I'd like to understand the short and long term physical and psychological effects of Havana Syndrome, BEDE and microwave energy, RF, and EMF as it pertains to possible mis-categorization of civilian registries under FiSA/TSDB (or any unaccessible classified programs). This includes but not limited to unexplainable bruising and burns, vibrations, pulsations, nausea and abnormal test results associated with women's yearly health exams. The focus would be on a civilian registry as civilians today do not have an avenue to speak to medical professionals (oncologist, nephrologist, primary care physicians) about treatment and or shielding from egregious EMF microwave attacks. There is a pending case Ber v. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to fill this gap so that civilians can be diagnosed along side the intelligence community, government officials, journalists, and scientists on this same matter. As government officials and the intelligence community works to find bad actors there should be an immediate solution to treat civilians with short and long term care. I cannot believe this is America. No different than what Bassar al-Assad permitted in his country, Syria. Killing their own people, torturing their own. I am a two-time enlistee in the Military. They are absolutely no different than Hamas and Hezbullah. These terrorists are dressed in American skin on American soil and identify themselves as Americans. I am a single female living in West Battle Lake, MN. There has been persistent, nonstop electronic harassment and drone activity targeting myself, property, pets and finances every day for over 15 years. The ongoing frequencies and radiation has caused a severe deterioration to the environment and my health. I have reached out to several agencies without help. West Battle Lake is approximately 5,500 acres. A 4th cell/satellite tower was just installed over a protected lake. They use these towers for surveillance, tracking individuals and use the energy for electronic harassment. All this radiation has caused lake contamination, a significant decrease in wildlife and vegetation. It is devastating to the environment. This is also creating major health problems throughout all communities The people controlling this can pinpoint a persons body part. They will damage the human body to a point of surgery, failure and/or death. They have contaminated food sources and water sources. They spread parasites through both. This is out of control and needs immediate attention .

The cell towers and all ff the 5& 6G definitely affects me & my family. I get tachycardia at random times during the day. I don’t want these cell towers around me. While we’re at it get rid of the Flock cameras & the data centers they are feeding. Total Survalnce is not what I want. Ai in everyone's mind forming a global surveillance program run by the government... using synthetic telepathy to communicate with individuals which in turn is used to create disarray and disassociation amongst civilians is wrong.. needs to stop

I’ve been a targeted individual for 10 years- it feels like a nightmare that will never end. The perpetrators use v2k ( microwave / radio frequency) I’m not sure how the words are transmitted but they talk with a type of physical force inside my head- always on the left side. I have stroke symptoms on the left side of my body and I’m certain that all of the head trauma from the v2k is responsible. The perpetrators deactivate my medications. They use AI that reads the faintest thoughts I have and it responds to my thoughts. I get sleep deprived and they have burned my eyes when I’m trying to sleep. The nights are particularly terrible-the AI talks in my head with an energy force from 10p-1a. They tell me that they are driving me to suicide and they encourage suicide.I need help. I have made reports to the FBI and no one ever responds. I’ve written letters to specific people at the FBI and no one ever responds. I’m helpless and suffering alone every moment of every day. I woke up this morning like most mornings being hit with covert directed energy weapons attacks to mostly my nerves and upper thigh area and a piercing audible sound. This needs to stop forever. It is a result of the target surveillance system formerly called MKUltra. It creates the signs and symptoms of the 'Havana Syndrome'. Most people don't know when or if they're being hit with these covert atrocious directed weapons. We need to put a stop to the use of these weapons on American soil!
