federal health agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and to rely on appropriate health and biological expertise when addressing the issues identified by the court. This issue matters to me personally because: I am one of the approximately 20%+ people who can hear Rf radiation being put out by cell phones, cell towers, Wi-Fi, smart meters, 5G, etc. Both the US Navy and Army have verified the fact that people can actually hear the buzzing of Rf radiation. My neighbor is a disabled Navy veteran due to his exposure to Rf radiation so this is NO MINOR issue. The buzzing of Rf radiation is not a benign sound. Rather it is a discordant sound in much the same way as nails crossing over a blackboard would be. However, each source, i.e. smart meters, cell towers, 5g, etc. all produce a different frequency and hence, a different discordant sounds. This sound is not only painful, but incredibly annoying and is present 24 hours per day. You need to consider that 20%+ of the population is being physically harassed by this discordant sound every single minute of every day. This is a significant part of the population. Because Rf radiation is being expanded all of the time, the pain and annoying sounds are only multiplied in intensity every day. It is not something I can escape as Rf radiation is everywhere. It causes me headaches, incredible piercing pain when smart meters link up, and interrupts my sleep every night. Rf radiation like all radiation is cumulative. Studies in Europe have shown that the closer to Rf radiation producers, they more prevalent the cases of cancer. Rf radiation has been proven to disrupt bees (which are responsible to pollinating the majority of our food) and birds. It has been proven to be dangerous to children, in vitro, the handicapped, and the elderly and is likely to lead to sterility in future generations. The FCC needs to give meaningful consideration to the experiences and evidence of the 20% of the population seriously harmed by Rf radiation before it and must fully address each of the issues identified by the court.

A self-described nurse and researcher requests independent exposure studies, developmental and reproducti…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Re: HHS-OASH-2026-0397 — EMF and Wireless Radiation Exposure To Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: Thank you for examining EMF health effects. I write to you as a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience, a parent, an independent researcher, and a certified clinician in whole-food nutrition. My priorities are preventing disease, protecting all ages and future generations, and preserving our environment. Expanding wireless infrastructure requires rigorous RF research, transparency, public participation, and enforceable safeguards. Questions 2–4: Observations I have personally become aware of an alarming increase in children being diagnosed with brain tumors. Research should routinely follow up on diagnoses of brain tumors, cancer, and infertility to assess and report relevant exposures, including pesticides, mold, and wireless networks or towers near homes, schools, and workplaces, while accounting for other possible causes. Questions 12–13: Research Please evaluate these studies: 1. Gautam et al., Andrology (online 2025; print 2026): Rats were assigned to control, sham-exposed, and exposed groups (six each). The exposed group received 35.5 GHz exposure for two hours daily for 60 days. Researchers reported reduced sperm count and viability, testicular tissue changes, increased lipid peroxidation, reduced antioxidant measures, and increased DNA damage by comet assay. Exposure intensity, absorbed dose, temperature control, and replication require careful evaluation. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40798928/ 2. Wang et al., Biology (2024): Mice exposed at 4.9 GHz and 50 W/m² for one hour daily for 35 days showed changes in 104 brain metabolites and 61 brain proteins, including glycerophospholipid metabolism. These demonstrate molecular differences under the experimental conditions. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39452115/ 3. Human brain-organoid study (2024): Human-derived brain organoids exposed to GSM at 1.84 GHz, approximately 2.1 V/m, for one hour daily for five days showed reduced expression of certain proliferation, cell-cycle, and cellular-activity genes during differentiation. Appearance and measured apoptosis/senescence genes did not significantly change but it was only done for one hour for 5 days. This supports further developmental research. https://doi.org/10.3389/fanpr.2024.1357649 Frequency, power density, SAR, modulation, duration, temperature, species, and whole-body versus localized exposure all matter. Questions 5, 7–11, 14–18: Safeguards I ask HHS, the FCC, and environmental agencies to: • Require public assessments of evidence, realistic exposure, research gaps, and safeguards before widespread deployment of materially new frequencies or exposure patterns. • Fund independent, preregistered research with sham controls, blinding, adequate samples, temperature monitoring, accurate dosimetry, and replication; include positive and null findings. • Compare 3G, 4G, 5G, and proposed 6G at comparable absorbed doses and under realistic conditions. • Prioritize developmental, reproductive, and long-term cancer research and validated human organoid models of brain, heart, liver, kidney, reproductive tissues, and placenta. • Require independent exposure assessments before and after major diagnosis’s, infrastructure changes, publicly reporting combined exposure and verifying high-traffic conditions. • Offer wired connections and reduce unnecessary wireless transmission and cell towers in schools, childcare, and healthcare settings. • Establish enforcement, reassessment, mitigation, and restriction criteria for exceeded limits or credible evidence of adverse effects. • Study pollinators, birds, wildlife, livestock, and plants under habitat-relevant exposures. Question 5: International examples France restricts fixed wireless-internet equipment in designated spaces for children under three and requires primary-school Wi-Fi to be disabled when not needed for education (legifrance.gouv.fr; ecologie.gouv.fr). Germany recommends wired connections and keeping access points away from prolonged-use areas (bfs.de). Switzerland combines precautionary requirements for certain fixed installations with national exposure monitoring (bafu.admin.ch). Please evaluate these approaches for the United States. We are called to care for the people, animals, and land God has entrusted to us. Technological progress must include responsible stewardship, independent science, and protection of health and wellbeing for present and future generations. God bless America and God bless our world with love, peace, and health. Dannin Grosso, RN, CCWFN

Requests independent research on cumulative real-world exposure, modern technologies and long-term outcom…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Commprehensive Government Study of the Potential Health Effects of Electromagnetic Radiation and Wireless Technologies To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to respectfully request that the appropriate government health and public-safety agencies undertake, support, or commission a comprehensive, independent study of the potential long-term health effects of exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF) and radiofrequency (RF) radiation from the many wireless technologies now used routinely by the public. Wireless technology has become an integral part of everyday life, and people may be exposed to multiple sources simultaneously and for extended periods. These sources include, but are not limited to: 5G and other cellular networks and infrastructure Cell phones and smartphones Wi-Fi and wireless internet routers Bluetooth devices Wireless earbuds and headphones Wearable wireless devices and smartwatches Wireless home and office equipment Cellular towers and small-cell installations Other consumer and telecommunications RF-emitting devices I recognize that there is substantial scientific research concerning RF and EMF exposure, and that regulatory agencies have established exposure limits based on currently available evidence. However, given the rapid expansion of wireless technologies and the increasing duration and complexity of everyday exposure, I believe it is appropriate for the government to periodically reassess the evidence using current technology, exposure patterns, and epidemiological data. I respectfully request that any such study examine, among other issues: Long-term population health effects of chronic exposure to RF and other relevant portions of the electromagnetic spectrum. Cumulative and combined exposure, including simultaneous exposure from cellular networks, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, phones, wireless earbuds, wearable devices, and other sources. 5G and newer wireless technologies, including whether differences in frequencies, modulation, signal characteristics, network architecture, and exposure patterns warrant additional research. Cell-phone use, including long-term and heavy-use patterns and exposure associated with devices held close to the body or head. Wireless earbuds and Bluetooth devices, particularly because some devices may be used for many hours each day and in close proximity to the head. Children and adolescents, including whether developing bodies or patterns of lifelong exposure warrant separate study. Potential neurological, cognitive, reproductive, developmental, cardiovascular, sleep-related, and other health outcomes, while distinguishing established evidence from preliminary or uncertain findings. Cancer and other long-latency outcomes, including sufficiently long-term epidemiological follow-up to identify effects that may not become apparent for many years. Individual susceptibility and exposure differences, including whether certain populations may experience different effects from comparable environmental exposures. Real-world exposure levels, rather than relying solely on theoretical or laboratory conditions, including measurements of aggregate exposure in homes, schools, workplaces, public transportation, and other environments. Adequacy of existing exposure standards, including whether current limits sufficiently account for chronic, low-level, cumulative, or simultaneous exposure from multiple technologies. Independent scientific review, with appropriate disclosure of funding sources, conflicts of interest, methodologies, raw data where possible, and the full range of relevant peer-reviewed evidence. I also request that the government make the findings of such research readily accessible to the public and clearly distinguish between findings that are well established, findings for which evidence remains mixed or uncertain, and questions requiring further investigation. This request is not based on an assumption that wireless technologies are harmful. Rather, it is a request for continued, independent, evidence-based surveillance and research as exposure patterns and technologies evolve. Given the widespread use of wireless devices and the potentially large population affected by any long-term health consequences, continued monitoring and rigorous research appear to be an important public-health responsibility. I respectfully ask that this request be forwarded to the appropriate federal and/or state agencies, scientific advisory bodies, and public-health authorities for consideration.

Describes extensive personal and family symptoms, attributing them to EMFs, infrastructure and LED lighti…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
EMFs have had negative impacts in several of my family members. The most severe happened to my father in 2021.He had chromosome deletion that caused strokes, and needed regular blood transfusions because his body stopped making normal red blood cells. The last blood transfusion was contaminated with mrna vax, gave him another stroke and his heart stopped at the hospital. My mother had a heart attack while living in the same home in 2024. Both happened within 3 years of the high school getting wires ran under their home and new infrastructure added into the ceiling of the building. They still used a landline, but also had internet . My dad never used a cell phone, or a computer. My mom used a cell phone to text or call, but nothing else. My experience everyday, is debilitating. Its worsened my condition, is ageing me rapidly, has thinned my hair, and my teeth fall out like im in a nightmare. An entire tooth, undamaged, coming out into my hand. One had 3 whole, undamaged roots still intact. Now my bottom front teeth are nearly coming out. A couple days ago, one did, I pushed it back in. My body hurts constantly, like I have the flu, but im not sick. I have heart palpitations often. I get lightheaded in certain areas at work. My vision has gotten so bad the past 2 years, that I almost did not get my license renewed. I get blisters on my skin if im outside for any amount of time ,without being fully covered. My hands and arms have white splotches where there is no melanin now. The brain fog is unbearable. The sleepiness is stealing my life. Ive switched all the LEDs back to incandescent my home The new LED bulbs installed at my job, called BioUp, alter circadian rhythm, and hormones, and have disrupted my menstrual cycle tremendously. I now bleed 3 weeks, stop for 1, and repeat. I’m 45 years old. And still have small children Im raising alone. I cant shop at certain stores, because by the time I check out, my brain fog is so severe and sleepiness so heavy, that im unable to safely drive home. My children are all affected with headaches and various things. My teenager has noticed severe cramps during school, and heavier cycles. She also experience the same stereotypical symptoms of covid, which mimic radiation illness, and has been studied in metadata analysis reports for similarities. Symptoms are loss of taste and smell, and congestion currently. She has body aches. Her mood swings are so severe the past couple weeks, that ive nearly called medics too assess her. This is all since school started Aug 24 2026. My youngest is gaining weight rapidly, complains of headaches often, nearly everyday, and struggles to sleep. My oldest has hypothyroid and skin rashes no one can explain, and was told he has rheumatoid arthritis at 23 yo. Hes always been very active, athletic, and lives a healthy life. . My 2nd oldest has depression and anxiety, sleep disorder, and has had mri to check for concerns with headaches.

Reports permanent sudden hearing loss and earlier ear ringing while living in a condominium during pregna…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
To whom it may concern, Upon seeing the you tube video on this study, I thought of an area to evaluate that may pertain to public health. When living in a condo in Canyon Country, California from 2005 to 2017, the utility company began doing some type of electronic meter reading in our community at some point. During these years I was either pregnant or nursing babies most of the time. While at home in the condo, I would periodically hear a strange type of ringing in my ears at a certain frequency, as if a scan was going through the area. It is possible my experience was caused by reconnaissance scans, the WiFi used for my husbands remote architecture work on his computer, or some other unknown reason. Our family also had cell phones. I experienced SSNHL in my right ear in October of 2014 that was permanent. The doctors said, it was most likely caused by damage to the small hairs in the inner ear, and was more common in pregnant people. At the time, I believed it was from exposure to some type of virus going around, possibly in active military member circles of the United States Air Force, or defense communities of the Antelope Valley near Lancaster, California. I thought I should share this with you. Thank you for your care for the American people, and your dedicated service. It’s a true blessing to be in our country. Warm regards, Stacey Matthews

Reports extensive household symptoms after a tower installation, perceived high readings and improvement …

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. After the installation of a 5G cell tower in November 2021, constant high levels of microwave radiation began hitting my sleeping area through my bedroom window. As a result, my husband and I became very injured and sickly, experiencing the following non-exhaustive list of symptoms over an 18-month period: Sleep disturbances • Insomnia • Chronic fatigue • Never feeling refreshed Mood disturbances • Depression • Sadness • Irritability • Rage Vision problems • Blurry vision • Dry eyes • Floaters • Vision loss • Eye twitching • Sensitivity to light Neurological problems • Memory loss • Brain fog • Dizziness • Feeling disoriented • Saying the wrong words • Dropping things Heart problems • Palpitations • Chest pain • High blood pressure Hearing issues • Ringing in the ears • Hearing loss Physical pain • Sharp pain in ears • Joint and muscle pain • Leg cramping • Headaches • Burning and stabbing pain Hormonal issues • Hair loss • Thyroid enlargement • Thyroid nodule • Reproductive issues Metabolic issues • Weight gain • Inability to lose weight • Excessive weight loss Irregular temperature regulation • Getting overheated • Excessive sweating • Facial flushing Other • Teeth grinding • Hand tremors • Urinary issues • Aggressive nosebleeds • Trouble breathing • Coughing • Coughing up blood • Nausea • Dry heaving Based on MyChart data dating back to 2007, I went from an average of 2.5 doctor's visits per year to 22 doctor's visits within 18 months. The above list of ailments was generated from our doctors’ records during this time. During the 18 months of pain and sickness, we thought the air quality or pollution were responsible for how terrible we felt. Then, on a whim, I ordered an RF/Microwave radiation scanner, which led us to the source of our affliction. A thorough scan revealed radiation levels so high that the scanner could not register them (the meter’s maximum reading was 20,000 microwatts per meter squared). The readings came from a cell tower about 1.5 blocks away, which emitted a direct beam of radiation into our bedroom window, exposing us nightly to continuous microwave radiation. Upon discovering this, we blocked the radiation from coming into our window, which brought the signal down to almost nothing, almost eliminating the levels where we slept. That night, I experienced my first night of solid 8 straight hours of sleep in over a year. That was the first night that neither of us woke up repeatedly to use the restroom. Following this was the first morning in over a year that my husband was able to get out of bed without excruciating joint pain. That was the first night that our bodies began to heal. Since removing ourselves from this harmful environment 2 years ago, nearly all our symptoms have disappeared. I have returned to my previous rate of 2.5 doctor’s visits per year. All that remains for me is a shrinking thyroid nodule and a sensitivity to RF/microwave radiation exposure that yields unpleasant to unbearable physical reactions. The entire experience, including its aftermath, has been extremely difficult, scary, and sad for my family. It took two years to recover emotionally and find the strength to share my story. Although I hate telling people about this, I do so out of love, because I don’t want anyone to go through what happened to us. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.
